| dc.description.abstract | การศึกษาค้นคว้าอิสระครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษา (1) การเปิดรับสื่อ (2) การรับรู้ (3) ทัศนคติ (4) ความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างการเปิดรับสื่อกับการรับรู้เกี่ยวกับการก่อสร้างโรงไฟฟ้า พลังงานนิวเคลียร์และ (5) ความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างการเปิดรับสื่อกับทัศนคติที่มีต่อการก่อสร้าง โรงไฟฟ้าพลังงานนิวเคลียร์ของประชาชนในจังหวัดอุบลราชธานี การศึกษาค้นคว้าอิสระนี้เป็นการวิจัยเชิงปริมาณ กลุ่มตัวอย่างได้แก่ ประชาชนใน จังหวัดอุบลราชธานี จำนวน 400 ราย โดยวิธีการสุ่มตัวอย่างแบบหลายขั้นตอน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ใน การวิจัยเป็นแบบสอบถาม และสถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ค่าความถี่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และค่าไคสแควร์ ผลการวิจัยพบว่า (1) กลุ่มตัวอย่างเปิดรับสื่อเกี่ยวกับโรงไฟฟ้าพลังงานนิวเคลียร์ ผ่าน ช่องทางโทรทัศน์ มากที่สุด โดยเปิดรับเฉลี่ยเดือนละ 1-2 ครั้ง (2) กลุ่มตัวอย่างรับรู้เนื้อหาเกี่ยวกับ โรงไฟฟ้าพลังงานนิวเคลียร์ในระดับปานกลาง (3) กลุ่มตัวอย่างมีทัศนคติต่อโรงไฟฟ้าพลังงาน นิวเคลียร์ในระดับไม่แน่ใจ (4) การเปิดรับสื่อของประชาชนในจังหวัดอุบลราชธานีมีความสัมพันธ์ กับการรับรู้ของประชาชนในจังหวัดอุบลราชธานีอย่างมีนัยสำคัญที่ระดับ 0.05 และ (5) การเปิดรับ สื่อของประชาชนในจังหวัดอุบลราชธานีมีความสัมพันธ์กับทัศนคติที่มีต่อโรงไฟฟ้าพลังงาน นิวเคลียร์ ของประชาชนในจังหวัดอุบลราชธานี อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ 0.05 | th_TH |

| dc.description.abstractalternative | The objectives of this research were to study: (1) exposure to media; (2) awareness; (3) attitudes; (4) the relationship between exposure to media and awareness about the project to build a nuclear power plant; and (5) the relationship between exposure to media and attitude about the project to build a nuclear power plant of people in Ubon Ratchathani. This was a survey research. The sample population consisted of 400 citizens residing in Ubon Ratchathani province, chosen through multi-level sampling. Data were collected using a questionnaire and statistically analyzed using frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation and Chi Square. The results showed that: (1) The medium through which the samples received the most news about the nuclear power plant project was television. They were exposed to news about it on average one or two times a month. (2) The samples had a medium level of awareness about the project. (3) The majority of samples' attitude about the project was "uncertain." (4) Exposure to media was related to awareness of the project to a statistically significant degree (p<0.05).
