| dc.description.abstract | การวิจัยครั้งนี้ มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ (1) พัฒนาเว็บแอปพลิเคชันระบบบริหารภาระงาน ซ่อมบำรุงเครือข่ายสื่อสารข้อมูล กองสื่อสารข้อมูล ศูนย์คอมพิวเตอร์ กรมสื่อสารอิเล็กทรอนิกส์ ทหารอากาศ (2) สร้างรายงานสำหรับการวิเคราะห์ผลการปฏิบัติงานและประสิทธิภาพการทำงาน ของบุคลากร ของงานซ่อมบำรุงเครือข่ายสื่อสารข้อมูล กองสื่อสารข้อมูล ศูนย์คอมพิวเตอร์ กรม สื่อสารอิเล็กทรอนิกส์ทหารอากาศ และ (3) ประเมินประสิทธิภาพระบบบริหารภาระงานซ่อมบำรุง เครือข่ายสื่อสารข้อมูล กองสื่อสารข้อมูล ศูนย์คอมพิวเตอร์ กรมสื่อสารอิเล็กทรอนิกส์ทหารอากาศ ดำเนินการวิจัยโดยพัฒนาระบบในรูปแบบเว็บแอปพลิเคชันที่พัฒนาขึ้นโดยการ ออกแบบเว็บเชิงตอบสนองให้สามารถแสดงข้อมูลได้ทั้งบนเครื่องคอมพิวเตอร์และอุปกรณ์พกพา ได้อย่างเหมาะสม และได้นำหลักการจัดการฐานข้อมูลเชิงสัมพันธ์ มาใช้เพื่อออกแบบและพัฒนา ระบบบริหารภาระงาน ฯ ให้มีประสิทธิภาพ รายงานการซ่อมบำรุงและรายงานปริมาณงาน ถูก นำมาใช้เพื่อประกอบการตัดสินใจในการวางแผน มีการเปรียบเทียบและเก็บข้อมูลประสิทธิภาพ การปฏิบัติงานของภาระงานซ่อมบำรุงเครือข่ายสื่อสาร ผลการวิจัยพบว่า ระบบที่พัฒนาขึ้นมาสามารถเพิ่ม ลบ แก้ไข และบันทึกรายการงาน สามารถแสดงรายงานปริมาณงานในแต่ละช่วงเวลา สามารถแสดงจำนวนชั่วโมงการทำงานของ เจ้าหน้าที่แต่ละบุคคล และแสดงปริมาณงานของแต่ละหน่วยงานได้ การประเมินประสิทธิภาพ โดยรวมของระบบงานสำหรับ 5 ฟังก์ชันการทำงานต่าง ๆ ได้แก่ ล็อกอินเข้าสู่ระบบ เปิดงานใหม่ มอบหมายงาน บันทึกการปฏิบัติงาน และรายงานผลการปฏิบัติงาน พบว่าถูกต้อง 99.6 เปอร์เซ็นต์ ส่วนการประเมินระดับความพึงพอใจของผู้ใช้งานภาพรวมด้านการออกแบบระบบอยู่ในระดับ พอใจมากที่สุด (x = 4.30 และ S.D=0.55) ด้านข้อมูลของระบบอยู่ในระดับ พอใจมาก (X = 4.03 และ S.D = 0.72) และด้านการใช้งานระบบอยู่ในระดับ พอใจมาก (x = 4.07 และ S.D=0.66) | th_TH |

| dc.description.abstractalternative | The research objectives were to (1) develop a web application of workload management system for communication network maintenance in Computer Center, Directorate of Communication and Electronics, Royal Thai Air Force; (2) create analysis reports for personnel operating results and work performance of communication network maintenance in Computer Center, Directorate of Communication and Electronics, Royal Thai Air Force, and (3) evaluate the efficiency of the workload management system for communication network maintenance in Computer Center, Directorate of Communication and Electronics, Royal Thai Air Force. The web application was developed using responsive web design content to be able to present appropriately on both computers, and portable devices. Relational database management concept was used to design and develop the workload management system effectively. The maintenance and workload reports were used to support decision making of planning. Operational performance data of computer network maintenance workloads was compared and collected. The result of this research found that the developed system was able to add, delete, edit and save work items. The system was able to present workload reports for each specific period, work hours of individual officer, and amounts of workload in each division. There was system performance evaluation for 5 functional features (system login, new task adding, task assignment, work operation recording and reporting) with 99.6% accuracy. The overall user satisfaction of system design was in the most satisfied level (𝑥̅= 4.30 and S.D. = 0.55); system information was in very satisfied level (𝑥̅ = 4.03 and S.D. = 0.72); and system usage was in very satisfied level (𝑥̅ = 4.07 and S.D. = 0.66). | en_US |
