dc.description.abstractการวิจัยมีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ (1) ศึกษาระดับความพึงพอใจของผู้ประกอบการที่มีต่อ ตรวจประเมินเพื่อการรับรอง มรท. 8001 - 2546 ของกรมสวัสดิการและผู้มครองแรงงาน (2) เปรียบเทียบระดับความพึงพอใจของผู้ประกอบการที่มีต่อการตรวจประเมินเพื่อการรับรอง มรท. 8001 - 2546 ของกรมสวัสดิการและคุ้มครองแรงงาน ตามปัจจัยส่วนบุคคล และปัจจัยทั่วไปของ สถานประกอบกิจการ (3) ศึกษาความสัมพันธ์ความพึงพอใจของผู้ประกอบการที่มึต่อการตรวจ ประเมินเพื่อการรับรอง มรท. 8001 - 2546 ของกรมสวัสดิการและผู้มครองแรงงาน และเสนอแนะ แนวทางการปรับปรุงและพัฒนาการตรวจประเมิน การวิจัยครั้งนี้เปีนการวิจัยเชิงสำรวจ กสุ่มตัวอย่าง คือ ผู้ประกอบการที่ได้รับการ ตรวจประเมินเพื่อการรับรอง มรท. 8001 -2546 จากกรมสวัสดิการและค้มครองแรงงาน ใน ปีงบประมาณ พ.ศ. 2548 - 2549 จำนวน 189 แห่ง เครื่องมือที่ใช้เปีนแบบสอบถามเกี่ยวกับความพึง- พอใจค่า มีค่าความเชื่อมั่นโดยวิธีสัมประสิทธิแอลฟาของครอนบาค .976 สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ ข้อมูลได้แก่ ค่าความถี่ ค่ารัอยละ ค่าเฉลี่ยและส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน การวิเคราะห์ความแปรปรวนใช้ ทดสอบทีและการทดสอบเอฟ่ โดยใช้โปรแกรมคอมพวเตอร์สำเร็จรูป ผลการวิจัยพบว่า (1) ผู้ประกอบการมีความพึงพอใจต่อการตรวจประเมินเพื่อการรับรอง มรท. 8001 - 2546 ในระดับมาก (2) การเปรียบเทียบความพึงพอใจของผู้ประกอบการที่มีต่อการตรวจ ประเมินเพื่อการรับรองมรท.8001 -2546 พบว่า ปัจจัยส่วนบุคคลของผู้ประกอบการและปัจจัยทั่วไปของ สถานประกอบกิจการที่ต่างกัน มีความพึงพอใจไม่แตกต่างกัน (3) การวิเคราะห์ความสัมพันธ์ความพึง พอใจระหว่างปัจจัยส่วนบุคคลของผู้ประกอบการและปัจจัยทั่วไปของสถานประกอบกิจการ พบว่า การถือหุ้นที่มีเฉพาะคนไทยกับมีคนไทยและคนสัญชาติอื่น มีความสัมพันธ์กับความพึงพอใจต่อการ ตรวจประเมินเพื่อการรับรอง มรท. 8001 - 2546 อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05th_TH

dc.description.abstractalternativeThe objectives of Research were (1) to study the level of entrepreneurs satisfaction to TLS 8001 - 2003 certification audit of Department of Labour Protection and Welfare (DLPW); (2) to compare the level of entrepreneurs satisfaction to TLS 8001 - 2003 certification audit of the DLPW towards the person al factors and general factors of enterprise; (3) to study the relationship of entrepreneurs a satisfaction to TLS 8001- 2003 certification audit of DLPW ; and (4) recommend the improvement and development of TLS 8001-2003 certification audit. This research was the survey method and samples who were the entrepreneurs certified TLS 8001 - 2003 audit of the DLPW between 2005 - 2006 189 enterprises and used questionnaires, of the satisfaction which value acceptable by using Cronbach’s alpha coefficient at 0.976. Data were analyzed using the program computer to frequency, percentage , mean , standard deviation, t- test and F- test method. The result of the research were (1) the entrepreneurs satisfaction level with TLS 8001 - 2003 certification audit was high, (2) the comparison among all of the factors found that entrepreneurs satisfaction was not significantly different; (3) the relationship between personal factor of entrepreneur and the general factor of enterprise was found that share holding of Thai people and Thai people with other races were related to the satisfaction of TLS 8001 - 2003 certification audit which has significantly different variations at the .05 levelen_US
