| dc.description.abstract | การวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาสภาพ ปัญหา ปัจจัย แนวทางในการจัดกิจกรรม ห้องสมุดและความพึงพอใจของนักเรียนต่อการจัดกิจกรรมห้องสมุดโรงเรียนต้นแบบโครงการ ส่งเสริมนิสัยรักการอ่านระดับประถมศึกษา สังกัดสํานักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษา กำแพงเพชร เขต 1 วิธีดําเนินการวิจัย แบ่งเป็น 2 ขั้นตอน ได้แก่ ขั้นตอนที่ 1 วิเคราะห์เอกสารโครงการ การสัมภาษณ์เชิงลึก ประชากรที่ศึกษา คือครูบรรณารักษ์ จํานวน 10 คน จากโรงเรียนต้นแบบ จํานวน 10 โรงเรียน ขั้นตอนที่ 2 เก็บข้อมูลจากแบบสอบถาม กลุ่มตัวอย่าง คือ นักเรียน โรงเรียนละ 30 คน จํานวน 300 คน ได้จากการสุ่มแบบง่าย เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย ประกอบด้วย แบบบันทึก ข้อมูล แบบสัมภาษณ์ และแบบสอบถาม การวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลใช้การวิเคราะห์เนื้อหา การหาค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย และส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน ผลการวิจัย พบว่า (1) สภาพและปัญหาในการจัดกิจกรรมห้องสมุดโรงเรียนต้นแบบ คือ โรงเรียนมีการจัดกิจกรรมส่งเสริมการอ่านอย่างต่อเนื่อง มีการดําเนินการตามขั้นตอน PDCA แต่พบปัญหาในการจัดกิจกรรม ได้แก่ งบประมาณน้อย ขาดบุคลากรที่มีความเชี่ยวชาญ (2) ปัจจัยที่ส่งผลให้ประสบความสําเร็จ คือมีนโยบายในการจัดทําโครงการส่งเสริมนิสัยรักการอ่านอย่างต่อเนื่อง กำหนดวัตถุประสงค์และผู้รับผิดชอบโครงการ ได้รับงบประมาณสนับสนุน ดําเนินงานตามขั้นตอนอย่างชัดเจน รูปแบบกิจกรรมห้องสมุดที่จัดจําแนกตามประเภทของกิจกรรม ได้แก่ กิจกรรมซึ่งเร้าโสตประสาท เร้าจักษุประสาทเร้าโสตและจักษุประสาทในขณะเดียวกัน และให้ผู้ เป็นเป้าหมายหรือนักเรียนได้ร่วมด้วย (3) แนวทางในการดําเนินงาน คือ สร้างเครือข่ายความร่วมมือกับครู ผู้ปกครองบูรณาการกิจกรรมกับการเรียนการสอนและของบประมาณสนับสนุนจากชุมชน เช่น ผู้ปกครองร้านค้าในชุมชน (4) ระดับความพึงพอใจของนักเรียนต่อการจัดกิจกรรมอยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด | th_TH |

| dc.description.abstractalternative | This research was aimed to study problems, factors, and ways to conduct the library’s activities and Study of student’s with satisfaction of library’s Activities in Model School.,reading habit promotion project in primary school level, Kampheangphet Primary educational service office 1. angphet Primary educational service office 1. Methods used in the research were an analysis of documents relevant to a project and questionnaire. Population were 10 library teachers and 300 students. Tools used in this research were recorded data, interviewing data, and questionnaire. Data analysis was based on content analysis, percentage, mean, and standard deviation. The research found that: (1 ) Conditions and problems in organizing library’s activities in model school were schools which have been continuously organizing reading habit promotion activity and following the PDCA process but found the problems which were inadequate budget and lack of proficiency staff. (2 ) Factors which make a successful activity were continuous policies on reading habit promotion, clear objectives and responsible person of the said activity, adequate budget and clear procedure in running the activity. Activity’s form which classified by type of activities are auditory stimulation, optic nerves stimulation, stimulate both auditory and optic nerves at the same time, and target participatory activity. (3) The procedure guidelines were creating the cooperative network among teachers and parents, integrating activities with classes, requesting for a supporting budget from the community.
