dc.description.abstractการวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ (1) ศึกษาสภาพการมีส่วนร่วมของผู้ใช้ในการจัดบริการสารสนเทศของห้องสมุดสถาบันอุดมศึกษาเอกชนในเขตกรุงเทพมหานครและปริมณฑล (2) ศึกษาปัจจัยที่ส่งผลต่อการมีส่วนร่วมของผู้ใช้ในการจัดบริการสารสนเทศของห้องสมุดสถาบันอุดมศึกษาเอกชนในเขตกรุงเทพมหานครและปริมณฑล (3) เปรียบเทียบการมีส่วนร่วมของผู้ใช้ในการจัดบริการสารสนเทศ ของห้องสมุดสถาบันอุดมศึกษาเอกชนในเขตกรุงเทพมหานครและปริมณฑล และ (4) ศึกษาปัญหาและ อุปสรรคในการมีส่วนร่วมของผู้ใช้ในการจัดบริการสารสนเทศของห้องสมุดสถาบันอุดมศึกษาเอกชนใน เขตกรุงเทพมหานครและปริมณฑลวิธีการวิจัยเป็นการวิจัยเชิงสำรวจ ประชากรที่ใช้ในการวิจัยครั้งนี้ คืออาจารย์ และ นักศึกษาในสถาบันอุดมศึกษาเอกชนเขตกรุงเทพมหานครและปริมณฑล จำนวน 21 แห่ง ในปี การศึกษา 2557 จำนวน 222,854 คน ใช้วิธีการสุ่มตัวอย่างแบบง่ายได้กลุ่มตัวอย่างจ านวน 384คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยเป็นแบบสอบถาม สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลคือ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน การทดสอบค่าทีและการวิเคราะห์ความแปรปรวนทางเดียวผลการวิจัยพบว่า (1) สภาพการมีส่วนร่วมของผู้ใช้ในการจัดบริการสารสนเทศของห้องสมุดสถาบันอุดมศึกษาเอกชนในเขกรุงเทพมหานครและปริมณฑลโดยรวมอยู่ในระดับปานกลาง (x̅=2.97) โดยมีส่วนร่วมในกิจกรรมบริการการอ่านในระดับมาก (x̅=3.43) รองลงมาคือการมีส่วนร่วมในเครือข่ายทางสังคมออนไลน์ของห้องสมุด (x̅=3.20) (2) ปัจจัยที่ส่งผลต่อการมีส่วนร่วมของผู้ใช้ในการจัดบริการสารสนเทศมี 3 ปัจจัยได้แก่ ปัจจัยด้านการวางแผนกิจกรรม ปัจจัยด้านการบริการ และปัจจัยด้านประโยชน์ที่ได้รับ พบว่าทุกปัจจัยมีความสัมพันธ์กับการมีส่วนร่วมในทางบวกโดยมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .01 (3) เปรียบเทียบการมีส่วนร่วมของผู้ใช้จ าแนกตามสถานภาพและระดับการศึกษา พบว่าแตกต่างกันทางสถิติที่ระดับนัยสำคัญ .05 แต่ผลการเปรียบเทียบรายคู่ไม่มีความแตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติส่วนการเปรียบเทียบการมีส่วนร่วมของผู้ใช้จำแนกตามความถี่ในการใช้ พบว่าไม่แตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติและ (4) ปัญหาและอุปสรรคในการมีส่วนร่วมของผู้ใช้โดยรวมอยู่ในระดับปานกลาง ได้แก่ด้านการบริหาร (x̅=2.61) ด้านผู้ใช้(x̅=2.61) และด้านผู้ให้บริการ (x̅=2.48)th_TH

dc.description.abstractalternativeThe objectives of this research were 1) to study the general condition of provision of information services of Private University Libraries in Bangkok Metropolitan Region; 2) to study factors affecting user participation in provision of information services of Private University Libraries in Bangkok Metropolitan Region; 3) to compare user participation in provision of information services among various Private University Libraries in Bangkok Metropolitan Region; 4) to study problems and obstacles for users participating in provision of information services of Private University Libraries in Bangkok Metropolitan Region. This research was a survey. Out of 222,854 instructors and students from private universities in Bangkok Metropolitan Region in academic year 2014, the sample consisted of 384 instructors and students chosen through simple random sampling. The instruments used were questionnaires. Statistics were frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, t-test and One Way ANOVA. The results showed that: (1) The general condition of user participation in information services of Private University Libraries was at a moderate level (x= 2.97). Users participate in reading service activities at a high level (x=3.43), followed by library networking online (x=3.20). (2) Factors affecting user participation in information services of Private University Libraries were the activity planning aspect, service aspect and expected outcome aspect, which were found to be statistically significant at a level at .01. (3) Comparing user participation in Information Services by status and education background found the overall significantly different, but by frequency was found no statistically significant difference at .05. (4 ) The problems and obstacles in user participation overall were at a moderate level, in areas such as the administrative aspect (x=2.61), user aspect (x=2.61) and service provider aspect (x=2.48)en_US
