Guidelines for Development of Digital Intelligence of School Administrators under Trang Primary Educational Service Area Office 2

Abstract

The purposes of this research were to study (1) digital intelligence of school administrators; and (2) guidelines for development of digital intelligence of school administrators under Trang Primary Educational Service Area Office 2. The research sample consisted of 292 school administrators and teachers in schools under Trang Primary Education Service Area Office 2 during the 2023 academic year, obtained by stratified random sampling based on school size. The sample size was determined based on Krejcie and Morgan’s Sample Size Table. The key research informants were five experts. The employed research tools were a rating scale questionnaire, with reliability of .97, and an interview form concerning guidelines for development of digital intelligence of school administrators. Quantitative research data were statistically analyzed with the use of the frequency distribution, percentage, mean, and standard deviation; while qualitative data were analyzed with content analysis. The research findings revealed that (1) both the overall and specific aspects of digital intelligence of the school administrators were rated at the high level; and (2) guidelines for development of digital intelligence of the school administrators were as follows: (2.1) Trang Primary Educational Service Area Office 2 should organize in-depth workshop training programs concerning guidelines for maintaining safety on digital world in the school for the school administrators to enable them to have expertise, readiness, knowledge, experience, and ability to provide advices on the use of technological work correctly and ethically; and (2.2) the school administrators should have the readiness and knowledge on digital technology by receiving the in-depth workshop training programs and taking the obtained knowledge to determine the guidelines for the practice on controling the work performance on administration and management of data in the digital world; and they should develop themselves to become digital citizens with quality by receiving training in the training programs on coping with and management of the threatening situations on the digital world in order to enhance their own immunity for digital media literacy and take the obtained knowledge to be utilized as the practice guidelines for efficiently coping with the threats on the digital world.

การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษา (1) ความฉลาดทางดิจิทัลของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา และ (2) แนวทางการพัฒนาความฉลาดทางดิจิทัลของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาตรัง เขต 2 กลุ่มตัวอย่างคือ ผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาและครูในสถานศึกษาสังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาตรัง เขต 2 ปีการศึกษา 2566 จำนวน 292 คน กำหนดขนาดกลุ่มตัวอย่างโดยใช้ตารางของเครจซี่และมอร์แกน จากนั้นใช้วิธีการสุ่มแบบชั้นภูมิตามขนาดของสถานศึกษา ผู้ให้ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ผู้เชี่ยวชาญ จำนวน 5 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยเป็นแบบสอบถามมีลักษณะเป็นมาตรประมาณค่า มีค่าความเที่ยงเท่ากับ .97 และแบบสัมภาษณ์เกี่ยวกับแนวทางการพัฒนาความฉลาดทางดิจิทัลของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลเชิงปริมาณ ได้แก่ ความถี่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย และส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน ส่วนข้อมูลเชิงคุณภาพทำการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยใช้การวิเคราะห์เนื้อหาผลการวิจัยปรากฏว่า (1) ความฉลาดทางดิจิทัลของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา โดยภาพรวมและรายด้านอยู่ในระดับมาก และ (2) แนวทางการพัฒนาความฉลาดทางดิจิทัลของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา ได้แก่ (2.1) สำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาตรัง เขต 2 ควรจัดอบรมเชิงปฏิบัติการเชิงลึกเกี่ยวกับแนวทางการรักษาความปลอดภัยบนโลกดิจิทัลในสถานศึกษาให้แก่ผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาให้เป็นผู้ที่มีความเชี่ยวชาญ มีความพร้อม ความรู้ ประสบการณ์ และสามารถแนะนำการใช้งานเทคโนโลยีอย่างถูกต้องและมีจริยธรรม และ (2.2) ผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาควรมีความพร้อมและความรู้ด้านดิจิทัล โดยเข้าอบรมปฏิบัติการเชิงลึกและนำความรู้ที่ได้มากำหนดเป็นแนวทางปฏิบัติในการควบคุมการใช้งานด้านการบริหารจัดการข้อมูลในโลกดิจิทัล และควรพัฒนาตนเองให้เป็นพลเมืองดิจิทัลที่มีคุณภาพ โดยเข้าอบรมหลักสูตรด้านการรับมือและจัดการกับสถานการณ์การถูกคุกคามบนโลกดิจิทัล เพื่อเสริมสร้างภูมิคุ้มกันการรู้เท่าทันสื่อดิจิทัลและนำความรู้ที่ได้มาเป็นแนวทางปฏิบัติในการรับมือกับการคุกคามบนโลกดิจิทัลได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ
