| dc.description.abstract | การศึกษาครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) ศึกษาปัจจัยส่วนบุคคลของสมาชิกสหกรณ์ ที่มีผลต่อการเลือกตั้งคณะกรรมการดำเนินการ 2) ศึกษาระดับปัจจัยด้านผู้สมัครที่มีผลต่อการตัดสินใจของสมาชิกสหกรณ์ในการเลือกตั้งคณะกรรมการดำเนินการ 3) ศึกษาความสัมพันธ์ของปัจจัยด้านผู้สมัครในการตัดสินใจของสมาชิกในการเลือกตั้งคณะกรรมการดำเนินการ ประชากรที่ใช้ในการศึกษา คือ สมาชิกสหกรณ์ข้าราชการสหกรณ์ จำกัด ทั้งหมดทั่วประเทศ จํานวน 6,453 คน กลุ่มตัวอย่างจํานวน 377 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการศึกษา ได้แก่ แบบสอบถาม การวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล โดยใช้ค่าสถิติได้แก่ การแจกแจงความถี่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ยส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และค่าไคสแควร์ ผลการศึกษา พบว่า 1) สมาชิกส่วนใหญ่เป็นเพศหญิง อายุระหว่าง 41-45 ปี สถานภาพหม้าย วุฒิการศึกษาระดับปริญญาตรี หรือเทียบเท่า สถานะเป็นข้าราชการสังกัดกรมส่งเสริมสหกรณ์ทั้งหมดสมาชิกมีรายได้ระหว่าง 30,001-35,000 บาท ระยะเวลาการเป็นสมาชิกอยู่ระหว่าง 11-20 ปี 2) ปัจจัยด้านผู้สมัครที่มีผลต่อการตัดสินใจของสมาชิกสหกรณ์ในการเลือกตั้งคณะกรรมการดำเนินการสูงที่สุดได้แก่ ปัจจัยด้านนโยบายผู้สมัคร (ค่าเฉลี่ย 3.89) ปัจจัยย่อยที่มีผลสูงที่สุด คือ นโยบายพัฒนาระบบการให้บริการของสหกรณ์ (ค่าเฉลี่ย 4.99) ปัจจัยด้านรูปแบบการหาเสียง (ค่าเฉลี่ย 3.73) ปัจจัยย่อยที่มีผลสูงที่สุด คือ การนำเสนอนโยบาย (ค่าเฉลี่ย 5.00) และปัจจัยด้านคุณสมบัติของผู้สมัคร (ค่าเฉลี่ย 3.30) ปัจจัยย่อยที่มีผลสูงที่สุด คือ เป็นผู้ที่มีความรู้ความสามารถ (ค่าเฉลี่ย 4.31) 3) ความสัมพันธ์ของปัจจัยด้านผู้สมัครในการตัดสินใจของสมาชิกในการเลือกตั้งคณะกรรมการดำเนินการ พบว่า ปัจจัยส่วนบุคคลของสมาชิกสหกรณ์ด้านสถานะไม่มีความสัมพันธ์กับการตัดสินใจเลือกตั้ คณะกรรมการดำเนินการอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ 0.05 ส่วนปัจจัยด้านอื่น ๆ ทั้งหมดมีความสัมพันธ์กับการตัดสินใจเลือกตั้งคณะกรรมการดำาเนินการอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ 0.05 ปัจจัยด้านคุณสมบัติ นโยบายและรูปแบบการหาเสียงของผู้สมัครมีความสัมพันธ์กับการตัดสินใจของสมาชิกในเลือกตั้คณะกรรมการดำเนินการอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ 0.05 | th_TH |

| dc.description.abstractalternative | This study objectives were 1) to study of personal factors of cooperatives member that affected the election of the board of director. 2) to study of applicant factors levels that affect the decisions of cooperatives member in board of director election 3) to study of the relationship of the applicant factors affected the decisions of cooperatives member in the election of the board of director. The population were 6,453 members cooperative government officer cooperatives Ltd. Samples were 377 members. Descriptive statistics was applied as questionnaire and data analysis by using the statistics included frequency distribution, percentage, standard deviation and the Chi-squared. The study results were as follows : 1) Most members are female range of the age between 41-45 years , marital status was widowed, education was bachelor’s degree or equivalent , status was government officer of the Cooperatives Promotion Department , member income level between 35,000-30,001 baht and the period of membership between 11-20 years. 2) The most applicant factors had Influence on decision making for an election of the board of director was factors of the policy(mean 3.89) The most sub-factors was system service policy development of cooperatives (mean 4.99). Next, applicant factors of the campaign (mean 3.73) the most sub-factors was present policy (mean 5.00) and applicant factors of the property (mean 3.30) the most sub-factors was knowledge (mean 4.31) 3) The relationship of the applicant factors affected the decisions of cooperatives member in the election of the board of director. Found that the state of personal factors of cooperative members had no relationship to the decision for an election of the board of director score at 0.05 level. When studying relationships for applicant factors of the property policy and campaign had relationship to the decision for an election of the board of director score at 0.05 level. | - |
