| dc.description.abstract | การประยุกต์ใช้เทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศและการสื่อสารในงานการแพทย์และสาธารณสุขทำให้เกิดการพัฒนางานที่สะดวก รวดเร็ว ครอบคลุมและมีคุณภาพมากขึ้น การศึกษาครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ (1) พัฒนาเป็นโปรแกรมบันทึกผลการตรวจหาเชื้อวัณโรคจากเสมหะโดยวิธีย้อมสีทนกรดของโรงพยาบาลไทรงาม และ (2) ศึกษาความพึงพอใจของผู้ใช้งานโปรแกรมดังกล่าว กระบวนการพัฒนาโปรแกรม มีการออกแบบโดยนำสมุดทะเบียน TB 04 ที่ใช้ในการลงข้อมูลมาเป็นต้นแบบในการพัฒนาโปรแกรมสร้างเว็บไซต์และเขียนโปรแกรมให้ตรงกับความต้องการของผู้ใช้ที่สามารถเข้าถึงได้ในระบบออนไลน์ ประเมินค่าดัชนีความสอดคล้องและประสิทธิภาพของโปรแกรมโดยผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิ 3 ท่าน ภายหลังจากปรับปรุงตามคำแนะนำของผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิ ได้ทดลองใช้งานด้วยตนเองก่อนนำไปให้นักเทคนิคการแพทย์ นักวิทยาศาสตร์การแพทย์ และนักวิชาการสาธารณสุขของโรงพยาบาลไทรงาม 3 ท่าน ทดลองใช้งาน และประเมินความพึงพอใจจากใช้งานโปรแกรมที่พัฒนาขึ้น ผลการพัฒนา (1) โปรแกรมเว็บไซต์เอเอฟบีรีจิสเตอร์ ประกอบด้วยการล็อคอินเข้าสู่ระบบ เมนูโปรแกรม เมนูทะเบียนบันทึกผล เมนูค้นหา เมนูบันทึกผล และเมนูจัดการผู้ใช้ ซึ่งมีค่าดัชนีความสอดคล้องและประสิทธิภาพของโปรแกรมเท่ากับ 1.0 และ (2) ผลการประเมินความพึงพอใจของผู้ใช้งานโปรแกรม พบว่าภาพรวมของรูปแบบโปรแกรม สี ขนาดตัวอักษรชัดเจน เข้าใจง่าย การสืบค้นข้อมูล การเพิ่ม ลบ แก้ไขข้อมูลสามารถทำได้ง่าย มีผลการประเมินอยู่ในเกณฑ์ดีถึงดีมาก สามารถนำมาใช้งานในห้องปฏิบัติการได้จริง และทำให้การทำงานสะดวกมีประสิทธิภาพดีขึ้น | th_TH |

| dc.description.abstractalternative | Public health and medical communities have gained huge benefits from the applications of information and communication technology, leading to the fast advancement of public health work. The objectives of this study were were: (1) to develop a computer program to record the results of sputum acid acid-fast bacilli (AFB) stains for tuberculosis at Saingam HospitalHospital; and (2) to assess satisfaction of users of the program. The program development process involved designing a program using the TB04 register book for data entry as a model, creating a website and writing a program to meet users’ needs for online access. The index of consistency and the efficiency of the draft program were assessed by three experts. After improving and revis ing the draft program, the researcher tried it out until reaching the satisfaction. Then, the finalized program was tested by three users (a medical technologist, a medical scientist, and a public health technical officer) of Saingam Hospital. Their satisf action with the program was also assessed. The results showed that: (1) the www.afbregister.com page consisted of login, program menu, registration menu, result record, search menu, save result menu and user management menu, with program performance and co nsistency index of 1.0 1.0; and (2) the users’ satisfaction levels were good and very good with the overall program pattern, color, clear and easily understandable wording, suitable font size, and easy data retrieval, adding, deleting, and editing.
