| dc.description.abstract | การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีจุดประสงค์เพื่อ (1) ศึกษาระดับการมีส่วนร่วมของครูในการบริหารงานวิชาการของโรงเรียนมัธยมศึกษาสหวิทยา เขต 3 สำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยม ศึกษา เขต 29 (2) เปรียบเทียบการมีส่วนร่วมในการบริหารงานวิชาการจำแนกตามขนาดของโรงเรียน และ (3) ศึกษาปัญหาและแนวทางแก้ใขปัญหาการมีส่วนร่วมของครูในการบริหารงานวิชาการโรงเรียนมัธยมศึกษา สหวิทยาเขต 3 สำนักงานเขตพื้นที่ การศึกษามัธยมศึกษาเขต 29 กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการวิจัย เป็นครูโรงเรียนมัธยมศึกษา สหวิทยาเขต 3 สำนักงานเขต พื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษา เขต 29 จำนวน 219 คน โดยการสุ่มตัวอย่างแบบแบ่งชั้น เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยเป็นแบบสอบถามแบบมาตรประมาณค่า 5 ระดับ เครื่องมือมีความเที่ยง เท่ากับ .98 สถิติ ที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และการวิเคราะห์ความแปรปรวนทางเดียว ผลการวิจัยพบว่า (1) การมีส่วนร่วมของครูในการบริหารงานวิชาการของโรงเรียนมัธยมศึกษาของโรงเรียนมัธยมศึกษาสหวิทยา เขต 3 สำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษา เขต 29 ในภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก เมื่อพิจารณาเป็นรายด้านพบว่า ครูมีส่วนร่วมในการบริหารงานวิชาการอยู่ในระดับมากเกือบทุกด้าน ยกเว้นด้านการมีส่วนร่วมในการนิเทศการศึกษา และด้านประสานความร่วมมือในการพัฒนาวิชาการกับสถานศึกษาและองค์กรอื่นมีส่วนร่วมอยู่ในระดับปานกลาง (2) เปรียบเทียบการมีส่วนร่วมของครูในการบริหารงานวิชาการของโรงเรียนมัธยมศึกษาสหวิทยาเขต 3 สำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษา 29 จำแนกตามขนาดของโรงเรียน พบว่าการมีส่วนร่วมของครูในโรงเรียนขนาดเล็กแตกต่างกับการมีส่วนร่วมของครูในโรงเรียนขนาดใหญ่พิเศษ และขนาดใหญ่ที่ระดับนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ .05 โดยการมีส่วนร่วมของครูโรงเรียนขนาดเล็กสูงกว่าการมีส่วนร่วมของครูในโรงเรียนขนาดใหญ่พิเศษ และขนาดใหญ่ และ (3) ปัญหาและอุปสรรค และแนวทางแก้ไข พบว่าปัญหาที่ครูเสนอมากที่สุด คือครูมีส่วนร่วมในการเสนอแนวทางในการพัฒนางานวิจัยด้านการเรียนการสอนน้อย และเสนอแนะว่าครูควรได้รับการอบรมเชิงปฏิบัติการในการทำวิจัยที่สามารถพัฒนาผู้เรียนได้ | th_TH |

| dc.description.abstractalternative | This independent study was aimed to (1) study the participation level of teachers in academic affaire management of schools in the Third Consortium under the Secondary Education Service Area Office 29; (2) compare the participation levels of teachers in academic affaire management of schools as classified by school size; and (3) study problems and guidelines for solving problems concerning the participation of teachers in academic affaire management of schools in the Third Consortium under the Secondary Education Service Area Office 29. The research sample consisted of 219 teachers from schools in the Third Consortium under the Secondary Education Service Area Office 29, obtained by stratified random sampling. The employed research instrument was a 5-scale rating questionnaire, with reliability coefficient of .95. Statistics for data analysis were the percentage, mean, standard deviation, and one-way ANOVA. Research findings showed that (1) the overall participations of teachers in academic affair management of secondary schools in the Third Consortium under the Secondary Education Service Area Office 29 was at the high level; when specific aspects of participation were considered, it was found that the teachers’ participation was at the high level in almost all aspects, excepting the aspect of participation in academic supervision, and the aspect of participation in coordination with other schools and organizations for cooperation in academic affair development, in which the teachers’ participation was at the moderate level; (2) regarding the comparison of participation levels of teachers in academic affaire management of schools with different sizes, it was found that teachers in small schools differed from those in large and extra-large schools in their levels of participation at the .05 significance level, with participation level of small school teachers being significantly higher than participation levels of large and extra-large school teachers; and (3) regarding the problems, obstacles, and guidelines for problem solving, it was found that the problem that was most frequently mentioned by the teachers was that they participated at the low level in proposing guidelines for development of research on instruction; and the teachers suggested that they should receive workshop training on conducting research for development of learners. | en_US |
