| dc.description.abstract | การศึกษาครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษา 1) รูปแบบการจัดกิจกรรมสหกรณ์ของโรงเรียน 2) ระดับ ความต้องการในการพัฒนาการจัดกิจกรรมสหกรณ์โรงเรียน และ 3) สภาพปัญหา อุปสรรค และข้อเสนอแนะใน การจัดกิจกรรมสหกรณ์ของโรงเรียนประถมศึกษาใน สํานักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาระนอง ประชากรที่ใช้ในการศึกษา คือ ครูที่ปรึกษากิจกรรมสหกรณ์ในโรงเรียนประถมศึกษาสํานักงาน เขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาระนองทั้งหมด จํานวน 77คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการศึกษา คือ แบบสอบถาม สถิติ ที่ใช้การวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลคือ ความถี่ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และการวิเคราะห์เนื้อหา ผลการศึกษาพบว่า 1) ครูผู้ทําหน้าที่เป็นที่ปรึกษาบริหารกิจกรรมสหกรณ์โรงเรียน ส่วนใหญ่เพศ หญิง (ร้อยละ 84.4) ประสบการณ์ในกิจกรรมสหกรณ์ 1-3 ปี (ร้อยละ 64.9) วุฒิการศึกษาปริญญาตรี (ร้อยละ 83.1) รูปแบบการจัดกิจกรรมสหกรณ์ของโรงเรียน ได้แก่ ด้านออมทรัพย์ (ร้อยละ 72.7) ด้านร้านค้า (ร้อยละ 70.1) ด้านส่งเสริมการเกษตร/อาชีพ (ร้อยละ 42.9) และจัดกิจกรรมด้านการศึกษาและสวัสดิการ (ร้อยละ 14.3) ตามลําดับ 2) ระดับความต้องการพัฒนากิจกรรมสหกรณ์ของโรงเรียน โดยรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก ได้แก่ ด้านบริหาร จัดการ ที่สําคัญคือ การต้องการส่งเสริมให้ความรู้แก่สมาชิก การพัฒนาให้มีกิจกรรมที่ส่งเสริมให้ผู้เรียนเกิดจิต อาสา การพัฒนาสังคมและสิ่งแวดล้อม การพัฒนาสหกรณ์ให้นักเรียนมีส่วนร่วมในการแก้ปัญหาหรือพัฒนา โรงเรียน ด้านการบันทึกบัญชีและการปิดบัญชีที่สําคัญคือ การพัฒนาความรู้ ความเข้าใจการบันทึกบัญชี การทํา หลักฐานการรับเงิน-จ่ายเงิน และการบันทึกบัญชีรับจ่าย ด้านการจัดทํางบการเงิน ที่สําคัญ คือ การพัฒนาควมรู้ ความเข้าใจการทํางบการเงิน และ วิธีการและขั้นตอนการจัดทํางบการเงิน และด้านการกําไรสุทธิประจําปี ที่สําคัญ คือ การพัฒนาการจัดสรรเงินปันผล การจัดสรรเงินเฉลี่ยคืน และการจ่ายเงินโบนัสกรรมการดําเนินการ 3) ปัญหาและอุปสรรคการจัดกิจกรรมสหกรณ์ของโรงเรียน คือ (1) โรงเรียนขนาดเล็กการทํางานยังไม่ เป็นระบบ (2) ครูที่ปรึกษามีประสบการณ์น้อย ขาดความรู้ความเข้าใจ (3) ครูไม่ได้สอดแทรกเรื่องสหกรณ์ในแผนการสอน อย่างจริงจัง และ (4) นักเรียนเรียนรู้เพียงการซื้อสินค้า แต่ไม่ได้เรียนรู้ระบบสหกรณ์ข้อเสนอแนะคือ โรงเรียน ควรจัดให้มีการศึกษาเรียนรู้จากสถานศึกษาที่มีการจัดการศึกษาระบบสหกรณ์ได้ครบวงจร และผู้บริหารโรงเรียน ต้องเป็นบุคคลแรกที่ให้ความสําคัญ และกระตุ้นให้มีการดําเนินการในทุกชั้นเรียน | th_TH |

| dc.description.abstractalternative | The purposes of this study were to study 1) patterns for primary schools cooperatives activities, 2) needs in development of primary school cooperatives activities, and 3) problems and suggestions for primary school cooperatives activities in Ranong Primary Education Area Office. Population in this study was a total of 77 counseling teachers for cooperatives activities in primary schools of Ranong Primary Education Area Office. Instrument used was questionnaire and statistics used in data analysis were frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation and contents analysis. Results were as follows. 1) Most of the counseling teachers for cooperatives activities in primary schools were female (84.4%). Their experience in cooperatives activities was 1-3 years (64.9%). They completed bachelor degree (83.1%). Patterns for primary school cooperatives activities composed of savings (72.7%), commercial shop (70.1%), agricultural extension/occupation (42.9%), educational and welfare activities (14.32%), respectively. 2) Overall needs in development of primary school cooperatives activities was at high level; i.e. administration management aspect, specially enhancement of knowledge to members, development of promoting students to have public mind for further society and environmental development and development of cooperatives encouraging students to participate in solving problems or school development. In accounting record and closing account, it is important to promote knowledge and understanding in accounting record, accounting evidence for receiving and paying, accounting record for receiving and paying. For financial budget, it is also necessary to enhance knowledge and understanding in preparing financial budget, procedures and steps in developing financial budget. In the aspect of yearly net profit, it is important to develop bonus and dividend allocation as well as bonus allocation to working committee. 3) Problems encountered by primary schools cooperatives activities; (1) due to unorganized system in small size schools; (2) inexperienced counseling teachers lacked of knowledge and understanding; (3) cooperatives subject was not included in the teaching plan, and (4) students only learned to buy goods but not cooperatives system. Schools should provide for education of students with educational cooperative system has been integrated.
