Creative Leadership of School Administrators Affecting Proactive Learning Management Competency of Teachers in Schools under Nakhon Ratchasima Primary Educational Service Area Office 3

Abstract

The purposes of this research were to study 1) the level of creative leadership of school administrators; 2) the level of proactive learning management competency of teachers; 3) the relationships between creative leadership of school administrators and proactive learning management competency of teachers; and 4) creative leadership of school administrators affecting proactive learning management competency of teachers in schools under Nakhon Ratchasima Primary Educational Service Area Office 3.The research sample consisted of 333 teachers in schools under Nakhon Ratchasima Primary Educational Service Area Office 3, obtained by stratified random sampling based on school size and then simple random sampling. The sample size was determined based on Krejcie and Morgan’s Sample Size Table. The employed research tool was a questionnaire on the levels of creative leadership of school administrator and proactive learning management competency of teacher, with reliability coefficients of .98 and 97, respectively. Statistics employed for data analysis were the percentage, mean, standard deviation, Pearson’s simple correlation coefficient, and simple regression analysis.The research findings revealed that 1) both the overall and specific aspects of creative leadership of the school administrators were rated at the high level; the specific aspects of creative leadership could be ranked from top to bottom based on their rating means as follows: the consideration of individualism; the creation of trust and faith; the confidence; the working as a team; the possession of self-adaptation and flexibility; the possession of vision; and the possession of creative thinking and imagination; 2) the overall proactive learning management of the teachers was rated at the high level; as for the specific aspects of proactive learning management, the aspect that was rated at the highest level was that of the creation of learning atmosphere; while the aspects that were rated at the high level could be ranked based on their rating means as follows: the learner-centered learning management; the authentic learning evaluation; the development of learning media, innovations and technology in learning management; the designing and preparation of learning management plans; and the school-based curriculum development; 3) creative leadership of the school administrators correlated positively at the moderate level with proactive learning management competency of the teachers, which was significant at the .01 level of statistical significance; and 4) creative leadership of the school administrators significantly affected proactive learning management competency of the teachers at the .01 level of statistical significance; and creative leadership of the school administrators could predict proactive learning management competency of the teachers by 25.30 percent.

การวิจัยในครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษา 1) ระดับภาวะผู้นำเชิงสร้างสรรค์ของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา 2) ระดับสมรรถนะการจัดการเรียนรู้เชิงรุกของครู 3) ความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างภาวะผู้นำเชิงสร้างสรรค์ของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษากับสมรรถนะการจัดการเรียนรู้เชิงรุกของครู และ 4) ภาวะผู้นำเชิงสร้างสรรค์ของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาที่ส่งผลต่อสมรรถนะการจัดการเรียนรู้เชิงรุกของครูในสถานศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษานครราชสีมา เขต 3กลุ่มตัวอย่าง ได้แก่ ครูในสถานศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษานครราชสีมา เขต 3 ปีการศึกษา 2565 กำหนดขนาดกลุ่มตัวอย่างโดยใช้ตารางเครจซี่และมอร์แกน ได้กลุ่มตัวอย่าง จำนวน 333 คน จากนั้นทำการสุ่มแบบชั้นภูมิตามขนาดของโรงเรียนและใช้วิธีการสุ่มอย่างง่าย เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยเป็นแบบสอบถามเกี่ยวกับระดับภาวะผู้นำเชิงสร้างสรรค์ของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาและสมรรถนะการจัดการเรียนรู้เชิงรุกของครู มีค่าความเที่ยง เท่ากับ .98 และ .97 ตามลำดับ สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน ค่าสัมประสิทธิ์สหสัมพันธ์อย่างง่ายแบบเพียร์สัน และการวิเคราะห์ความถดถอยอย่างง่ายผลการวิจัย พบว่า 1) ภาวะผู้นำเชิงสร้างสรรค์ของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา โดยรวมและรายด้านอยู่ในระดับมาก เรียงตามลำดับค่าเฉลี่ยจากมากไปหาน้อย ดังนี้ การคำนึงความเป็นปัจเจกบุคคล การสร้างความเชื่อมั่น ศรัทธา การไว้วางใจ การทำงานเป็นทีม การมีความสามารถในการปรับตัวและการมีความยืดหยุ่น การมีวิสัยทัศน์ และการมีความคิดสร้างสรรค์และจินตนาการ 2) สมรรถนะการจัดการเรียนรู้เชิงรุกของครู โดยรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก สำหรับรายด้านที่อยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด 1 ด้าน ได้แก่ การสร้างบรรยากาศในการเรียนรู้ และด้านที่อยู่ในระดับมาก เรียงตามลำดับค่าเฉลี่ยจากมากไปหาน้อย ดังนี้ การจัดการเรียนรู้ที่เน้นผู้เรียนเป็นสำคัญ การวัดและประเมินผลตามสภาพจริง การพัฒนาสื่อนวัตกรรมและเทคโนโลยีในการจัดการเรียนรู้ การออกแบบและการเขียนแผนการจัดการเรียนรู้ และการพัฒนาหลักสูตร 3) ภาวะผู้นำเชิงสร้างสรรค์ของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษามีความสัมพันธ์กับสมรรถนะการจัดการเรียนรู้เชิงรุกของครูเชิงบวกในระดับปานกลาง อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .01 และ 4) ภาวะผู้นำเชิงสร้างสรรค์ของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาส่งผลต่อสมรรถนะการจัดการเรียนรู้เชิงรุกของครู อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .01 โดยสามารถพยากรณ์สมรรถนะการจัดการเรียนรู้เชิงรุกของครูได้ร้อยละ 25.30
