| dc.description.abstract | การวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ เพื่อสร้างและตรวจสอบคุณภาพแบบวัด ทักษะวิชาชีพพยาบาลผ่านเครือข่ายคอมพิวเตอร์ ตามกรอบมาตรฐานคุณวุฒิระดับอุดมศึกษาแห่งชาติ หลักสูตรพยาบาลศาสตรบัณฑิต สถาบันเอกชนภาคตะวันออกเฉียงเหนือ การวิจัย แบ่งเป็น 2 ระยะ ดังนี้ ระยะที่ 1 สร้างแบบวัดทักษะวิชาชีพพยาบาล โดยสังเคราะห์ทักษะวิชาชีพพยาบาลจากเอกสารและงานวิจัยที่เกี่ยวข้อง นำมาสนทนากลุ่มเพิ่อพิารณาความเหมาะสมของทักษะวิชาชีพพยาบาล สำหรับนักศึกษาพยาบาล ผู้ให้ข้อมูล ได้แก่ อาจารย์ พยาบาล จำนวน 15 คน ระยะที่ 2 ตรวจสอบคุณภาพแบบวัดทักษะวิชาชีพพยาบาล โดย (1) ตรวจสอบความตรงเชิงเนื่อหา โดยผู้เชี่ยวชาญจำนวน 3 คน วิเคราะห์หาค่าดัชนีความสอดคล้อง (2) ตรวจสอบความตรงเชิงโครงสร้างโดยวิเคราะห์องค์ประกอบเชิงยืนยัน กลุ่มตัวอย่าง ได้แก่ นักศึกษาพยาบาลชั้นปีที่ 4 สถาบันเอกชนภาคตะวันออกเฉียงเหนือ ปีการศึกษา 2559 จำนวน 364 คน ได้มาโดยการสุ่มแบบกลุ่ม และ (3) ตรวจสอบความเที่ยง โดยวิเคราะห์สัมประสิทธิ์สหสัมพันธ์ของเพียร์สัน ระหว่างผลการประเมินของผู้ประเมิน 2 คน ประเมินนักศึกษาพยาบาล 16 คน และสร้างแบบวัดทักษะวิชาชีพพยาบาล ผ่านเครือข่ายคอมพิวเตอร์ ผลการวิจัยปรากฏว่า (1) แบบวัดทักษะวิชาชีพพยาบาลผ่านเครือข่ายคอมพิวเตอร์ ประกอบด้วยรายการประเมิน 4 มาตรฐาน 12 ตัวบ่งชี้ ได้แก่ (1.1) ความรู้ความสามารถในการใช้กระบวนการพยาบาล (1.2) ความรู้ความสามารถในการสร้างเสริมสุขภาพและการป้องกันโรค (1.3) ความรู้ความสามารถในการดูแลผู้เจ็บป่วยอย่างต่อเนื่อง และ (1.4) หัตถการและทักษะหรือเทคนิคการปฏิบัติการพยาบาลทั่วไป และ (2) แบบวัดทักษะวิชาชีพพยาบาลมีความตรงเชิงเนื้อหา โดยค่าดัชนีความสอดคล้อง เท่ากีบ 1.00 ทุกข้อ มีความตรงเชิงโครงสร้างจากการวิเคราะห์องค์ประกอบพบว่า โมเดลการวัดที่สังเคราะห์ขึ้นสอดคล้องกับข้อมูลเชิงประจักษ์ผ่านเกณฑ์ที่ยอมรับได้ และมีค่าความเที่ยงเท่ากับ .87 | th_TH |

| dc.description.abstractalternative | The purposes of this research were to construct and verify quality of an online instrument to assess professional nursing skills based on Thai Qualifications Framework for Higher Education in the Bachelor’s Degree Program in Nursing of private institutions in the Northeastern Region. The research process comprised two stages. Stage 1 was the construction of an instrument to assess professional nursing skills. The researcher synthesized professional nursing skills from a study of documents and related research studies, then conducted a focus group discussion involving 15 nursing instructors to determine the appropriateness of the synthesized professional nursing skills for nursing students. Stage 2 was the quality verification of the constructed instrument to assess professional nursing skills which comprised the following activities: (1) verification of content validity of the instrument by three experts who determined its IOC index; (2) verification of construct validity of the instrument by conducting confirmatory factor analysis; the research sample consisted of 364 fourth year nursing students from private institutions in the Northeastern Region during the 2016 academic year, obtained by cluster sampling; and (3) verification of reliability of the instrument by finding Pearson product-moment correlation between assessment results of two evaluators who assessed 16 nursing students; and finally, the researcher transformed the constructed instrument into an online instrument to assess professional nursing skills. Research findings revealed that (1) the constructed online instrument to assess professional nursing skills covered the assessment of professional nursing skills in four standards containing 12 indicators; the four professional nursing standards were on (1.1) knowledge and ability concerning the nursing process; (1.2) knowledge and ability concerning health enhancement and disease prevention; (1.3) knowledge and ability concerning health-care of patients on a continuous basis; and (1.4) general nursing practice craftsmanship and skills or techniques; and (2) the constructed instrument to assess professional nursing skills had content validity as shown by the IOC of 1.00 for every test item; it also had construct validity as shown by results of confirmatory factor analysis that the synthesized assessment model fitted empirical data at the acceptable criteria; and finally, it had reliability coefficient of .87. | - |
