| dc.description.abstract | การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ (1) ศึกษาปัจจัยสำคัญของสภาพแวดล้อมทาง การเมืองที่ส่งเสริมบทบาทสตรีในการเมืองท้องถิ่น (2) ศึกษาบทบาทสตรีที่ส่งผลต่อการเมือง ท้องถิ่น (3) ศึกษาปัญหาและอุปสรรคของบทบาทสตรีในการเมืองท้องถิ่น (4) เสนอข้อเสนอแนะ แนวทางแก้ไขปัญหาและอุปสรรค ตลอดจนข้อเสนอแนะที่สามารถนำไปพัฒนาบทบาทสตรีของ หน่วยงานหรือองค์กรอื่นได้ การวิจัยนี้เป็นการวิจัยเชิงคุณภาพ ประกอบด้วย กลุ่มผู้นำและนักการเมืองท้องถิ่นที่ เป็นสตรีคัดเลือกแบบเฉพาะเจาะจงจำนวน 15คนโดยการสัมภาษณ์เชิงสึกและวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลเชิง พรรณนา ผลการวิจัย พบว่า (1) ปัจจัยส่งเสริมบทบาทสตรีด้านสภาพแวดล้อมทางการเมือง คือ การได้รับการยกย่องความต้องการรับใช้ชุมชนและความต้องการมีส่วนร่วมในการพัฒนาชุมชน ของตนเองให้ดีขึ้น (2) บทบาทสตรีที่ความต้องการรับใช้ชุมชนส่งผลต่อการเมืองท้องถิ่น คือการ สร้างความเป็นธรรมได้ด้วยตนเอง และการเป็นผู้นำที่ดีด้องมีใจเป็นกลาง ยอมรับความคิดเห็นจาก ทุกฝ่ายซึ่งจะโยงไปสู่ปัจจัยส่งเสริมด้านการรักษาผลประโยชน์ของห้องถิ่น (3) ปัญหาและอุปสรรค ของบทบาทนักการเมืองท้องถิ่นของสตรี คือการขาดการสนับสนุนทั้งภายในและภายนอก จาก หน่วยงาน องค์กรที่เที่ยวข้อง ค่านิยมทางเพศระหว่างผู้ชายกับผู้หญิงของคนร่นเก่า และความไม่ เชื่อมั่นในการทำงานของสตรี (4) ความคิดเห็นและข้อเสนอแนะคอการคำนึงถึงประโยชน์ส่วนรวม มากกว่าประโยชน์ส่วนตน มีคุณธรรม มีความซื่อสัตย์สุจริต มีความรับผิดชอบความจริงใจ ความ ตรงต่อเวลา มีการแสวงหาความรู้ใหม่อยู่เสมอเพื่อนำมาพัฒนาความรู้ความสามารถของตนเองให้ มากขึ้น | th_TH |

| dc.description.abstractalternative | The objectives of this research were (1) to study the political environment factors that enhanced the roles of women in local politics; (2) to study women’s roles that affected local politics; (3) to study problems and obstacles to women’s roles in local politics; and (4) to recommend to solve those problems, which could be applied to develop women’s roles in other organizations as well. This a qualitative research was based on in-depth interviews with 15 key informants, chosen through purposive sampling, consisting of female local leaders and politicians. Data were analyzed through descriptive analysis. The results showed that (1) the political environment factors that enhanced the roles of women in local politics were praise and admiration, desire to serve the community and desire to develop one’s community and make it better, (2) women's role in serving the community affected local politics by enabling women to create fairness themselves. Women’s role in being good impartial leaders and accepting the views of every side was linked to the enhancing factor of maintaining the locality’s best interests, (3) obstacles to women’s role in local politics were a lack of internal and external support from related agencies; the older generation’s values about the roles of men and women; and lack of confidence in women’s work, (4) recommendations are to realize of the common interest more than one’s own benefit; to be ethical, honest, sincere, responsible, and punctual; and to constantly seek new knowledge and apply it to develop one’s abilities. | en_US |
