| dc.description.abstract | การศึกษาครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ (1) เพื่อศึกษากระบวนการห่วงโซ่อุปทาน (2) เพื่อ ศึกษาปัญหาและอุปสรรคของกระบวนการห่วงโซ่อุปทาน (3) เพื่อเสนอแนะแนวทางการพัฒนาการ จัดการห่วงโซ่อุปทานของธุรกิจแปรรูปข้าวของสหกรณ์การเกษตรบรบือ จำกัด กลุ่มตัวอย่าง เป็นผู้บริหารและฝ่ายจัดการของสหกรณ์ ประกอบด้วย ประธานกรรมการ สหกรณ์ ผู้จัดการสหกรณ์ รองผู้จัดการฝ่ายบัญชีและการเงิน ผู้ช่วยผู้จัดการฝ่ายโรงสี และผู้ช่วย ผู้จัดการฝ่ายธุรกิจสินเชื่อของสหกรณ์การเกษตรบรบือ จำกัด ได้มาโดยการสุ่มแบบเจาะจง เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการศึกษาเป็นแบบสัมภาษณ์กึ่งโครงสร้าง และแบบการสังเกตการณ์การปฏิบัติงาน ของกระบวนการห่วงโซ่อุปทาน ผลการศึกษา พบว่า (1) กระบวนการห่วงโซ่อุปทาน เริ่มต้นจากธุรกิจส่งเสริม การเกษตรที่ส่งเสริมให้สมาชิกสหกรณ์ผลิตข้าวที่มีคุณภาพ ถัดมาเป็นธุรกิจการรวบรวบข้าวเปลือก จากสมาชิกสหกรณ์ เพื่อจัดเก็บข้าวเปลือกบางส่วนไว้สำหรับการผลิตข้าวสารบรรจุถุงเพื่อจำหน่าย โดยฝ่ายโรงสีข้าว เมื่อได้รับคำสั่งซื้อ จะทำการสั่งซื้อข้าวเปลือกตามชนิดที่ลูกค้าต้องการจากศูนย์ รวบรวมข้าวเปลือกของสหกรณ์เพื่อทำการแปรสภาพข้าวและบรรจุถุง ส่วนการจำหน่ายข้าวสาร บรรจุถุงนั้น สหกรณ์จัดส่งให้ผู้ค้าส่ง ผู้ค้าปลีกและผู้บริโภคตามคำสั่งซื้อและจัดเก็บไว้เพื่อจำหน่าย แก่ผู้บริโภคที่ศูนย์จำหน่ายของสหกรณ์ ซึ่งกระบวนการต่างๆ มีความสัมพันธ์เกี่ยวโยงกันไปตลอด ห่วงโซ่อุปทาน (2) ปัญหาอุปสรรคที่พบในกระบวนการห่วงโซ่อุปทาน คือ สินค้าคงคลังมีปริมาณมาก วัตถุดิบมีราคาสูง การบรรจุข้าวสารถุงไม่ทันเวลา และการขนส่งยังไม่มีประสิทธิภาพ (3) สหกรณ์ ยังไม่ได้นำแนวคิดในเรื่องการจัดการห่วงโซ่อุปทานมาประยุกต์ใช้ในการดำเนินงาน จึงควรศึกษา และนำแนวคิดดังกล่าวมาประยุกต์ใช้ในอนาคต | th_TH |

| dc.description.abstractalternative | The objectives of this study were (1) to study supply chain processes, (2) to study problems of the supply chain processes (3) to guide the development, supply chain management of rice processed business of Bo-Ra-Bue agricultural cooperative limited. The sample were Co-executive directors and the management of the cooperative chairman which consisted of manager of the cooperative, Vice president of accounting and finance section, Assistant manager of the mill section and assistant manager of the Credit of Bo-Ra-Bue agricultural cooperative limited, obtained by purposiveSampling. The employed study instruments were a semi-structured interviews and observation the performance of the supply chain process. The results showed that 1) supply chain process consisted of the agricultural promotion business to promote cooperative members produce quality rice. The next business was paddy rice purchasing business to collect paddy from cooperative members which saved some for the production of paddy rice bags for distribution by the mill section, when receiving purchase orders, the mill section would made in order which purchased of paddy rice from paddy rice stock for processing and packaging. The distribution of plastic bag rice to the cooperative wholesaler, retailers and consumers to order and store them for sale to consumers at the center of the distribution cooperatives. All processes mentioned were above related to each other throughout the supply chain. 2) problems encountered in the supply chain were exceeding inventory volume, High raw material prices, Late rice bags packaging and inefficient transportation 3) the cooperative had not yet applied the concept of supply chain management applications in operation.
