| dc.description.abstract | การศึกษาค้นคว้าอิสระนี้ มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษา 1) สภาพทั่วไปของสมาชิก 2) บทบาทของสหกรณ์ในการพัฒนาเศรษฐกิจและสังคมของสมาชิก 3) ความสัมพันธ์ของสภาพทั่วไปของสมาชิกกับ บทบาทสหกรณ์ในการพัฒนาเศรษฐกิจและสังคมของสมาชิก 4) เปรียบเทียบความแตกต่างของสภาพทั่วไปของสมาชิกกับบทบาทสหกรณ์ ในการพัฒนาเศรษฐกิจและสังคมของสมาชิก 5) ปัญหาอุปสรรคและข้อเสนอแนะของสหกรณ์ในการพัฒนาเศรษฐกิจและสังคมของสมาชิกสหกรณ์การเกษตรธารโต จำกัด จังหวัดยะลา ประชากรที่ใช้ในการศึกษาคือ สมาชิกของสหกรณ์การเกษตรธารโต จำกดั ณ วันที่ 30 มิถุนายน 2559 จำนวน 1,079 กำหนดขนาดตัวอย่างโดยใช้สูตรของยามาเน่ได้ตัวอย่าง จำนวน 100 คน สุ่มอย่างง่าย เครื่องมือที่ใช้เป็นแบบสอบถาม สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล คือ ความถี่ ร้อยละ ค่า เฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน สถิติทดสอบไคสแควร์ t-test และ f-test และการวิเคราะห์เนื้อหา ผลการศึกษาพบว่า 1) สมาชิกสหกรณ์ส่วนใหญ่เป็นเพศหญิง อายุ 51 - 55 ปี การศึกษาระดับมัธยมศึกษาตอนต้น อาชีพทำสวนยาง รายได้ต่อเดือน 8,001 - 10,000 บาท และระยะเวลาการเป็นสมาชิก 6 - 10 ปี 2) บทบาทสหกรณ์ในการพัฒนาเศรษฐกิจและสังคมของสมาชิกโดยรวมอยใู่นระดับมาก การพัฒนาเศรษฐกิจ ได้แก่ การออม รายได้ รายจ่าย และการลงทุน ตามลำ ดับ การพัฒนาสังคม ได้แก่ การให้ความร่วมมือกับสมาชิกและชุมชน การให้การศึกษา อบรม ข้อมูลข่าวสาร และจัดสวัสดิการ ตามลำดับ 3) ปัจจัยสภาพทั่วไปของสมาชิกมีความสัมพันธ์กับ บทบาทของสหกรณ์ในการพัฒนาเศรษฐกิจและสังคมของสมาชิกอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ 0.05 โดยพบว่า เพศ อายุ ระดับการศึกษา รายได้ และระยะเวลาการเป็นสมาชิก มีความสัม พันธ์กับ บทบาทการพัฒนาเศรษฐกิจ ด้านการลงทุน การออม รายจ่าย และรายได้ของสมาชิกเพียงบางปัจจัย เพศ อายุุ ระดับการศึกษา อาชีพ รายได้ และระยะเวลาการเป็นสมาชิกมีความสัมพันธ์กับ บทบาทการพัฒนาสังคม ด้านการให้ความร่วมมือกับ สมาชิกและชุมชน การจัดสวัสดิการ และการศึกษา อบรม ข้อมูลข่าวสาร เกือบทุกปัจจัย 4) เปรียบเทียบความแตกต่างของสภาพทั่วไปของสมาชิกกับ บทบาทสหกรณ์ในการพัฒนาเศรษฐกิจและสังคมพบว่า มีความแตกต่างอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ 0.05 พบว่า สมาชิกที่มีอายุ ระดับการศึกษา และรายได้แตกต่างกัน เห็นว่าสหกรณ์มีบทบาทการพัฒนาเศรษฐกิจ ด้านรายจ่าย การออม รายได้ และการลงทุนของสมาชิก แตกต่างกันเกือบทุกปัจจัย สมาชิกที่มีอายุ ระดับการศึกษา รายได้ และระยะเวลาการเป็นสมาชิกแตกต่างกัน เห็นว่า สหกรณ์มีบทบาทการพัฒนาสังคม ด้านการจัดสวัสดิการการศึกษา อบรม ข้อมูลข่าวสาร และการให้ความร่วมมือกับ สมาชิกและชุมชน แตกต่างกัน เพียงบางปัจจัย 5) ปัญหาอุปสรรค คือสหกรณ์มีคู่แข่งทางการค้า และสมาชิกผิดนัดชำระหนี้ และข้อเสนอแนะ คือ ส่งเสริมให้สมาชิกมีอาชีพเสริมในครัวเรือน | th_TH |

| dc.description.abstractalternative | The purposes of this independent study were 1) to study the members’ general condition, 2) the role of Cooperatives in economic and social development by its members, 3) the relationship of members’ general condition and the role of Cooperatives in economic and social development by its members, 4) to compare the difference between members’ general condition and the role of Cooperatives in economic and social development by its members, and 5) to study problems and suggestions of the Cooperatives in economic and social development by members of Thanto Agricultural Cooperatives Limited, Yala Province. Studied population composed of 1,079 members of Thanto Cooperatives Limited, as of June 30, 2016. Identification of sample group was conducted by Yamane formula and 100 members were randomly selected as sample group. Tool used for data collection was questionnaire. Statistics used included frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, chi-square test, t-test, F-test and contents analysis. Findings were as follows; 1) most of the Cooperatives members were female, aged 51-55 years. They finished lower secondary school, earning 8,001-10,000 baht/month. Their membership duration was 6-10 years. 2) Overall role of the Cooperatives in social and economic development by its members was at high level. Economic development aspect included savings, income, expense and investment, respectively. Social development aspect comprised cooperation with members and community, providing education, training, news, updated information and welfare activity, respectively. 3) It was found that members’ relationship of general condition factor with the role of Cooperatives in social and economic development by its members was at 0.05 statistical significance. Apparently, gender, age, educational background, income and membership duration had relationship with some factors of members’ economic development role in the aspect of investment, savings, income and expense. Meanwhile, gender, age, educational background, income and membership duration had relationship with almost all factors of members’ social development role in the aspect of cooperation with members, community, providing welfare activity, education, training, news and updated information. 4) Comparison of the difference between members’ general condition with the role of Cooperatives in economic and social development by its members was different at 0.05 statistical significance, showing members with different age, educational background and income thought the Cooperatives’ economic development role in terms of expense, savings, income and members’ investment was different in almost every factor. Whereas members with different age, educational background, income and membership duration viewed that the Cooperatives’ social development role in terms of providing welfare activity, education, training, news, updated information, cooperation with members and community was different only in some factors. 5) Problems were the Cooperatives’ commercial competitors and members’ default. Their suggestion was a promotion of extra occupation in members’ families. | - |
