| dc.description.abstract | การศึกษาค้นคว้าอิสระครั้งนี้ มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) ศึกษาระบบการผลิตและองค์ประกอบต่างๆ ในการจัดการเกษตรผสมผสาน 2) ศึกษาองค์ความรู้ ภูมิปัญญา เทคนิค และวิธีการต่างๆ ที่นำมาใช้ 3) ศึกษาความสัมพันธ์ของระบบเกษตรผสมผสาน 4) วิเคราะห์ปัจจัย ความสําเร็จของเกษตรกรต้นแบบ โดยศึกษาวิจัยขอบเขตของการจัด การเกษตรผสมผสานของเกษตรกรเพื่อการบริโภคในครัวเรือนและขายเท่าที่ทำได้ตามกำลัง แรงงานและทุน ที่มีอยู่โดยไม่ก่อให้เกิดหนี้สิน การศึกษาวิจัย ได้ใช้ระเบียบวิธีการวิจัยเชิงคุณภาพ โดยการรวบรวมข้อ มูล จากเอกสารที่เกี่ยวข้องกับเกษตรกรต้นแบบจำนวน 5 ราย ในประเทศไทย โดยเลือกกลุ่มตัวอย่างจากเกษตรกรดีเด่น หรือเกษตรกรต้น แบบที่ได้รับรางวัล และการรับรองจากกระทรวงเกษตรและสหกรณ์ มีการรวบรวมข้อมูล จากบันทึกข้อมูลทุติยภูมิ การวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล การสังเคราะห์เอกสารงานวิจัย การจำ แนกและจัดระบบข้อมูล วิเคราะห์ส่วนประกอบ สาเหตุและการเชื่อมโยงข้อมูล ที่เกี่ยวข้องกับการจัด การเกษตรผสมผสาน ผลการศึกษาวิจีย พบว่า 1) ระบบการผลิตและองค์ประกอบต่างๆ ในการจัด การเกษตรผสมผสาน เกษตรกรต้น แบบทั้ง 5 ราย ได้ให้ความสำคัญต่อกิจกรรมแต่ละชนิดอย่างเหมาะสม มีการใช้แรงงาน ทุน ที่ดิน ปัจจัยการผลิตและทรัพยากรธรรมชาติอย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ นำวัสดุเหลือใช้จากการผลิตหนึ่งมาหมุนเวียนใช้ประโยชน์กับ การผลิตอีกชนิดหนึ่ง หรือหลายชนิดภายในไร่นาแบบครบวงจร 2) องค์ความรู้ ภูมิปัญญา เทคนิค และวิธีการต่างๆ พบว่า เกษตรกรได้มี การเรียนรู้ และนำประสบการณ์ที่ได้มาพัฒนาและปรับใช้ให้เหมาะสมตามบริบทของแต่ละคน ประกอบด้วย องค์ความรู้ ภูมิปัญญา เทคนิค วิธีการต่างๆ ทางด้านการผลิต และการดำเนินชีวิต 3) ความสัมพันธ์ของระบบเกษตรผสมผสาน พบว่า มีความสัมพันธ์กันในลักษณะพึ่งพาเกื้อกูลสานประโยชน์กัน ระหว่างเกษตรกร พืช สัตว์ และทรัพยากรธรรมชาติ เช่น การปรับปรุงดินให้มีความอุดมสมบรูณ์ด้วยปุ๋ยคอกและปุ๋ยหมัก 4) ปัจจัยความสำเร็จของเกษตรกรต้นแบบ พบว่า เกษตรกรให้ความสำคัญกับประเด็นต่างๆ ในการจัดการเกษตรผสมผสาน ประกอบด้วยปัจจัยภายใน ได้แก่ การจัดการน้ำที่ดี การทำบัญชีครัวเรือน การนำหลักปรัชญาเศรษฐกิจพอเพียงมาประยุกต์ใช้ รวมทั้งด้านจริยธรรมและการปฏิบัติตนที่ดี และปัจจัย ภายนอก ได้แก่ การมีเครือข่าย การแลกเปลี่ยนเรียนรู้ การสนับสนุนจากหน่วยงานของรัฐที่เกี่ยวข้อง | th_TH |

| dc.description.abstractalternative | The purposes of this independent study were as follows: 1) to study production systems and compositions for integrated farming production management; 2) to identify the knowledge, wisdoms, techniques and methods that were used; (3) to describe the relative integrated farming system; and 4) to analyze key success factors of 5 sample agriculturists, this study will research and confine of agriculturist who does for family consumption and the remain products were sold depend on labors and funds without to make them in trouble by debt. (insolvent) Analysis procedure is qualitative research by analyzing the documents and find out from the data of 5 sample agriculturists, they are outstanding agriculturists that received the certifications from Ministry of Agriculture and Cooperatives by collecting the data from secondary information record, data analysis and synthesis by classifying and data system arranging, compositions cause and data link analysis in connect with integrated farming production management. The results of the research study were as follows: 1) the production systems and compositions for integrated farming production management, they give proper importance to each activity, to use efficiently for labors, funds, land, production compositions and natural resources, bring the remain of material using from a production to recycle for another production or several productions in the integrated farming circle; 2) the knowledge, wisdoms, techniques and methods, to found that the agriculturists have learned and the experiences that they have got, they brought them to develop and adjust properly for their individual context, composed with the knowledge, wisdoms, techniques and methods of the productions and living for their integrated farming system management; 3) the relative integrated farming system, to found that the relations were interdependent on the benefit among agriculturists, plants, animals and natural resources such as soil improvement with manure and compost; and 4) the key success factors of the sample agriculturists, to found that they gave importance for the issues of the integrated farming production system management, combined with the inside factors such as good water management, family account, the sufficient economic philosophy using and including morality, good self-practices, and the outside factors such as have network, learning exchange, and connected officers supports. | - |
