| dc.description.abstract | การวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อพัฒนาตัวบ่งชี้สมรรถนะด้านการรู้สารสนเทศของพยาบาลวิชาชีพโรงพยาบาลสมเด็จพระสังฆราช องค์ที่ 17 การวิจัยเป็นการวิจัยเชิงพรรณนา กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการวิจัยเป็นพยาบาลวิชาชีพระดับชำนาญการ โรงพยาบาลสมเด็จพระสังฆราช องค์ที่ 17 จำนวน 129 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย คือ แบบสอบถาม โดยอิงตามมาตรฐานสมรรถนะด้านการรู้สารสนเทศสำหรับการพยาบาลของสมาคมห้องสมุดวิทยาลัยและวิจัย ประเทศสหรัฐอเมริกา สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย และค่าส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน ผลการวิจัย พบว่า ตัวบ่งชี้สมรรถนะด้านการรู้สารสนเทศของพยาบาลวิชาชีพ โรงพยาบาลสมเด็จพระสังฆราช องค์ที่ 17 มีจำนวน 4 มาตรฐาน 20 สมรรถนะ 89 ตัวบ่งชี้ ประกอบด้วย มาตรฐานที่ 1 การกำหนดความต้องการสารสนเทศและแหล่งสารสนเทศ ประกอบด้วย 5 สมรรถนะ 22 ตัวบ่งชี้ มาตรฐานที่ 2 การเข้าถึงสารสนเทศที่ต้องการได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ ประกอบด้วย 5 สมรรถนะ 25 ตัวบ่งชี้ มาตรฐานที่ 3 การประเมินสารสนเทศและแหล่งที่มาอย่างมีวิจารณญาณ ประกอบด้วย 7 สมรรถนะ 30 ตัวบ่งชี้ และมาตรฐานที่ 4 ความเข้าใจด้านเศรษฐกิจ กฎหมายและประเด็นทางสังคมเกี่ยวกับการเข้าถึงและการใช้สารสนเทศอย่างถูกต้องตามหลักจริยธรรมและกฎหมาย ประกอบด้วย 3 สมรรถนะ 12 ตัวบ่งชี้ ตัวบ่งชี้ทุกตัวมีค่าเฉลี่ยระดับความเห็นอยู่ในระดับมาก | th_TH |

| dc.description.abstractalternative | The objective of this research was to develop the information literacy competency indicators of registered nurses at Somdejprasangkharach XVII Hospital. This study was the descriptive research project. The sample group consisted of 129 registered nurses at the professional level from Somdejprasangkharach XVII Hospital. The research tool was a questionnaire that based on the American Association of College and Research Libraries' Information literacy competency standards for nursing. The statistics used in data analysis were percentage, mean and standard deviation. The study found that the competency indicators for information literacy of registered nurses at Somdejprasangkharach XVII Hospital had 4 standards, 20 competencies, 89 indicators. Standard 1 was determination of information needs and information sources, consisting of 5 competencies, 22 indicators; Standard 2 focused on efficient access to needed information, consisting of 5 competencies, 25 indicators; Standard 3 emphasized critical evaluation of procured information and sources, consisting of 7 competencies, 30 indicators; and Standard 4 required an understanding of economic, legal and social Issues, access and use of information ethically and legally, consisting of 3 competencies, 12 indicators. The average opinion level of all indicators was at a high level | en_US |
