| dc.description.abstract | การศึกษาครั้งนี้ มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษา 1) ปัจจัยส่วนบุคคลของสมาชิกสหกรณ์การเกษตรราชสาส์น จำกัด จังหวัดฉะเชิงเทรา 2) ความคิดเห็นของสมาชิกที่มีต่อการบริหารจัดการงานตามหลักธรรมาภิบาลของสหกรณ์ และ 3) เสนอแนะแนวทางในการบริหารจัดการตามหลักธรรมาภิบาลของสหกรณ์ ประชากรที่ใช้ในการศึกษา คือ สมาชิกสหกรณ์การเกษตรกรราชสาส์น จำกัด ณ วันที่ 1 มกราคม 2561 จำนวน 465 คน กำหนดขนาดตัวอย่างโดยใช้สูตรของทาโรยามาเน่ ที่ค่าความคาดเคลื่อน 0.08 จำนวน 117 คน สุ่มตัวอย่างอย่างง่าย และเจาะจงประธานกรรมการดำเนินการสหกรณ์ จำนวน 1 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการศึกษา คือแบบสอบถาม และการสัมภาษณ์แบบมีโครงสร้าง สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล คือ ค่าความถี่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และการวิเคราะห์เนื้อหา ผลการศึกษาพบว่า 1) สมาชิกสหกรณ์ส่วนใหญ่ เพศชาย ร้อยละ 19.07 อายุ 31-40 ปี ร้อยละ 31.16 สถานะภาพสมรส ร้อยละ 94.88 การศึกษาระดับประถมศึกษาปีที่ 6 ร้อยละ 52.14 และ ระยะเวลาการเป็นสมาชิกสหกรณ์ 11- 15 ปี ร้อยละ 94.42 2) ความคิดเห็นของสมาชิกที่มีต่อการบริหารจัดการงานตามหลักธรรมาภิบาลของสหกรณ์ โดยรวม อยู่ในระดับมาก (ค่าเฉลี่ย 4.02) โดยหลักนิติธรรมอยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด (ค่าเฉลี่ย 4. 22) รองลงมาในระดับมาก ได้แก่ หลักความเสมอภาค (ค่าเฉลี่ย 4.13) หลักการมอบอำนาจ (ค่าเฉลี่ย 4.1) หลักการตอบสนอง (ค่าเฉลี่ย 4.01) หลักประสิทธิภาพ (ค่าเฉลี่ย 4.0) หลักความโปร่งใส (ค่าเฉลี่ย 3.93) หลักประสิทธิผล (ค่าเฉลี่ย 9.92) หลักภาระรับผิดชอบ (ค่าเฉลี่ย 9.3) และหลักการมีส่วนร่วม (ค่าเฉลี่ย 3.87) ตามลำดับ และสอดคล้องกับความคิดเห็นของประธานกรรมการดำเนินการสหกรณ์โดยรวมอยู่ในระดับมากหรือดีตามเกณฑ์การประเมินของกรมส่งเสริมสหกรณ์แต่อาจจะแตกต่างกันในแต่ละหลักบ้างเล็กน้อย 3) แนวทางการการบริหารจัดการตามหลักธรรมาภิบาลของสหกรณ์ คือ การนำผลความคิดเห็นของสมาชิกสหกรณ์ในแต่ละหลักเปรียบเทียบกับเกณฑ์การประเมินธรรมาภิบาลของกรมส่งเสริมสหกรณ์อย่างละเอียด โดยจะต้องพัฒนาให้ในแต่ละหลักอยู่ในระดับที่สูงมากขึ้น และคณะกรรมการดำเนินการและฝ่ายจัดการจะต้องร่วมกันวิเคราะห์ประเด็นที่เป็นข้อด้อยในแต่ละหลักเพื่อนำไปสู่การพัฒนาสหกรณ์ตามหลักธรรมาภิบาลอย่างจริงจังและต่อเนื่อง | th_TH |

| dc.description.abstractalternative | The objectives of this research were to study 1) personal factors of Rajasan Agriculture Cooperative Limited, Chachoengsao Province 2) opinions of members towards management according to good governance of cooperative 3) suggestion of guidelines in the management according to good governance principles of cooperative. The population used in this study was 465 members of Rajasan Agriculture Cooperative Limited on 1st January, 2018. The sample size of 117 people was determined by using Taro Yamane formula at the error value of 0.08 and simple random sampling method and in particular specified 1 chief of operation committee. The research instruments employed were questionnaires and structured interview. Data was analyzed using statistics such as frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, and content analysis. The results of the study showed that 1) most of members of Rajasan Agriculture Cooperative Limited were male ( 79.07%). 31.16% of the members’ age was 31-40 years. 94.88% were married, 52.14% completed grade 6 of primary ,and 94.42% had been members of cooperative for 11-15 years. 2) Opinions of members towards the management of good governance principles of cooperative, in general, were at the high level (mean = 4.02) with the rule of law at the highest level (mean= 4.22). Second to that at the high level were equality principle (mean = 4.13), power of attorney principle (mean = 4.11) ,response principle (mean= 4.01),efficiency principle (mean = 4.01),transparency principle (mean =3.93),effectiveness principle (mean =9.92),responsibility principle (mean =9.31), and participation (mean = 3.87) respectively and coincided with the opinions of the chief operation committee of cooperative, overall, which was at the high level or good according to the evaluation of cooperative extension department but may varies in the aspects of principles. 3) Guideline for good governance principle management of cooperative was to adopt the opinions of cooperative members in each principle and compare them with criteria of good governance evaluation of cooperative extension department in details. The focus would be on the improvement of each principle to a higher level.
