| dc.description.abstract | การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ (1) การนำเสนอข้อมูลผ่านสื่อสิ่งพิมพ์โดยใช้โปรแกรมประยุกต์ เทคนิคความจริงเสริมบนระบบปฏิบัติการแอนดรอยด์ ของหน่วยบริหารจัดการนวัตกรรมรามาธิบดี คณะแพทยศาสตร์ โรงพยาบาลรามาธิบดีมหาวิทยาลัยมหิดล และ (2) วิเคราะห์ประสิทธิภาพและข้อมูลการประเมินความพึงพอใจ การประยุกต์ใช้เทคนิคความจริงเสริมบนระบบปฏิบัติการแอนดรอยด์ในการนำเสนอข้อมูลผ่านสื่อสิ่งพิมพ์ของ หน่วยบริหารจัดการนวัตกรรมรามาธิบดี คณะแพทยศาสตร์โรงพยาบาลรามาธิบดี มหาวิทยาลัยมหิคล งานวิจัยนี้พัฒนาระบบประยุกต์เทคนิคความจริงเสริมบนระบบปฏิบัติการแอนดรอยด์ตามหลักการ ออกแบบของแบบจำลองแอคดี โดยใช้โปรแกรมและเครื่องมือต่างๆ ประยุกต์ร่วมกันเพื่อพัฒนา ได้แก่ โปรแกรม Unity 3D ร่วมกับเทคโนโลยี Vuforia เพื่อเชื่อมโยงเออาร์โค้ด และ Android SDK กับ Java SDK ช่วยประมวลผล สร้างแอปพลิเคชันบนระบบปฏิบัติการแอนดรอยด์ การวิจัยครั้งนี้ผู้วิจัยได้ทำการทดสอบประสิทธิภาพและ วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลการประเมินความพึงพอใจระบบโดยใช้การวิเคราะห์เชิงปริมาณ สถิติที่ใช้คือค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย และส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน โดยประชากรและกลุ่มตัวอย่าง คือ ผู้ที่มาใช้บริการ (ผู้ซื้อ/ผู้บริโภค/ลูกค้า) กับทาง หน่วยบริหารจัดการนวัตกรรมคณะแพทยศาสตร์โรงพยาบาลรามาธิบดี มหาวิทยาลัยมหิคลซึ่งประกอบด้วย บุคลากรทั้งภายในและภายนอก รวมทั้งสิ้น 30 คน ผลการวิจัยพบว่า (1) ผลการทดสอบประสิทธิภาพ ครั้งที่ 1 เป็นการทดสอบการใช้งานจริงรวม 20 ครั้ง โดยผู้ใช้งานจำนวน 20 คน ผ่านสมาร์ทโฟนระบบปฏิบัติการแอนดรอยด์เวอร์ชัน 4.2.2 Jelly Bean ในภาพรวม แสดงผลหรือทำงานได้ถูกต้อง 919 ครั้ง จาก 940 ครั้ง คิดเป็นร้อยละ 97.8 (2) ครั้งที่ 2 นำปัญหาจากการทดสอบ ครั้งที่ 1 ที่พบการสแกนเออาร์โค้ดที่ไม่ผ่านมากที่สุด 2 ประเภท มาทดสอบข้อผิดพลาดเพิ่มเติมโดยผู้วิจัย ด้วยการ ใช้สมาร์ทโฟนรุ่นอื่น (สมาร์ทโฟนระบบปฏิบัติการแอนดรอยด์เวอร์ชัน 5.1 Lollipop) ในภาพรวมแสดงผลได้ ถูกต้อง ประเภทละ 23 ครั้งจาก 30 ครั้ง คิดเป็นร้อยละ 76.7 ซึ่งจากการทดสอบประสิทธิภาพทั้ง 2 ครั้งแสดงให้ เห็นว่าผลการทดสอบที่ออกมายังคงเป็นเช่นเดิมคือเกิดการแสดงผลที่ผิดพลาดแม้จะเปลี่ยนสมาร์ทโฟน จากการ วิเคราะห์ปัญหาอาจเป็นเพราะการออกแบบเออาร์โค้ดที่มีความคล้ายคลึงกันจึงทำให้การกำหนดจุดสแกนในการ ตรวจจับไม่แตกต่างกัน (3) ผลการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลเชิงปริมาณจากกลุ่มตัวอย่างจำนวน 30 คน โดยแบ่งเกณฑ์การ ให้คะแนนเป็น 5 ระดับและวิเคราะห์ความพึงพอใจ 3 ด้าน คือ 1) ด้านการออกแบบมี ค่าเฉลี่ยระดับมากที่สุดคือ 4.39 ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐานมีค่าเป็น 0.52 2) ด้านข้อมูลมีค่าเฉลี่ยระดับมากที่สุดคือ 4.47 ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน มีค่าเป็น 0.51 และ 3) ด้านการใช้งานค่าเฉลี่ยระดับมากที่สุดคือ 4.41 ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐานมีค่าเป็น 0.62 เพราะฉะนั้นภาพรวมมีค่าเฉลี่ยอยู่ในระดับมากที่สุดคือ 4.43 ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐานมีค่าเป็น 0.60 และในส่วน ของข้อเสนอแนะอื่นๆ คือ ควรแยกภาพเออาร์โค้ดเป็นอีก 1 ชุด เพื่อง่ายต่อการแสกน ควรมีสัญลักษณ์แสดงว่า ผู้ใช้อยู่ในระหว่างการสแกน รูปภาพควรเป็น 3 มิติ เพื่อจูงใจและสร้างความสนใจแก่ผู้ใช้ บางครั้งแสดงผลช้า ควรพัฒนาบนระบบปฏิบัติการไอโอเอส และระบบดูใช้ง่าย จึงสรุปได้ว่าการประยุกต์ใช้เทคนิคความเป็นจริง เสริมบนระบบปฏิบัติการแอนดรอยด์ในการนำเสนอข้อมูลผ่านสื่อสิ่งพิมพ์ของหน่วยบริหารจัดการนวัตกรรม รามาธิบดี คณะแพทยศาสตร์โรงพยาบาลรามาธิบดี มหาวิทยาลัยมหิดลที่ได้พัฒนาขึ้นมามีคุณภาพและสามารถ นำไปใช้ได้จริงเพราะสามารถสร้างการสื่อสารพร้อมกับภาพลักษณ์ที่ดีและทันสมัยให้แก่ผลิตภัณฑ์นวัตกรรมรวม ไปถึงองค์กร | th_TH |

| dc.description.abstractalternative | The purposes of this study were as follows (1) to present information via the printed media by using application program of augmented reality techniques on Android Operating System of Ramathibodi Innovation Administration Unit in Faculty of Medicine Ramathibodi Hospital Mahidol University, and (2) to analyze the efficiency and data satisfactory valuation of the utilization of the augmented reality techniques on Android Operating System for presenting information via the printed media of Ramathibodi Innovation Administration Unit in Faculty of Medicine Ramathibodi Hospital Mahidol University. This research developed the application of augmented reality techniques (AR) on Android Operating System based on the ADDIE model design principles. The development tools were applied including Unity 3D and Vuforia to connect the AR codes with Android SDK and Java SDK for creating applications on Android Operating System. In addition, performance testing and quantitative analysis was conducted to analyze the utilization of the developed system. The statistics were percentage, mean and standard deviation. The population and samples were service users (buyers/consumers/customers) from 30 internal and external person of Ramathibodi Innovation Administration Unit in Faculty of Medicine Ramathibodi Hospital Mahidol University. The results of this study showed that (1) the first experimental result from 20 users by actual usage 20 times through the smartphone operating system Android version 4.2.2, Jelly Bean, processed and showed correctly as 919 out of 940 times, equal to 97.8%; (2) the second test took problems from the first test, which were two types of errors from scanning AR code and using different types of smartphone operation (Android version 5.1 Lollipop). The result showed correctly as 23 out of 30 times per category, equal to 76.7%. The two performance testing showed that the errors were still remain although changing types of smartphone operation. The problem analysis predicted that the errors were due to the semi-liked AR code design that made scanning detect AR code with no difference; (3) the quantitative analysis results from the 30 samples on scoring of 5 levels and satisfaction in 3 aspects were: 1) design with the highest mean score was 𝑥̅= 4.39, S.D. = 0.52; 2) information with the highest mean score was 𝑥̅= 4.47, S.D. = 0.51; and 3) usage with the highest mean score was 𝑥̅= 4.41, S.D. =0.62; and the highest mean score of overall aspects was 𝑥̅= 4.43, S.D. = 0.60. The further suggestions from the samples stated that AR code images should be separated into sets for providing easily scanning; there should be a sign to represent a scanning process; images should be presented in three-dimension to motivate more users; there were some delays in result presentation; the application for iOS should be further developed; and this AR developed system was user-friendly application. According to the results, it could be concluded that this developed application of AR techniques on Android Operating System to present information via the printed media of Ramathibodi Innovation Administration Unit in Faculty of Medicine Ramathibodi Hospital Mahidol University was efficient and appropriate in practice because it can establish communication with a good image and trendy innovative products for the organization | en_US |
