| dc.description.abstract | การศึกษาครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาสภาพปัญหา และความต้องการของผู้ใช้บริการในการใช้สื่อของห้องสมุดประชาชนอำเภอสันทราย จังหวัดเชียงใหม่ กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการศึกษา คือ ประชาชนผู้ใช้บริการในการใช้สื่อของห้องสมุดประชาชน อำเภอสันทราย จังหวัดเชียงใหม่ จำนวน 420 คน ที่เข้ามาใช้บริการห้องสมุดประชาชนในระหว่างเดือน กรกฎาคม- สิงหาคม 2562 ได้มาโดยการสุ่มแบบบังเอิญ เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยคือ แบบสอบถามเกี่ยวกับสภาพปัญหา และความต้องการของผู้ใช้บริการในการใช้สื่อของห้องสมุดประชาชนอำเภอสันทราย จังหวัดเชียงใหม่ สถิติที่ใช้ไนการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย และส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน ผลการวิจัยปรากฏว่าประชาชนผู้ใช้บริการห้องสมุดประชาชนอำเภอสันทรายมีความคิดเห็นเกี่ยวกับสภาพปัญหา และความต้องการของผู้ใช้บริการห้องสมุดประชาชนโดยรวมอยู่ในระดับปานกลาง โดยด้านที่มีค่าเฉลี่ยมากที่สุดคือ ด้านความต้องการใช้สื่อของห้องสมุด เมื่อพิจารณารายด้านพบว่า (1) สภาพการใช้สื่อในห้องสมุดประชาชนโดยภาพรวม อยู่ในระดับปานกลาง โดยข้อที่มีค่าเฉลี่ยสูงสุดคือ บุคลากร (บรรณารักษ์) ส่วนด้านที่เหลืออยู่ในระดับปานกลาง (2) ปัญหาการใช้สื่อในห้องสมุดประชาชนโดยภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับน้อย โดยข้อที่มีค่าเฉลี่ยสูงสุดคือ การบริการสื่อสารสนเทศ ส่วนด้านที่เหลืออยู่ในระดับน้อย และ (3) ความต้องการใช้สื่อในห้องสมุดประชาชนโดยภาพรวม อยู่ในระดับมาก โดยข้อที่มีค่าเฉลี่ยสูงสุดคือ ความต้องการการบริการสื่อสารสนเทศ | th_TH |

| dc.description.abstractalternative | The objective of this research was to study conditions, problems and needs concerning media usage of public library service users in San Sai district, Chiang Mai province. The research sample consisted of 420 persons who came to use the services of the public library in San Sai district, Chiang Mai province during July -August 2019, obtained by incidental sampling. The instrument used in the research was a questionnaire on the conditions, problems and needs concerning media usage of public library service users in San Sai district, Chiang Mai province. Statistics used for data analysis were the percentage, mean, and standard deviation. The research findings showed that the people who used the services of public library in San Sai district had opinions on the conditions, problems and needs concerning the overall provision of media services at the moderate level, with the aspect receiving the highest rating mean being the needs for using the media of the public library. When specific aspects of the media usage were considered, it was found that (1) the overall condition of media usage in the public library was rated at the moderate level, with the item receiving the top rating mean being that of the personnel (librarians), while the remaining items were rated at the moderate level; (2) the overall problem of media usage in the public library was rated at the low level, with the item receiving the top rating mean being that of the problem on provision of information media service, while the remaining items were rated at the low level; and (3) the overall need for media usage in the public library was rated at the high level, with the item receiving the top rating mean being that of the need for information media service. | en_US |
