dc.description.abstractอุตสาหกรรมน้ำมันปาล์ม เป็นอุตสาหกรรมที่ทำรายได้มากที่สุดของจังหวัดชุมพร โดยในขั้นตอนการสกัดน้ำมันปาล์ม พบว่า มีของเสียเกิดขึ้นในกระบวนการมากกว่าร้อยละ 70 หากมีการจัดการของเสียที่เกิดขึ้นอย่างเหมาะสมและมีการนำของเสียดังกล่าวกลับมาใช้ประโยชน์ จะเป็นการรักษาสภาพแวดล้อม เพิ่มมูลค่าของทะลายปาล์มให้สูงขึ้น และเป็นการเพิ่มรายได้ให้กับโรงงานอุตสาหกรรมน้ำมันปาล์ม การศึกษาค้นคว้าอิสระในครั้งนี้จึงมีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อจัดทำคู่มือการจัดการของเสียจากอุตสาหกรรมน้ำมันปาล์มสำหรับสถานประกอบกิจการในพื้นที่จังหวัดชุมพร วิธีการจัดทำคู่มือได้จากการทบทวนเอกสารและงานวิจัยที่เกี่ยวข้อง ได้แก่ กระบวนการผลิตน้ำมันปาล์ม ของเสียที่เกิดขึ้นจากกระบวนการผลิต และแนวทางในการจัดการของเสียที่เกิดขึ้น โดยมีการตรวจสอบเนื้อหาโดยผู้เชี่ยวชาญ จำนวน 3 ท่าน และนำไปปรับแก้ไขเพื่อความเหมาะสมในการใช้งานกับโรงงานอุตสาหกรรมน้ำมันปาล์มจำนวน 46 โรงงาน ในพื้นที่จังหวัดชุมพร ผลการศึกษาพบว่า คู่มือการจัดการของเสียจากอุตสาหกรรมน้ำมันปาล์ม สำหรับสถานประกอบกิจการในพื้นที่จังหวัดชุมพร ประกอบด้วยเนื้อหา 4 บท คือ บทที่ 1 ความรู้เกี่ยวกับปาล์มน้ำมัน บทที่ 2 กระบวนการผลิตน้ำมันปาล์ม บทที่ 3 ของเสียที่เกิดขึ้นจากกระบวนการผลิตน้ำมันปาล์ม และบทที่ 4 แนวทางการจัดการของเสียจากอุตสาหกรรมน้ำมันปาล์ม เมื่อนำคู่มือไปตรวจสอบเนื้อหาโดยผู้เชี่ยวชาญ พบว่า คะแนนความพึงพอใจอยู่ในระดับมากth_TH

dc.description.abstractalternativeThe Palm oil industry is the undertaking that generates the most revenue in Chumphon Province. In the process of extracting palm oil, the amounts of wastes generated are more than 70% of raw materials. However, even the wastes are disposed of properly and recycled, such efforts will help preserve the environment. The value of palm bunches will increase and this will also generate more income for the palm oil industry. This study was undertaken to develop a manual on management of wastes from the palm oil industry for establishments in Chumphon province. The manual preparation involved the review of related technical and research documents on such matters as palm oil production process, wastes generated from the production process and guidelines for waste management. The draft manual’s content was examined by three experts and then revised so that the manual could be used by all 46 palm oil factories in the province. The finalized manual on management of wastes from the palm oil industry for establishments in Chumphon province contains four chapters: Chapter 1 - Knowledge of palm oil; Chapter 2 - Palm oil production process; Chapter 3 - Waste generated from the palm oil production process; and Chapter 4 - Guidelines for waste management in palm oil industry. Finally, the manual’s content received a high level of satisfaction from the expertsen_US
