| dc.description.abstract | การวิจัยครั้งนี้ มีวัตถุประสงค์ (1) เพื่อวิเคราะห์ผังรายการของสถานีวิทยุเพื่อเด็ก เยาวชน และ ครอบครัว F.M. 105 MHz (2) เพื่อให้ข้อเสนอแนะการวางผังรายการของสถานีวิทยุเพื่อเด็ก เยาวชน และ ครอบครัว F.M. 105 MHz การวิจัยครั้งนี้เป็นการวิจัยเชิงคุณภาพ ประชากร คือ ผังรายการสถานีวิทยุเพื่อเด็ก เยาวชน และครอบครัว F.M. 105 MHz ตั้งแต่เริ่มออกอากาศ วันที่ 1 พฤษภาคม 2552 จนถึงปี 2556 ได้แก่ ผัง รายการ ปี 2552-2553, 2554, 2555 และ 2556 จำนวน 4 ผังรายการ เครื่องมือในการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลคือ แบบวิเคราะห์ผังรายการ โดยวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลด้วยเทคนิคการวิเคราะห์เนื้อหา ผลการวิจัย พบว่า (1) ผังรายการ ปี 2552-2553 มีจำนวนรายการมากที่สุด คือ 57 รายการ และ ผังรายการ ปี 2555 มีจำนวนรายการน้อยที่สุด คือ 44 รายการ การจัดรายการประเภทรายการความรู้ มี สัดส่วนที่มากที่สุดในทุกปี การนำเสนอรูปแบบรายการพูดคุยกับผู้ฟัง มีสัดส่วนที่มากที่สุดในทุกปี การ นำเสนอเนื้อหารายการเหตุการณ์ที่น่าสนใจในรูปแบบข่าว มีสัดส่วนที่มากที่สุดในปี 2554, 2555 และ 2556 ส่วนเนื้อหารายการสำหรับเด็ก เยาวชน และครอบครัว มีสัดส่วนมากที่สุดในปี 2552-2553 รายการที่ มีความยาว 50 นาที มีสัดส่วนที่มากที่สุดในทุกปี การนำเสนอรายการที่มีวัตถุประสงค์รายการเพื่อให้ ความรู้ทั่วไป มีสัดส่วนที่มากที่สุดในปี 2552-2553, 2554 และ2556 ส่วนการนำเสนอรายการที่มี วัตถุประสงค์รายการเพื่อเผยแพร่ข้อมูลข่าวสารประจำวัน มีสัดส่วนมากที่สุดในปี 2555 กลุ่มเป้าหมายของ รายการเป็นประชาชนทั่วไป มีสัดส่วนมากที่สุดในทุกปี บุคลากรของ สวท. F.M.105 MHz รับผิดชอบ ผลิตรายการ มีสัดส่วนมากที่สุดในปี 2554, 2555 และ 2556 ส่วนผู้รับผิดชอบที่เป็นหน่วยงานภายนอกร่วม ผลิตรายการ มีสัดส่วนที่มากที่สุดในปี 2554 (2) ข้อเสนอแนะการวางผังรายการ จากผลการวิจัย คือ ควร เพิ่มพื้นที่รายการสำหรับเด็ก เยาวชน และครอบครัวให้มีมากขึ้น ควรมีรูปแบบรายการที่เหมาะสมกับวัย ของเด็กในแต่ละช่วงอายุโดยเน้นการเปิดโอกาสให้เด็กมีส่วนร่วมในการแสดงความสามารถ ความคิด สร้างสรรค์ หรือการแสดงความคิดเห็นในรายการ ควรปรับความยาวรายการให้เหมาะสมกับช่วงวัยของ เด็กซึ่งมีพัฒนาการที่แตกต่างกัน ควรเพิ่มเนื้อหารายการด้านความรู้ที่สำคัญแก่เด็กและเยาวชน ได้แก่ ภาษาอังกฤษ ภาษาไทย วิทยาศาสตร์ ควรสนับสนุนและพัฒนาบุคลากรในด้านการจัดและผลิตรายการ วิทยุเพื่อเด็กให้มากยิ่งขึ้น และควรมีการประเมินคุณภาพรายการเพื่อเป็นแนวทางในการพัฒนารายการให้ มีประสิทธิภาพมากขึ้น | th_TH |

| dc.description.abstractalternative | The objectives of this research were (1) to analyze the program schedule of F.M.105 MHz Radio for Children, Youth and Families; and (2) to give recommendations on improving the programming of F.M. 105 MHz Radio for Children, Youth and Families. This was a qualitative research. The sample population consisted of 4 program schedules of F.M. 105 MHz Radio for Children, Youth and Families dating from its start-up date of 1 May 2009, consisting of the 2009-2010 schedule, the 2011 schedule, the 2012 schedule and the 2013 schedule. Data were collected using a program schedule analysis form and were analyzed through content analysis. The results showed that (1) The 2009-2010 schedule had the greatest number of different programs at 57. The 2012 schedule had the fewest number of programs at 44. In every year studied, the greatest proportion of programs fell into the "informative" category. In every year studied, the program format that was used most frequently was the "talking with listeners" or phone-in format. The greatest proportion of program content in 2011, 2012 and 2013 was current events in the form of news, but in the 2009-2010 program schedule the greatest proportion of content was content for children, youth and families. In every year studied, the greatest number of programs had a duration of 50 minutes. In the 2009-2010, 2011 and 2013 schedules the most common objective of the programs was to provide general information, but in 2012 the objective of the greatest number of programs was to provide daily news. In every year studied, the major target audience was the general public. In the 2011, 2012 and 2013 schedules, the station's own personnel were responsible for producing the majority of programs but in 2011 the majority of programs were co-produced with external units. (2) The recommendations for improving the programming are to increase the number of programs for children, youth and families; to utilize program formats that are appropriate for children of specific age groups; to provide opportunities for children to participate in the programs by expressing their abilities, creative ideas and opinions; to adjust the length of programs to match the development stages of children of different age groups; to increase programs with educational content that is useful to children and youth, such as information on English, Thai and science; to support greater personnel development and give the personnel more skills in producing and managing radio programs for children; and to implement program evaluation with an aim to improving the programming | en_US |
