| dc.description.abstract | การวิจัยในครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ (1) ศึกษาระดับความคิดเห็นเกี่ยวกับภาวะผู้นำ ของผู้บริหารกลุ่มเรือนจำเขต 3 (2) ศึกษาระดับความคิดเห็นเกี่ยวกับวัฒนธรรมองค์การของกลุ่มเรือนจำ เขต 3 (3) ศึกษาระดับความคิดเห็นเกี่ยวกับการบริหารเชิงกลยุทธ์ของกลุ่นเรือนจำเขต 3 และ (4) วิเคราะห์ความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างภาวะผู้นำและวัฒนธรรมองค์การกับการบริหารเชิงกลยุทธ์ของกลุ่ม เรือนจำเขต 3 กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการศึกษาเป็นตัวแทนของข้าราขการในกลุ่มเรือนจำเขต 3 ซึ่งมี ข้าราชการทั้งหมด 1,063 คนและได้กลุ่มตัวอย่าง 290 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูล เป็นแบบสอบถาม สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลได้แก่ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ค่าเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน ค่า สัมประสิทธิ์สหสัมพันธ์แบบเพียร์สัน และการวิเคราะห์การถดถอยพหุคูณ ผลการวิจัย พบว่า (1) ภาวะผู้นำของคณะผู้บริหารกลุ่มเรือนจำเขต 3 เป็นผู้นำเชิงกล ยุทธ์ที่เน้นเสถียรภาพหรือผู้รักษาสถานภาพเดิม (2) ส่วนวัฒนธรรมองค์การของกลุ่มเรือนจำเขต 3 เป็นวัฒนชธรรมองค์การลักษณะตั้งรับ - เชิงรุก (3) การบริหารเชิงกลยุทธ์ของกลุ่มเรือนจำเขต 3 โดยภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับปานกลาง (4) การศึกษาความสัมพันธ์พบว่า ภาวะผู้นำโดยภาพรวมมี ความสัมพันธ์กับการบริหารเชิงกลยุทธ์ในทางเดียวกันระดับค่อนข้างสูง อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ ระดับ .01 ส่วนวัฒนธรรมองค์การพบว่า โดยภาพรวมมีความสัมพันธ์กับการบริหารเชิงกลยุทธ์ใน ทิศทางเดียวกันระดับค่อนข้างสูง อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ -01 โดยทั้งภาวะผู้นำและ วัฒนธรรมองค์การมีอำนาจพยากรณ์รัอยละ 59.50 | th_TH |

| dc.description.abstractalternative | The research objectives were to: (1) study the opinion of prisons’ officers on the leadership of the administrators at region 3 prisons; (2) study the opinion of prisons officers on organizational culture of region 3 prisons ; (3) study the opinion of prisons’ officers on strategy management of region 3 prisons and (4) analyze the correlation of leadership, organizational culture and strategy management at region 3 prisons. The samples of 290 officers were drawn from 1,024 region 3 prisons’ officers. Instrument used was questionnaire. Statistical tools employed were percentage, mean, standard deviation, Pearson product moment correlation coefficient and multiple regression. Research results could be summarized as follows: (1) the leadership of the administrators at region 3 prisons was strategic leadership with stabilization; (2) organizational culture at region 3 prisons the reactive - proactive culture; (3) overall strategy management at region 3 prisons was at medium level (4) as for the correlation, it was found that in the overall picture: the leadership and strategy management were accordingly correlated at the medium high level at 0.01 level of significance, while organizational culture and strategic management were accordingly correlated at the high level at 0.01 level of significance as well; in addition, both leadership and organizational culture had forecasting power at 59.50 percent | en_US |
