dc.description.abstractalternativeThe purposes of this Thesis were 1) To study the co- ordination methods of district educational superintendents, expectations as proceived by district educational superintendents. 2) To study the co-ordination methods of district educational superintendents, real practice as proceived by district educational superintendents. 3) To compare the perception in Co-ordination methods of district sheriffs, district educational superintendents and vice district sheriffs, district educational superintendents, about expectations and real practice as proceiced by district educational superintendents. The samples used in this study were 276 men. The instrument employed to collect data was a set of quiestionnaire developed by the researcher. The cllect data were analyzed in the form of percentage, arithmetic mean, standard deviation, analysis of variance (ANOVA), and t-test. The Results : 1) Co-ordination methods of district educational superintendents in region 9. Expectation proceived of district sheriffs, district educational superintendents and vice district educational superintendents in 9 performance of their works, found at “above average” level. The vice district educational superintendents’s expectations perception of the performance of their works were higher than perceptions of district educational superintendents and district Sheriffs but did not find statistical differences at level of .05 2) Co-ordinations methods of district educational superintendents in region 9. Real practice as proceived by district sheriffs, district educational superintendents and vice district educational superintendents in 9 performance of their works, found at “moderate”. level, and it found that the real perceptions of district sheriffs and vice district educational superintendents were higher than the perceptions of district eductional superintendents but did not find the statistical difference among them at the level of .05 3) Co-ordinations methods of district educational superintendents in region 9. Expectation and real practic as proceived by district sheriffs, district educational supperintenents and vice district educational superintendents in 9 performance of their works, difference at the significant level of .05-
