| dc.description.abstract | การวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษา 1) การแลกเปลี่ยนเรียนรู้ของบรรณารักษ์ ห้องสมุดสถาบันอุดมศึกษาของรัฐ 2) ปัจจัยที่มีอิทธิพลต่อการแลกเปลี่ยนเรียนรู้ของบรรณารักษ์ ห้องสมุดสถาบันอุดมศึกษาของรัฐ และ 3) ปัญหาและอุปสรรคในการแลกเปลี่ยนเรียนรู้ของ บรรณารักษ์ห้องสมุดสถาบันอุดมศึกษาของรัฐ วิธีการวิจัยเป็นการวิจัยเชิงสำรวจ ประชากรที่ใช้ในการวิจัยเป็นบรรณารักษ์ ห้องสมุดสถาบันอุดมศึกษาของรัฐ 79 แห่ง จำนวน 1,129 คน ได้กลุ่มตัวอย่างจำนวน 613 คน โดย วิธีการสุ่มแบบแบ่งชั้น เครื่องมือในการวิจัยเป็นแบบสอบถาม และสถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล คือ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย และส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1) บรรณารักษ์ห้องสมุดสถาบันอุดมศึกษาของรัฐแลกเปลี่ยน เรียนรู้โดยรวมอยูในระดับปานกลาง ่ (x̅=3.46) โดยใช้วิธีแลกเปลี่ยนเรียนรู้ผ่านสื่อบุคคลมากที่สุด (x̅=3.46) รองลงมาแลกเปลี่ยนเรียนรู้ผ่านสื่อสิ่งพิมพ์ (x̅=3.27) และแลกเปลี่ยนเรียนรู้ผ่านสื่อ อิเล็กทรอนิกส์ (x̅=3.27) 2) ปัจจัยที่มีอิทธิพลต่อการแลกเปลี่ยนเรียนรู้ของบรรณารักษ์ห้องสมุด สถาบันอุดมศึกษาของรัฐ โดยรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก (x̅=3.79) ได้แก่ปัจจัยด้านเทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศ และการสื่อสาร (x̅=4.20) ปัจจัยด้านทัศนคติ (x̅=3.90) และปัจจัยด้านองค์กร (x̅=3.56) ตามลำดับ 3) บรรณารักษ์ห้องสมุดสถาบันอุดมศึกษาของรัฐประสบปัญหาและอุปสรรคในการแลกเปลี่ยน เรียนรู้อยู่ในระดับปานกลาง (x̅=2.56) ได้แก่ ปัญหาและอุปสรรคด้านกิจกรรมการแลกเปลี่ยน เรียนรู้ (x̅=2.72) ปัญหาและอุปสรรคด้านองค์กร (x̅=2.57) ปัญหาและอุปสรรคส่วนบุคคล (x̅= 2.56) ส่วนปัญหาและอุปสรรคด้านเทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศและการสื่อสารอยู่ในระดับน้อย (x̅= 2.20) | th_TH |

| dc.description.abstractalternative | The objectives of this research were to study 1) knowledge sharing of librarians in public university libraries, 2) factors affecting the knowledge sharing of librarians in public university libraries, and 3) the problems and obstacles in the knowledge sharing of librarians in public university libraries This research was a survey study, and the population consisted of 1,129 librarians in 7 9 public university libraries. The sample consisted of 613 librarians selected through stratified sampling. The instruments used were questionnaires. Statistics used were percentage, mean and standard deviation. The research findings were follows: 1) librarians in public University libraries shared their knowledge at the middle level (x̅=3.46), knowledge sharing of people to people was the highest (x̅=3.46), followed by knowledge sharing of people to printed materials (x̅= 3 .27) and knowledge sharing of people to electronic media (x̅=3.27); 2)Factors affecting the knowledge sharing of librarians in public university libraries were at the high level ( x̅ = 3 . 79) ; this includes the information and communication technology factor (x̅= 4 .2 0 ), the attitude factor (x̅= 3 .90) and the organizational factor (x̅= 3 .56). 3) Librarians in public university libraries had the problems and obstacles in knowledge sharing at the middle level ( x̅= 2 .5 6 ); this includes such as the problems and obstacles in knowledge sharing activities (x̅=2.72), the problems and obstacles in organizations (x̅=2.57), the problems and obstacles in personal ( x̅ = 2 . 5 6 ) , while the problems and obstacles in information and communication technology were at the low level (x̅=2.20) | en_US |
