| dc.description.abstract | การศึกษาค้นคว้าอิสระนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษา 1) ความพึงพอใจของบุคลากร กองทัพเรือที่ฟังรายการนาวีสัมพันธ์ สถานีวิทยุเสียงจากทหารเรือ วังนันทอุทยาน และ 2) ความต้องการของบุคลากรกองทัพเรือที่ฟังรายการนาวีสัมพันธ์ สถานีวิทยุเสียงจากทหารเรือ วังนันทอุทยาน การศึกษาครั้งนี้เป็นการวิจัยเชิงสำรวจ กลุ่มตัวอย่าง คือ บุคลากรกองทัพเรือ ได้แก่ ข้าราชการ ลูกจ้างประจำ พนักงานราชการ สังกัดหน่วยงานที่ตั้งอยู่ ในเขตวังนันทอุทยาน จำนวน 302 คน สุ่มตัวอย่างแบบจัดชั้น โดยใช้แบบสอบถามเป็นเครื่องมือในการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูล การวิเคราะห์ ข้อมูลโดยใช้สถิติค่าร้อยละ และค่าเฉลี่ย ผลการศึกษา พบว่า 1) กลุ่มตัวอย่างส่วนใหญ่เป็นเพศชาย อายุระหว่าง 41 - 50 ปี มีระดับการศึกษาปริญญาตรี ชั้นยศ พันจ่าตรี - พันจ่าเอก มีรายได้ ต่อเดือนเฉลี่ย 10,001 -20,000 บาท มีตำแหน่งปฏิบัติการทั่วไป 2) กลุ่มตัวอย่างมีความพึงพอใจรายการในรูปแบบข่าวและเนื้อหา ประเภทข่าวสารมากที่สุดโดยมีความพึงพอใจในระดับมากและมีความพึงพอใจรายการที่มี ความยาว 30 นาที และการออกอากาศในช่วงเวลา 07.30- 08.00 น. ในระดับมาก กลุ่มตัวอย่างมี ความพึงพอใจที่ผู้ดำเนินรายการใช้ภาษาถูกต้องตามอักขรวิธีมากที่สุด โดยมีความพึงพอใจในระดับมาก รองลงมาคือ การเปิดโอกาสให้ผู้ฟังมีส่วนร่วมในรายการและประโยชน์ที่ได้จากการฟังรายการ โดยมีความพึงพอใจในระดับมาก 3) กลุ่มตัวอย่างมีความต้องการฟังรูปแบบรายการพูดคุยและ มีความต้องการด้านเนื้อหาสุขภาพมากที่สุด รวมทั้งต้องการมีส่วนร่วมในการจัดรายการและ ต้องการให้มีการพัฒนาด้านการจัดรายการนาวีสัมพันธ์ ให้ใกล้เคียงกับสถานีอื่นๆ แต่คงเอกลักษณ์ ของทหารเรือรวมทั้งควรจัดรายการให้มีความทันสมัย | th_TH |

| dc.description.abstractalternative | The objectives of this research were to study 1) the level of satisfaction of Royal Thai Navy personnel who listened to Wang Nanta-utayan Naval Base Radio Station's "Navee Samphan" program; and 2) their demand for the program, including preferred program format and content. This was a survey research. The sample population consisted of 302 people employed by the Royal Thai Navy at Wang Nanta-utayan Naval Base, including civil servants, regular employees and government sector employees. The samples were selected using multi-level sampling. Data were collected using a questionnaire and statistically analyzed using percentage and mean. The results showed that 1) The majority of samples were male, in the 41-50 age range, educated to bachelor's degree level, of rank third class to first class petty officer, with income in the range 10,001-20,000 baht a month, and charged with general duties. 2) The majority of samples gave the highest satisfaction scores for the categories of the "Navee Samphan" radio program's news format and news content (satisfaction scores were "high" for both categories). Likewise, most samples were highly satisfied with the program duration of 30 minutes and the broadcast time of 07:30-08:00. They also reported a high level of satisfaction with the program host's ability to speak with correct pronunciation and grammar. For the final 2 categories of "opportunities for listener participation" and "benefit of listening to the program," the mean satisfaction scores were lower than for other categories, but the satisfaction level was still rated as "high." 3) As for listener demand, the majority of samples surveyed wanted a talk show format and desired content about health related topics. They desired listener participation in the program management and they wanted the program to be updated to be more modern while still maintaining the unique character of navy radio | en_US |
