| dc.description.abstract | การศึกษาครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ (1) ศึกษาความต้องการฝึกอบรมของเจ้าหน้าที่การเงินและบัญชี และ (2) เปรียบเทียบความต้องการฝึกอบรมเกี่ยวกับการปฏิบัติงานของเจ้าหน้าที่การเงินและบัญชี จำแนกตามปัจจัยส่วนบุคคลการศึกษาครั้งนี้เป็นการวิจัยเชิงสำรวจ ประชากรที่ใช้ในการศึกษาคือ เจ้าหน้าที่การเงินและบัญชี จำนวนทั้งสิ้น 225 คน กำหนดขนาดกลุ่มตัวอย่างได้จำนวนทั้งสิ้น 150 คน ด้วยวิธีการสุ่มตัวอย่างแบบง่าย เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการศึกษาเป็นแบบสอบถาม สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล คือ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน การทดสอบค่าที การวิเคราะห์ความแปรปรวนทางเดียวและการทดสอบผลต่างนัยลำดับน้อยที่สุดผลการศึกษาพบว่า (1) ความต้องการฝึกอบรมของเจ้าหน้าที่การเงินและบัญชี โดยภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก เมื่อพิจาร ณารายด้านพบว่า มีความต้องการฝึกอบรมด้านการสื่อสารมากที่สุดรองลงมาคือ ด้านการบริหาร และด้านการบริการ และ (2) ปัจจัยส่วนบุคคลด้านระดับการศึกษาและด้านจังหวัดที่ป ฏิบัติงานที่แตกต่างกัน มีความต้องการฝึกอบรมแตกต่างกัน อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ 0.0 ยกเว้นด้านเพศ อายุ สถานภาพสมรส ตำแหน่งที่ปฎิบัติงาน และประสบการณ์การทำงาน ที่แตกต่างกันมีความต้องการฝึกอบรมไม่แตกต่างกัน | th_TH |

| dc.description.abstractalternative | The objectives of the study were: (1) to study the training needs of financial and accounting officers; and (2) to compare the training needs of financial and accounting officers classified by personal factors. The study was a survey research. The total population was 225 financial and accounting officers. The sample was 150 officers selected by using simple sampling method. The data was collected by using a questionnaire and was analyzed by using percentage, mean, standard deviation, one-way ANOVA and LSD. The results showed that: (1) overall the training needs of financial and accounting officers was high. The highest training need was communication skill followed by administration and service skills; and (2) officers with different educational backgrounds and provinces had different training needs at 0.05 statistically significance.
