| dc.description.abstract | การวิจัยเชิงพรรณนาครั้งนื้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษา (1) การบริหารจัดการแบบมุ่งผล สัมฤทธิ์ ของพยาบาลวิชาชีพ ที่ปฎิบัติงานในโรงพยาบาล สังกัดกรมอนามัย (2) ผลลัพธ์ทางการพยาบาล ตามการรับรู้ของพยาบาลวิชาชีพ และ (3) ความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างการบริหารจัดการแบบมุ่งผลสัมฤทธิ์ของพยาบาลวิชาชีพ กับผลลัพธ์ทางการพยาบาลตามการรับรู้ของพยาบาลวิชาชีพ ประชากรและกลุ่มตัวอย่าง คือ พยาบาลวิชาชีพ ที่ปฎิบัติงานใน โรงพยาบาลสังกัดกรมอนามัย กระทรวงสาธารณสุข จำนวน 177 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในเป็นแบบสอบถามประกอบด้วย 3 ส่วน คือ ปัจจัยส่วนบุคคล การบริหารจัดการแบบมุ่งผลสัมฤทธิ์ และผลลัพธ์ทางการพยาบาลตามการรับรู้ของพยาบาลวิชาชีพ ที่ปฎิบัติงานในโรงพยาบาลสังกัดกรมอนามัย แบบสอบถามผ่านการ ตรวจสอบความตรงตามเนื้อหา และวิเคราะห์หาความเที่ยง โดยหาค่าสัมประสิทธิ์ครอนบาคแอลฟาได้ค่าความเที่ยงของแบบสอบถาม ส่วนที่ 2 และ ส่วนที่ 3 เท่ากับ .94 และ .96 ตามลำดับ วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยการหา ค่าความถี่ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และค่าสัมประสิทธิ์สหสัมพันธ์ของเพียธ์สัน ผลการวิจัยพบว่า (1) การบริหารจัดการแบบมุ่งผลสัมฤทธิ์ ของพยาบาลวิชาชีพที่ปฏิบัติงานในโรงพยาบาลสังกัดกรมอนามัย อยู่ในระดับสูง (2) ผลลัพธ์ทางการพยาบาลตามการรับรู้ของพยาบาลวิชาชีพ ที่ปฎิบัติงานในโรงพยาบาลสังกัดกรมอนามัย อยู่ในระดับสูง และ (3) การ บริหารจัดการแบบมุ่งผลสัมฤทธิ์ มีความสัมพันธ์ทางบวกในระดับสูง (r = .936) กับผลลัพธ์ทางการพยาบาล ตามการรับรู้ของพยาบาลวชาชีพ อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .01 | th_TH |

| dc.description.abstractalternative | The purposes of this descriptive research were: (1) to examine Result Based Management of professional nurses of hospitals under Department of Health, (2) to explore nursing outcomes as perceived by professional nurses, and (3) to find the relationships between Result Based Management and nursing outcomes. The population and sample consisted of 177 professional nurses of hospitals under Department of Health, the Ministry of Public Health. Questionnaires were used as research tools and consisted of three parts: personal data, Result Based Management, and nursing outcomes. These tools were tested for content validity. The Cronbach’s alpha coefficients of the second and the third parts were .96 and .94 respectively. Statistical devices used for data analysis were frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, and Pearson’s product-moment correlation coefficient. The major findings were as follows. (1) Professional nurses rated their Result Based Management at the high level. (2) They also rated their nursing outcomes at the high level. Finally, (3) there was a statistically significant positive relationship between Result Based Management and nursing outcomes (r = .936, p<.01). | en_US |
