| dc.description.abstract | การศึกษานี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษา (1) ระดับความคิดเห็นเกี่ยวกับปัจจัยสภาพแวดล้อมของเทศบาลตำบลปะโค อำเภอกุดจับ จังหวัดอุดรธานี (2) ระดับความคิดเห็นเกี่ยวกับประสิทธิภาพการบริการสาธารณะเทศบาลตำบลปะโค อำเภอกุดจับ จังหวัดอุดรธานี (3) ความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างปัจจัยสภาพแวดล้อมกับประสิทธิภาพการบริการสาธารณะเทศบาลตำบลปะโค อำเภอกุดจับ จังหวัดอุดรธานี และ(4) ปัญหาและเสนอแนะแนวทางการเพิ่มประสิทธิภาพการบริการสาธารณะเทศบาลตำบลปะโค อำเภอกุดจับ จังหวัดอุดรธานี ในเขตเทศบาลตำบลปะโค อำเภอกุดจับ จังหวัดอุดรธานี การศึกษานี้ใช้รูปแบบการวิจัยเชิงปริมาณ ประชากรในการศึกษา คือ ประชากรที่มีภูมิลำเนาที่มีอายุ 18 ปีขึ้นไป จำนวน 7,501 คน กำหนดขนาดกลุ่มตัวอย่างโดยการใช้สูตรคำนวณของทาโร ยามาเน ได้ขนาดตัวอย่างจำนวน 380 คน สุ่มตัวอย่างแบบชั้นภูมิแบ่งสัดส่วนและแบบบังเอิญ เครื่องมือที่ใช้คือแบบสอบถาม สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ความถี่ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และการวิเคราะห์ค่าสัมประสิทธิสหสัมพันธ์ ผลการศึกษาพบว่า (1) ระดับความคิดเห็นเกี่ยวกับปัจจัยสภาพแวดล้อมของเทศบาลตำบลปะโค อำเภอกุดจับ จังหวัดอุดรธานี ในภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด (2) ในภาพรวมของประสิทธิภาพการบริการสาธารณะของเทศบาลตำบลปะโค อำเภอกุดจับ จังหวัดอุดรธานี อยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด (3) ความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างปัจจัยสภาพแวดล้อมกับประสิทธิภาพการบริการสาธารณะเทศบาลตำบลปะโค อำเภอกุดจับ จังหวัดอุดรธานี มีอย่างน้อย 3 ปัจจัยมีความสัมพันธ์เชิงบวกในระดับสูง และ (4) ปัญหาสำคัญที่พบคือ การวิเคราะห์การเปลี่ยนแปลงของสภาพแวดล้อมทั้งภายในภายนอกยังไม่รัดกุม และการมีส่วนร่วมของประชาชนในการจัดบริการสาธารณะมีน้อยทำให้ประสิทธิภาพการตอบสนองต่อความต้องการของประชาชนยังน้อยกว่าที่ควร ข้อเสนอแนะแนวทางการเพิ่มประสิทธิภาพการบริการสาธารณะ คือ ควรเพิ่มการอำนวยความสะดวกให้เอื้อต่อการตอบสนองความต้องการและส่งเสริมการมีส่วนร่วมของภาคประชาชนในการแก้ไขปัญหาของท้องถิ่น | th_TH |

| dc.description.abstractalternative | The purposes of this study were to study (1) level of opinions on environmental factors of Pa Kho Sub-district Municipality at Kut Chap District in Udon Thani Province (2) level of opinions regarding public service efficiency of Pa Kho Municipality at Kut Chap District in Udon Thani Province (3) the relationship between environmental factors and public service efficiency of Pa Kho Sub-district Municipality at Kut Chap District in Udon Thani Province, and (4) problems and suggest ways to improve public service efficiency of Pa Kho Sub-district Municipality at Kut Chap District in Udon Thani Province. This study was quantitative research model. The population was 7,501 people who resided at Pa Kho Sub-district Municipality, aged over 18 years old. Sample size was calculated by using Taro Yamane formula and obtained 380 samples with stratified random and accidental sampling method. The research instrument was a questionnaire. Statistics for data analysis employed frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, and correlation coefficient. The results of this study revealed that (1) an overview of opinion level on environmental factors of Pa Kho Sub-district Municipality at Kut Chap District in Udon Thani Province was at the highest mean (2) an overview of opinion level regarding public service efficiency of Pa Kho Municipality at Kut Chap District in Udon Thani Province was at high mean (3) the relationship between environmental factors and public service efficiency of Pa Kho Sub-district Municipality at Kut Chap District in Udon Thani Province correlated positively at high level, and (4) problems were an analysis of environment did not accurate and people participation still found low and caused less efficiency of service than it should be.
