Guidelines for Promoting Safety Operations from the Use of Human Violence in Schools under Nonthaburi Primary Educational Service Area Office 1

Abstract

The objectives of this research were to study 1) the safety operations from the use of human violence in schools; and 2) the guidelines for promoting safety operations from the use of human violence in schools under Nonthaburi Primary Educational Service Area Office 1. The sample consisted of 296 teachers in schools under Nonthaburi Primary Educational Service Area Office 1, obtained by stratified random sampling based on school size. The sample size was determined based on Taro Yamane’s sample size formular. The key informants were 6 experts. The employed research instruments were a rating scale questionnaire on safety operations from the use of human violence in schools, with reliability coefficients of .99, and the interview form on guidelines for promoting safety operations from the use of human violence in schools. The research data were analyzed using the frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, and content analysis. The research findings were as follows:1) the overall safety operation from the use of human violence in schools were rated at the moderate level; and 2) guidelines for promoting safety operations from the use of human violence in schools were as follows: the school should (1) integrate the information technology system with the student care system to help with student screening; (2) concrete measures or guidelines for practice emphasizing the 3 measures: prevention, indoctrination, and suppression; (3) create a surveillance network in risk areas with an immediate data tracking system; and (4) establish cooperation and disseminate required information coordination channels in order to get clear, easily accessible help.

การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษา 1) การดำเนินงานด้านความปลอดภัยจากการใช้ความรุนแรงของมนุษย์ในสถานศึกษา และ 2) แนวทางการส่งเสริมการดำเนินงานด้านความปลอดภัยจากการใช้ความรุนแรงของมนุษย์ในสถานศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษานนทบุรี เขต 1 กลุ่มตัวอย่าง ได้แก่ ครูในสถานศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษานนทบุรี เขต 1 ปีการศึกษา 2566 จำนวน 296 คน กำหนดขนาดกลุ่มตัวอย่างโดยใช้สูตรของทาโร่ ยามาเน่ จากนั้นสุ่มแบบชั้นภูมิตามขนาดสถานศึกษาแล้วสุ่มอย่างง่าย ผู้ให้ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ผู้เชี่ยวชาญ จำนวน 6 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในวิจัยเป็นแบบสอบถามแบบประมาณค่าเกี่ยวกับดำเนินงานด้านความปลอดภัยจากการใช้ความรุนแรงของมนุษย์ในสถานศึกษา มีค่าความเที่ยงเท่ากับ .99 และแบบสัมภาษณ์เกี่ยวกับแนวทางการส่งเสริมการดำเนินงานด้านความปลอดภัยจากการใช้ความรุนแรงของมนุษย์ในสถานศึกษา สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ ได้แก่ ความถี่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และการวิเคราะห์เนื้อหา ผลการวิจัยปรากฏว่า 1) การดำเนินงานด้านความปลอดภัยจากการใช้ความรุนแรงของมนุษย์ในสถานศึกษา ภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับปานกลาง และ 2) แนวทางการส่งเสริมการดำเนินงานด้านความปลอดภัยจากการใช้ความรุนแรงของมนุษย์ในสถานศึกษา พบว่า สถานศึกษาควร (1) นำระบบเทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศเข้าบูรณาการร่วมกับระบบดูแลช่วยเหลือนักเรียนในการคัดกรองนักเรียน (2) จัดทำมาตรการหรือแนวทางการปฏิบัติอย่างเป็นรูปธรรมโดยเน้นตามมาตรการ 3 ป ได้แก่ การป้องกัน การปลูกฝัง และการปราบปราม (3) สร้างเครือข่ายเฝ้าระวังในพื้นที่เป็นจุดเสี่ยงพร้อมระบบการติดตามข้อมูลอย่างทันที และ (4) จัดทำความร่วมมือและเผยแพร่ช่องทางการประสานงานด้านข้อมูลจำเป็นในการขอความช่วยเหลือที่ชัดเจนและสามารถเข้าถึงได้ง่าย
