| dc.description.abstract | การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อประเมิน (1) ความพึงพอใจของผู้เข้ารับการฝึกอบรมที่มีต่อหลักสูตรความมั่นคงปลอดภัยทางการบินของฝ่ายบริการอุปกรณ์ภาคพื้น บริษัทการบินไทย จำกัด (มหาชน) (2) ผลการเรียนรู้ของผู้เข้ารับการฝึกอบรมจากหลักสูตรความมั่นคงปลอดภัยทางการบิน และ (3) พฤติกรรมหลังการฝึกอบรมของผู้เข้ารับการอบรมหลักสูตรความมั่นคงปลอดภัยทางการบิน กลุ่มผู้ให้ข้อมูลในการวิจัยนี้ได้แก่ พนักงานของฝ่ายบริการอุปกรณ์ภาคพื้นที่เข้ารับการอบรม จำนวน 97 คน และหัวหน้างาน 4 ฝ่าย จำนวน 4 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ไนการวิจัย ได้แก่ แบบสอบถามความพึงพอใจต่อหลักสูตรฝึกอบรม แบบทดสอบความรู้ความเข้าใจเกี่ยวกับความมั่นคง ปลอดภัยทางการบิน แบบวัดเจตคติต่อความมั่นคงปลอดภัยทางการบิน และแบบสัมภาษณ์เกี่ยวกับพฤติกรรมการปฏิบัติงานของผู้เข้ารับการอบรมทำการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยใช้ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงมาตรฐาน และการวิเคราะห์เนื้อหา ผลการวิจัยปรากฏว่า (1) ผู้เข้ารับการอบรมมีความพึงพอใจในภาพรวม และรายด้านอยู่ในระดับมาก (2) ผู้เข้ารับการอบรมมีคะแนนเฉลี่ยความรู้ ความเข้าใจเกี่ยวกับความมั่นคงปลอดภัยทางการบินเท่ากับ 85.57 ซึ่งผ่านเกณฑ์ 80 คะแนนที่กำหนด และมีเจตคติต่อความมั่นคงปลอดภัย ทาง การบินในระดับมาก และ (3) พฤติกรรมที่เปลี่ยนแปลงหลังการอบรมของผู้เข้ารับการอบรมหลักสูตร ความมั่นคงปลอดภัยทางการบิน ได้แก่ พนักงานผู้ผ่านการฝึกอบรมมีส่วนร่วมในการสอดส่องดูแล สังเกตความมีพิรุธในสถานการณ์ต่างๆ ได้มากขึ้น ให้ความร่วมมือในการตรวจค้นร่างกาย และสิ่งของสัมภาระทุกครั้ง ยินยอมปฏิบัติตามกฎระเบียบ หลักเกณฑ์และเงื่อนไขของบริษัทฯ และนำความรู้ที่ได้รับจากการฝึกอบรมไปประยุกต์ใช้ในการปฏิบัติงานให้เกิดประโยชน์กับบริษัทฯ มากขึ้น | th_TH |

| dc.description.abstractalternative | The objectives of this research were to evaluate (1) the satisfaction of trainees with the Training Program on Aviation Security by ground equipment services staff of Thai Airways International Public Company Limited; (2) learning outcomes of the trainees who were trained with the Training Program on Aviation Security; and (3) post-training behaviors of the trainees who were trained with the Training Program on Aviation Security. The informants for this research consisted of 97 ground equipment services staff members who were trained with the Training Program on Aviation Security, and four work section heads. The employed research instruments were a questionnaire on satisfaction with the Training Program on Aviation Security, a test on knowledge and understanding of aviation security, a scale to assess attitude toward aviation security, and an interview structure for interviewing trainees on their post-training behaviors. Research data were analyzed using the percentage, mean, standard deviation, and content analysis. Research finding showed that (1) the trainees were satisfied with the Training Program as a whole and all of its aspects at the high level; (2) trainees’ mean score on knowledge and understanding of aviation security was 85.57, which passed the pre-determined passing score of 80; also, the trainees had the highly positive attitude toward aviation security; and (3) the post-training behaviors of the trainees that had been changed for the better were the following: they participated more in watching and observation of suspicious behaviors of people in various situations; they cooperated in body searches and belongings searches every time; they were more willing to follow the Company’s rules, regulations, criteria and conditions; and they applied the knowledge obtained from the training in their work performance that benefitted the Company more. | en_US |
