| dc.description.abstract | การศึกษาครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) ศึกษาคุณลักษณะที่พึงประสงค์ของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาในจังหวัดนครปฐม สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษา เขต 9 และ 2) เปรียบเทียบคุณลักษณะที่พึงประสงค์ของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาในจังหวัดนครปฐม สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษา เขต 9 จำแนกตามขนาดของสถานศึกษากลุ่มตัวอย่าง ได้แก่ ครูผู้สอนในสถานศึกษามัธยมศึกษาในอำเภอเมืองจังหวัดนครปฐม สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษา เขต 9 จำนวน 254 คนโดยใช้การสุ่มแบบแบ่งชั้นเครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยเป็นแบบสอบถามมีค่าความเที่ยงเท่ากับ 0.95 สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน การวิเคราะห์ความแปรปรวนทางเดียว และการเปรียบเทียบรายคู่ด้วยวิธีการของเชฟเฟ่ผลการศึกษาปรากฏว่า (1) คุณลักษณะที่พึงประสงค์ของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาในจังหวัดนครปฐม สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษาเขต 9 ในภาพรวมและรายด้านอยู่ในระดับมาก เรียงตามลำดับดังนี้ คุณธรรมจริยธรรม วิสัยทัศน์ การบริหารจัดการ การคิดสร้างสรรค์ การทำงานเป็นทีม ภาวะผู้นำ การคิดสร้างสรรค์วัตกรรม การสนับสนุนการใช้สื่อเทคโนโลยีการสื่อสาร และความเต็มใจในการเรียนรู้ และ (2) เปรียบเทียบคุณลักษณะที่พึงประสงค์ของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาในศตวรรษที่ 21 จำแนกตามขนาดของสถานศึกษา พบว่าแตกต่างกัน เมื่อพิจารณาเป็นรายด้านพบว่า ด้านวิสัยทัศน์ ด้านการคิดสร้างสรรค์ ด้านภาวะผู้นำ ด้านการทำงานเป็นทีม ด้านการสื่อสาร ด้านความเต็มใจในการเรียนรู้ ด้านการคิดสร้างสรรค์นวัตกรรม และด้านคุณธรรมจริยธรรม มีความแตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญที่ .05 ส่วนด้านการบริหารจัดการ และส่วนด้านการสนับสนุน การใช้สื่อเทคโนโลยีไม่แตกต่างกัน | th_TH |

| dc.description.abstractalternative | The purposes of this study were (1) to study the desirable characteristics of administrators in basic education schools in Nakhon Pathom province under the Secondary Education Service Area Office 9; and (2) to compare the desirable characteristics of administrators in Basic Education Schools in Nakhon Pathom province under the Secondary Education Service Area Office 9 as classified by school size. The research sample consisted of 254 teachers in basic education schools in Mueang district, Nakhon Pathom province under the Secondary Education Service Area Office 9, obtained by stratified random sampling. The research instrument was a questionnaire, with reliability coefficient of .95. Statistics employed for data anysis were the percentage, mean, standard deviation, one way ANOVA, and Scheffe’s method of pairwise comparison. The findings revealed that (1) the overall and by-aspect desirable characteristics of school administrators in basic education schools in Nakhon Pathom province under the Secondary Education Service Area Office 9 were rated at the high level and the specific characteristics could be ranked based on their rating means as follows: virtues and ethics, vision, management, creative thinking, teamwork, leadership, creative thinking of innovation, support for using technological media, communication, and the willingness to learn; and (2) regarding the comparison of desirable characteristics of school administrators in basic education schools in Nakhon Pathom province as classified by school size, it was found that desirable characteristics as a whole of school administrators in basic education schools of different sizes differed significantly at the .05 level; when specific desirable characteristics of school administrators were considered, significant differeces at the .05 level were found in the following characteristics: the virtues and ethics, the vision, the leadership, the teamwork, the communication, the willingness to learn, the virtues and ethics, and the creative thinking of innovation; while no significant difference was found in the following characteristics: the management, and the support for using technological media. | en_US |
