Internal Supervision of Schools under Suratthani Primary Educational Service Area Office 2

Abstract

The objectives of this research were (1) to study the conditions of internal supervision in schools under Surat Thani Primary Educational Service Area Office 2; and (2) to compare the conditions of internal supervision in schools under Surat Thani Primary Educational Service Area Office 2 as classified by school size. The research sample consisted of 318 teachers in schools under Surat Thani Primary Educational Service Area Office 2 obtained by stratified random sampling based on school size. The sample size was determined based on Krejcie and Morgan’s Sample Size Table. The employed research tool was a questionnaire on the conditions of internal supervision in school, with reliability coefficient of .85. Statistics employed for data analysis were the frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, and t-test.The research findings revealed that (1) both the overall and specific aspects of conditions of internal supervision in schools under Surat Thani Primary Educational Service Area Office 2 were rated at the high level. When considering the specific aspects of conditions of internal supervision in the schools, they could be ranked from top to bottom based on their rating means as follows: that of studying current condition, problems and needs for supervision; that of supervision operation; that of supervision planning; and that of evaluation and reporting of supervision results; and (2) as for the comparison results of conditions of internal supervision in schools under Surat Thani Primary Educational Service Area Office 2 as classified by school size, it was found that schools with different sizes significantly differed in the overall conditions of internal supervision at the .05 level.

การวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ (1) ศึกษาสภาพการนิเทศภายในของสถานศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาสุราษฎร์ธานี เขต 2 และ (2) เปรียบเทียบสภาพการนิเทศภายในของสถานศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาสุราษฎร์ธานี เขต 2 จําแนกตามขนาดของสถานศึกษา กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการวิจัย ได้แก่ ครูในสถานศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาสุราษฎร์ธานีเขต 2 ปีการศึกษา 2566 จำนวน 318 คน ได้มาโดยการกำหนดขนาดกลุ่มตัวอย่างตามตารางของ Krejcie and Morgan จากนั้นใช้วิธีการสุ่มแบบแบ่งชั้นตามขนาดของสถานศึกษา เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยเป็นแบบสอบถามเกี่ยวกับสภาพการนิเทศภายในของสถานศึกษา มีค่าความเที่ยงเท่ากับ .85 สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ความถี่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และการทดสอบค่าทีผลการวิจัยปรากฏว่า (1) สภาพการนิเทศภายในของสถานศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาสุราษฎร์ธานี เขต 2 โดยภาพรวมและรายด้านอยู่ในระดับมาก เรียงลำดับค่าเฉลี่ยจากมากไปน้อย ได้แก่ ด้านการศึกษาสภาพปัจจุบัน ปัญหาและความต้องการในการนิเทศ ด้านการดำเนินงานการนิเทศ ด้านการวางแผนการนิเทศ และด้านการประเมินผลและรายงานผลการนิเทศ และ (2) ผลการเปรียบเทียบสภาพการนิเทศภายในของสถานศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาสุราษฎร์ธานี เขต 2 จำแนกตามขนาดของสถานศึกษา พบว่า สถานศึกษาที่มีขนาดต่างกันมีสภาพการนิเทศภายใน ภาพรวมแตกต่างกัน อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05
