dc.description.abstractการวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) ประเมินระบบ Eco Faculty ตามมาตรฐาน ISO 14001:2015 2) ประเมินปริมาณการใช้เอกสารกระดาษเปรียบเทียบกับเอกสารอิเล็กทรอนิกส์ และ 3) พัฒนาเว็บไซต์เพื่อติดตามและประเมินปริมาณการใช้กระดาษของคณะวนศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัยเกษตรศาสตร์ โดยอ้างอิงมาตรฐาน ISO 14001:2015 การดำเนินการวิจัยมีขั้นตอนประกอบด้วย 1) สำรวจและประเมินความรู้ความเข้าใจเกี่ยวกับระบบ Eco Faculty โดยใช้แบบสอบถามข้อมูลพื้นฐานของผู้ให้ข้อมูล ความรู้ความเข้าใจ การยอมรับแนวคิดระบบ Eco Faculty และด้านสิ่งแวดล้อมภายในสำนักงาน ตามมาตรฐาน ISO 14001:2015 2) ประยุกต์เทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศและการสื่อสาร ได้แก่ การจัดซื้อกระดาษ การประชุมอิเล็กทรอนิกส์ และการคัดแยกกระดาษ ส่งเสริมการเพิ่มช่องทางอิเล็กทรอนิกส์ในการปฏิบัติงานทดแทนการใช้กระดาษของหน่วยงานทดลอง คณะวนศาสตร์ในช่วงปี พ.ศ. 2558 - 2560 เครื่องมือที่ใช้คือ แอปพลิเคชันด้านไอซีทีของหน่วยงานทดลอง กลุ่มสายสนับสนุน ช่วยวิชาการ และ 3) พัฒนาเว็บไซต์เพื่อติดตามและประเมินปริมาณการใช้กระดาษโดยอ้างอิงมาตรฐาน ISO 14001:2015 เครื่องมือที่ใช้คือ โปรแกรมเพื่อการสร้างงาน การจัดเก็บ การสื่อสารและการทำงานร่วมกัน การวิเคราะห์ และการประกาศ ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1) การประเมินความรู้ความเข้าใจเกี่ยวกับระบบ Eco Faculty ผลการประเมินในภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับปานกลางโดยมีคะแนนเฉลี่ย 3.43 จาก 5.00 และด้านสิ่งแวดล้อมภายในสำนักงานซึ่งคิดจากข้อมูลทั้งหมด อยู่ที่ 37.5 คะแนน จาก 100 คะแนน เท่ากับระดับพอใช้ 2) ประเมินปริมาณการใช้เอกสารกระดาษเปรียบเทียบกับเอกสารอิเล็กทรอนิกส์ ของคณะวนศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัยเกษตรศาสตร์ พบวา การจัดซื้อกระดาษ มีค่าเพิ่มขึ้นร้อยละ 1.1 การประชุมอิเล็กทรอนิกส์มีค่าลดลงร้อยละ 0.48 การคัดแยกกระดาษมีค่าเพิ่มขึ้น ร้อยละ 3.98 และ 3) การพัฒนาเว็บไซต์มีองค์ประกอบ 3 ส่วน คือ ส่วนบันทึกข้อมูล เพื่อเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลกระดาษแต่ละส่วนงาน ส่วนวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลการใช้และเปรียบเทียบปริมาณกระดาษมีค่าเพิ่มขึ้นหรือลดลงของส่วนงาน และส่วนรายงานสรุปผลค่าปริมาณกระดาษตามมาตรฐาน ISO 14001:2015 ในรูปแบบตารางและกราฟth_TH

dc.description.abstractalternativeThe objectives of this research were as follows: 1) Evaluation of the Eco Faculty system in accordance with ISO 14001:2015; 2) Evaluation of the use of paper documents in comparison with electronic documents; 3) Development of a web site to monitor and evaluate the paper consumption of the Faculty of Forestry, Kasetsart University based on ISO 14001:2015. The research methodology consisted of 1) Surveying and evaluating the understanding and knowledge of the Eco Faculty system using the basic information of the informants, knowledge, acceptance of the Eco Faculty concept and the systematic environment in the office based on ISO 14001:2015 2) Applying information and communication technologies, such as paper purchasing, electronic meeting, and paper sorting, to promote the electronic channels for paper replacement in routine operation of the sample unit of Faculty of Forestry, Kasetsart University during the years of 2015 - 2017. Tools for the process were ICT applications; 3) Development a web site to monitor and evaluate paper consumption based on ISO 14001:2015. Tools for this process consisted of creation job, document recording, communication and teamwork, analyze and announcement. The research finding showed as follows: 1) the evaluation of knowledge and understanding of the Eco Faculty was an average level with the score of 3.43 out of 5.00, and the collected score of the systematic environment in the office was 37.5 points out of 100 points which was fair level. 2) Assessment of paper consumption compared to electronic documents of Faculty of Forestry, Kasetsart University found that the purchase of paper increased 1.1 percent, electronic meetings decreased 0.48 percent, paper extraction increased 3.98 percent; and 3) Website development had three components which are data entry component to input the volume of paper usage in the sample units, analysis component to evaluate paper consumption increased or decreased in the sample units, and the reporting component to summarize the results of paper consumption according to ISO 14001: 2015 in the form of tables and graphsen_US
