| dc.description.abstract | การศึกษาวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ (1) ศึกษาพฤติกรรมที่พึงประสงค์ตามอัตลักษณ์โรงเรียนอัสสัมชัญคอนแวนต์ (2) ศึกษาความสัมพันธ์ของปัจจัยด้าน ความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างนักเรียนกับบุคคลที่เกี่ยวข้อง และสภาพแวดล้อมในโรงเรียน ที่มีผลต่อพฤติกรรมที่พึงประสงค์ตามอัตลักษณ์โรงเรียน (3) ศึกษาอำนาจการพยากรณ์ของปัจจัยด้าน ความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างนักเรียนกับครู ความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างนักเรียนกับนักเรียน และสภาพแวดล้อมในโรงเรียนที่มีผลต่อพฤติกรรมที่พึงประสงค์ตามอัตลักษณ์โรงเรียน กลุ่มตัวอย่างเป็นนักเรียนชั้นมัธยมศึกษาปีที่ 1-3 จำนวน 238 คน ซึ่งได้มาจากการสุ่มแบบหลายขั้นตอน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลเป็นแบบสอบถามที่ผู้ศึกษาสร้างขึ้นเอง ประกอบด้วย 3 ตอน คือ (1) แบบสอบถามเกี่ยวกับสถานภาพทั่วไป (2) แบบสอบถามเกี่ยวกับ ความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างนักเรียนกับบุคคลที่เกี่ยวข้อง และสภาพแวดล้อมในโรงเรียน และ (3) ผลต่อพฤติกรรมที่พึงประสงค์ตามอัตลักษณ์โรงเรียนอัสสัมชัญคอนแวนต์ มีลักษณะเป็นแบบสอบถามชนิดมาตราส่วนประมาณค่า 5 ระดับ ได้ค่าความเชื่อมั่น เท่ากับ .92 สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลได้แก่ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน ค่าสหสัมพันธ์ และการวิเคราะห์การถดถอยพหุคูณ ผลการศึกษาวิจัยพบว่า (1) นักเรียนมัธยมศึกษาตอนต้นโรงเรียนอัสสัมชัญคอนแวนต์ ลำนารายณ์ จังหวัดลพบุรีมีพฤติกรรมที่พึงประสงค์โดยรวมอยู่ในระดับ สูง (2) นักเรียนมัธยมศึกษาตอนต้นโรงเรียนอัสสัมชัญคอนแวนต์ ลำนารายณ์ จังหวัดลพบุรี มีความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างนักเรียนกับครู ความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างนักเรียนกับนักเรียน และสภาพแวดล้อมในโรงเรียนอยู่ในระดับสูง และ (3) สามารถพยากรณ์ถึงพฤติกรรมที่พึงประสงค์ตามอัตลักษณ์ของโรงเรียนโดยภาพรวมได้ร้อยละ 21.10 | th_TH |

| dc.description.abstractalternative | The purposes of this research were to (1) study the desirable behaviors based on the identity of Assumption Convent School; (2) study the relation of the factors in term of the relationship between students and related persons, the relation between the students and the environment in the school which affected on the desirable behaviors of the identity of the school; and (3) study the predictive power of the factors in term of the relation between the students and the teachers, the relation between the students and the environment in the school which affected on the desirable behaviors of the identity of the school. The research sample consisted of 238 Mathayomsuksa 1-3 students who were selected under multi-stage sampling. The employed research instrument was a 5-level rating scale questionnaire made by the researcher, consisting of three following stages:- (1) a questionnaire on general status; (2) a questionnaire on the relation between the students and the relevant persons and the environment in the school; and (3) the effects on the desirable behaviors based on the identity of Assumption Convent School. The reliability was .92. The statistics for data analysis were mean, standard deviation, correlation and multiple regression analysis. The results found that (1) the overall desirable behavior of lower secondary students of Assumption Convent Lamnarai School, Lopburi Province, was at high level, (2) the relationship between the lower secondary students of Assumption Convent Lamnarai School, Lopburi Province, the relation between the students and the teachers, the relation between the students and the students, the relation with the environment in the school was at high level, and (3) it was able to predict the overall desirable behavior regarding the school’s identity at 21.10 percent. | en_US |
