| dc.description.abstract | การศึกษาครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษา (1) ข้อมูลทั่วไปและการรับรู้ข่าวสารเกี่ยวกับสหกรณ์ของ สมาชิกสหกรณ์ โคนมการเกษตรไชยปราการ จำกัด (2) ระดับการมีส่วนร่วมในการคำเนินธุรกิจของสมาชิก สหกรณ์ โคนมการเกษตร ไชยปราการ จำกัด (3) เปรียบเทียบความแตกต่างของข้อมูลทั่วไปและการรับรู้ข่าวสาร เกี่ยวกับสหกรณ์ของสมาชิกกับระดับการมีส่วนร่วมในการดำนินธุรกิจของสมาชิกสหกรณ์โคนมการเกษตร ไชยปราการ จำกัด (4) ปัญหา อุปสรรค และข้อเสนอแนะในการมีส่วนร่วมในการดำเนินธุรกิจของสมาชิก สหกรณ์โคนมการเกษตรไชยปราการ จำกัด การศึกษานี้เป็นวิจัยเชิงสำรวจ ประชากรคือ สมาชิกสหกรณ์ โคนมการเกษตร ไชยปราการ จำกัด จำนวน 958 คน กำหนดขนาดจากสูตรของทาโร่ ยามาเน่ ได้กลุ่มตัวอย่าง จำนวน 282 คน ใช้วิธีการสุ่มตัวอย่างแบบง่าย เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการศึกษาคือ แบบสอบถาม สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ค่าความเบี่ยงเบนมาตร ฐาน การทดสอบค่าที และค่าเอฟ ผลการศึกษาพบว่า (1) สมาชิกสหกรณ์ โคนมการเกษตร ไชยปราการ จำกัด ส่วนใหญ่เป็นเพศชายอายุ 51 ปี ขึ้นไป ระดับการศึกยาคือ ประถมศึกษา รายได้เฉลี่ยต่อเดือน 11,001 บาท ขึ้นไป เป็นสมาชิก 11 - 15 ปีการรับรู้ข้อมูลข่าวสารเกี่ยวกับสหกรณ์รับรู้จากเจ้าหน้าที่สหกรณ์เป็นประจำ (2) ระดับการมีส่วนร่วมในการดำเนินธุรกิจของสหกรณ์ และมีส่วนร่วมในการตัดสินใจ อยู่ในระดับมาก การมีส่วนร่วมในการดำเนินงานอยู่ในระดับปานกลาง ส่วนระดับการมีส่วนร่วมในผลประโซชน์ อยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด และมีส่วนร่วมในการควบคุมตรวจสอบ อยู่ในระดับน้อย (3) การเปรียบเทียบระดับการมีส่วนร่วมในการดำเนินธุรกิจของสหกรณ์ พบว่า อายุ ระดับการศึกษา รายได้เฉลี่ยต่อเดือน และการรับรู้ข่าวสารเกี่ยวกับสหกรณ์ ที่แตกต่างกันมีระดับการมีส่วน ร่วมในการดำเนินธุรกิจของสหกรณ์ แตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ 0.01 ส่วนด้านเพศ และระยะเวลาการเป็นสมาชิกที่แตกต่างกันมีระดับการมีส่วนร่วมในการดำเนินธุรกิจของสหกรณ์ไม่แตกต่างกัน (4) ปัญหาและ อุปสรรคในภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับน้อยที่สุด คือ สินค้าหรือบริการของสหกรณ์ไม่ตรงกับความต้องการและปัญหา การให้บริการของเจ้าหน้าที่ ส่วนข้อเสนอแนะเพิ่มเติม ได้แก่ สหกรณ์ควรจัดหาสินค้ามาจำหน่ายให้หลากหลาย ตรงตามความต้องการของสมาชิกโดยการเปิดโอกาสให้สมาชิกเสนอความต้องการ สินค้า สหกรณ์ควรให้บริการ แก่สมาชิกด้วยความไม่ลำเอียง ยึดกฎหมาย ระเบียบ และข้อบังคับเป็นเกณซ์ สหกรณ์ควรปรับปรุงด้านการบริการ สมาชิกให้ทั่วถึงและการพัฒนาการบริการให้ทันสมัย ทันต่อสถานการณ์ที่เปลี่ยนแปลงอย่างรวดเร็วในปัจจุบัน | th_TH |

| dc.description.abstractalternative | This independent study had the objectives to study 1) general data and information about members of Chaiprakarn dairy agricultural cooperative limited 2) the participation level of member of Chaiprakarn dairy and agricultural cooperative limited 3) comparing general data and receiving information about members cooperatives and the level of participation in business operations of cooperative members of Chaiprakarn dairy agricultural cooperative limited 4) problems, obstacles and suggestion in business operation participation of Chaiprakarn dairy agricultural cooperative limited member. This study is a survey research. Population is Members of Chaiprakarn Dairy and Agricultural Cooperative Limited 958 people determine the size from the formula of Taro Yamane. A sample of 282 people, the study instruments is the questionnaire by 5 levels, the statistics including of percentage, average, standard deviation t-test and f- test. This study results were as follows: 1) Most members of Chaiprakarn dairy agricultural cooperative limited are male, age above 51 years old, Education level is primary education, average income are over 11,001 baht per month, membership period between 11-15 year, the receiving information about cooperatives always from cooperatives staff. 2) The level of participation in business operations of cooperatives And participate in decision making At a high level, Participation in operations At a moderate level, Level of participation in benefits At the highest level and Participate in monitoring control At a low level 3) To comparison level of participation in business operation, it was found that age, education level, average income per month and receiving information about cooperatives are different with level of participation in cooperative business operation statistically significant 0.01, in terms of gender and duration of membership And the level of participation in the business of the cooperative is different. 4) Related problems and obstacles with the participation of cooperative members in business operation are low level, additional suggestion are including the cooperatives should procure a variety of product to meet the needs of members, also members can offer product requirements, the cooperatives should provide services to members with unbiased, seizure of laws and regulations, the cooperatives should improve the service thoroughly and modern service, keep up with the current last situation. | en_US |
