| dc.description.abstract | การวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษา (1) ลักษณะส่วนบุคคล ความรู้ การสนับสนุนทางสังคมและการมีส่วนร่วมในการฟื้นฟูสมรรถภาพคนพิการทางการเคลื่อนไหวของอาสาสมัครสาธารณสุขประจำหมู่บ้าน (2) ความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างลักษณะส่วนบุคคล ความรู้เกี่ยวกับการฟื้นฟูสมรรถภาพคนพิการในการเคลื่อนไหว และการสนับสนุนทางสังคม กับการมีส่วนร่วมในการดำเนินงานฟื้นฟูสมรรถภาพคนพิการทางการเคลื่อนไหวของอาสาสมัครสาธารณสุขประจำหมู่บ้าน และ (3) ปัญหา อุปสรรค และข้อเสนอแนะ การมีส่วนร่วมในการดำเนินงานฟื้นฟูสมรรถภาพผู้พิการทางการเคลื่อนไหวของอาสาสมัครสาธารณสุขประจำหมู่บ้าน ประชากรที่ใช้ศึกษา คือ อาสาสมัครสาธารณสุขประจำหมู่บ้าน ตำบลหว้านใหญ่ อำเภอหว้านใหญ่ จังหวัดมุกดาหาร จำนวน 101 คน โดยศึกษาทุกหน่วยประชากร เก็บข้อมูลโดยใช้แบบสอบถามเกี่ยวกับความรู้การสนับสนุนทางสังคม การมีส่วนร่วมในการดำเนินงานฟื้นฟูสมรรถภาพคนพิการทางการเคลื่อนไหว ซึ่งมีค่าความเที่ยงเท่ากับ 0.78, 0.93และ 0.91 ตามลำดับสถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลคือ ค่าความถี่ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน การทคสอบไดสแควร์และสัมประสิทธ์สหสัมพันธ์ของเพียร์สัน ผลวิจัยพบว่า (1) อาสาสมัครสาธารณสุขประจำหมู่บ้านส่วนใหญ่เป็นเพศหญิงมีอายุเฉลี่ย 50 ปี ขึ้นไป สถานภาพสมรสคู่ จบการศึกษาในระดับชั้นประถมศึกษา ประกอบอาชีพเกษตรกรรมมีรายได้ต่อเดือน 5,001-10,000 บาท ระยะเวลาเป็นอาสาสมัครสาธารณสุขประจำหมู่บ้านเฉลี่ย 9.9 ปี มีความรู้เกี่ยวกับการฟื้นฟูสมรรถภาพคนพิการในการเคลื่อนไหวอยู่ระดับมาก การสนับสนุนทางสังคมอยู่ระดับปานกลาง และ การมีส่วนร่วมในการดำเนินงานฟื้นฟูสมรรถภาพคนพิการทางการเคลื่อนไหวของอาสาสมัคร สาธารณสุขประจำหมู่บ้านอยู่ระดับมาก (2) การสนับสนุนทางสังคมมีความสัมพันธ์เชิงบวกในระดับสูงกับการมีส่วนร่วมในการฟื้นฟูสมรรถภาพคนพิการทางการเคลื่อนไหว อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ ระดับ 0.05 (-0.685,p < 0.05), และ (3) ปัญหา อุปสรรคที่สำคัญในการดเนินงานฟื้นฟูสมรรถภาพคนพิการทางการเคลื่อนไหว คือ อาสาสมัครสาธารณสุขประจำหมู่บ้านขาดแรงจูงใจและขวัญกำลังในการปฏิบัติงานขาดความรู้ในการคัดกรอง ภาวะแทรกซ้อนและการฟื้นฟูสมรรถภาพคนพิการ ขาดความร่วมมือจากญาติและขาดวัสดุอุปกรณ์ในการปฏิบัติงาน ข้อเสนอแนะคือ เจ้าหน้าที่สาธารณสุขควรเพิ่มคำตอบแทนและจัดอบรมและฝึกปฏิบัติให้อาสาสมัครสาธารณสุขประจำหมู่บ้านเกิดความชำนาญในการคัดกรองภาวะแทรกซ้อนและการฟื้นฟูสมรรถภาพคนพิการ มีการประชาสัมพันธ์สื่อสารเพื่อสร้างความเข้าใจแก่ญาติและคนพิการ และ สนับสนุนวัสดุอุปกรณ์อย่างเพียงพอ | th_TH |

| dc.description.abstractalternative | The purposes of this descriptive research were: (1) to identify personal characteristics, knowledge, social support, and participation in rehabilitation services of village health volunteers (VHVs); (2) to determine the relationship between VHVs’ personal characteristics, knowledge as well as social support and their participation in rehabilitation operations; and (3) to explore problems obstacles and suggestions for improving participation in rehabilitation services, all for persons with physical disabilities by VHVsin Wan Yai sub-district. The study population involved all 101 VHVs in Wan Yai sub-district, Wan Yai district, Mukdahan province. Data were collected using a questionnaire on knowledge, social support, and participation in rehabilitation operations with the reliability values of 0.78, 0.93 and 0.91, respectively. The statistics used for data analysis were frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, chi-square test, and Pearson's product-moment correlation coefficient. The results showed that: (1) most of VHVs were married female farmers aged 46.76 years on average, finished primary school, had a monthly income of 5,001-10,000 baht; had worked as VHVs for 9.9 years on average; had good knowledge of mobility rehabilitation operations, moderate social support and high level of participation in such operations; (2) social support was significantly high level of positive correlation with VHVs’ participation in the rehabilitation operations (r=0.685, p < 0.05); and (3) the major problems or obstacles in such operations were VHVs’ lack of motivation and moral support, insufficient knowledge about screening for complications and mobility rehabilitation, lack of co-operation from disabled persons’ relatives, and inadequate materials/equipment for the operations. It is suggested that public health officials should increase VHVs’ remuneration, organize a training course for VHVs on screening for complications and rehabilitation for physically disabled persons, run public relations activities for disabled persons and relatives to better understand this matter, and provide adequate equipment/materials | en_US |
