| dc.description.abstract | วัตถุประสงค์ของวิจัยเพื่อศึกษา 1) ข้อมูลพื้นฐานของนายทวี มานุช 2) กระบวนการผลิตข้าวอินทรีย์ตามมาตรฐาน EU Regulation 834/07 และมาตรฐาน NOP – USDA Organicstandards ของนายทวี มานุช 3) กระบวนการขอรับรองมาตรฐาน EU Regulation 834/07 และมาตรฐาน NOP – USDA Organic Standards ของนายทวี มานุช 4) ปัจจัยที่ส่งผลต่อความสำเร็จในการได้รับการรับรองมาตรฐานของนายทวี มานุช การศึกษาครั้งนี้เป็นการวิจัยเชิงคุณภาพ โดยการสัมภาษณ์เชิงลึกของเกษตรกรเจ้าของพื้นที่ที่เป็นเกษตรกรผู้ผลิตข้าวได้รับมาตรฐานเกษตรอินทรีย์ของสหภาพยุโรป EU Regulation 834/07 และมาตรฐานเกษตรอินทรีย์สหรัฐอเมริกา NOP– USDA Orgnicstandards คือ นายทวี มานุช เครื่องมือที่ใช้คือ แบบสัมภาษณ์เชิงลึก วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยการจัดหมวดหมู่ข้อมูล การเปรียบเทียบ การวิเคราะห์ความสัมพันธ์ การศึกษาความเป็นเหตุและผล การอธิบายให้ความหมาย ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1) ข้อมูลพื้นฐานของเกษตรกรมีพื้นที่ทำนา 8 ไร่ ลักษณะดินเป็นดินร่วนปนทราย รูปแบบนาเป็นนาน้ำฝน สภาพสังคมอยู่แบบครอบครัวใหญ่ใช้แรงงานในครอบครัวทำนา 2) กระบวนการผลิตข้าวอินทรีย์ ได้ดำเนินการตามมาตรฐานที่กำหนด โดยมีขั้นตอน ดังนี้ (1) การเตรียมดิน (2) การเตรียมเมล็ดพันธุ์กล้า (3) การทำนาหว่านข้าวแห้ง (4) การดูแลรักษา (5) การเก็บเกี่ยว (6) การนวดข้าว (7) การตากข้าวเพื่อลดความชื้น (8) การบรรจุ การเก็บรักษา และการส่งมอบข้าวเปลือก 3) กระบวนการการขอรับรองมาตรฐาน EU Regulation 834/07 และมาตรฐาน NOP – USDA Organic Standards เป็นการรับรองแบบกลุ่ม มีขั้นตอนดังนี้ (1) สมัครสมาชิกสหกรณ์การเกษตรไร้สารเคมี จากัด (2) เข้าประชุมชี้แจงโครงการ (3) สมัครสมาชิกเข้าร่วมโครงการการผลิตข้าวอินทรีย์กับสหกรณ์ฯ (4) เข้าอบรมการทำนาอินทรีย์ (5) ตรวจประเมินแปลงนา แบ่งออกเป็นการตรวจสอบมาตรฐานระดับกลุ่มย่อย รายงานการตรวจฟาร์ม มีการสุ่มตรวจกลุ่ม การรับรองผลการตรวจสอบภายใน และการตรวจเอกสารโดยเจ้าหน้าที่ตรวจสอบภายใน 4) ปัจจัยที่ส่งผลต่อความสำเร็จมีปัจจัยความสำเร็จภายใน 3 ด้านคือ (1) ด้านคุณลักษณะเฉพาะของเกษตรกร (2) ด้านความรู้ความสามารถ และ (3) ด้านครอบครัว และปัจจัยความสำเร็จภายนอก 4 ด้านคือ (1) ด้านการสนับสนุนจากภาครัฐ (2) ด้านการควบคุมดูแลจากกลุ่มสหกรณ์การเกษตรไร้สารเคมี จากัด (3) ด้านการสร้างเครือข่ายของเกษตรกร (4) ปัจจัยอื่น ๆ เช่น เทคโนโลยีการผลิตที่ทันสมัย เป็นต้น ซึ่งส่งผลให้เกษตรกรได้ผ่านการรับรองมาตรฐานการผลิตข้าวอินทรีย์ | th_TH |

| dc.description.abstractalternative | The objectives of this research were to study 1) the basic information of Mr. Thawi Manuch; 2) the production process for growing organic rice according to EU Regulation 834/07 and NOP – USDA Organic Standards of Mr. Thawi Manuch; 3) the certification process of the EU Regulation 834/07 and NOP – USDA Organic standards; 4) the factors affecting the farmer’s success in obtaining standard certifications. This study was a qualitative research. This is an in-depth case study done with an in-depth interview with a farmer who owns a rice farm that produces organic rice according to the EU Regulation 834/07 and the NOP– USDA Organic Standards. Data from the in-depth interview were analyzed by using categorizing, comparison, correlation analysis, and clarification. The results of the research were classified into 4 parts as follows. The first part was the basic information of the farmer, which indicates that he has a farming area of 8 rai (12.8 hectares) with sandy loam soil and relying on rainwater. Moreover, the social condition was like a large family, using family labor in farming. In the second part, the organic rice production process was divided into 8 steps: (1) soil preparation, (2) seedling preparation, (3) dry rice sowing, (4) maintenance, (5) harvesting, (6) threshing, (7) drying rice to reduce moisture, (8) packing, storage, and delivery of paddy based on the EU Regulation 834/07 and NOP – USDA Organic Standards. In the third part, the group certification process of the EU Regulation 834/07 and NOP – USDA Organic Standards were investigated, which can be summarized in 5 steps: (1) apply to be a member of the Agricultural Cooperatives without Chemical Co., Ltd., (2) attend a meeting to get briefed on the project, (3) apply for membership to join the organic rice production project with the cooperative, (4) prepare by attending training on organic rice production, and (5) the rice field inspection contains subgroup-level standard audits, farm inspection reports with the random group check, and certification of internal audit results document inspection by internal auditors. The final part is the factors affecting the success of the farmer, which can be summarized into 2 factors: internal and external success factors. The three internal success factors were (1) the characteristics of the farmer, (2) his knowledge and abilities, and (3) the family. The four external success factors were (1) government support, (2) supervision by the Agricultural Cooperatives without Chemical Co., Ltd., (3) building a network of farmers, and (4) other factors such as modern production technology, etc. Overall, it resulted in the farmer obtaining certification for organic rice production standards | en_US |
