| dc.description.abstract | การสังเคราะห์ผลงานทางวิชาการที่ผ่านการประเมินเพื่อเลื่อนวิทยฐานะชำนาญการพิเศษ ของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาเพชรบูรณ์ เขต 1 มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) ศึกษาคุณลักษณะของผลงานทางวิชาการ และ 2) สังเคราะห์ความรู้ที่ได้ จากผลงานทางวิชาการ ประชากรที่ใช้ได้แก่ ผลงานทางวิชาการที่ผ่านการประเมินเพื่อเลื่อนวิทยฐานะชำนาญ การพิเศษของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาสังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาเพชรบูรณ์ เขต 1 ที่ได้รับการแต่งตั้ง ระหว่างปี พ.ศ. 2554 ถึง พ.ศ. 2558 จำนวน 32 ฉบับ เครื่องมือคือแบบบันทึก คุณลักษณะผลงานทางวิชาการ การวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลใช้การหาค่าร้อยละ และการวิเคราะห์เนื้อหา ผลการวิจัยปรากฏว่า คุณลักษณะของผลงานทางวิชาการ มีดังนี้ ประเด็นที่นำมากำหนด เป็นหัวข้อผลงานทางวิชาการ 7 ประเด็นโดยประเด็นที่มีการดำเนินการมากที่สุด คือประเด็นส่งเสริม/ เสริมสร้าง/กิจกรรมพัฒนาผู้เรียน ประเภทของผลงานทางวิชาการส่วนใหญ่ จำนวน 30 ฉบับ เป็นรายงานการประเมินโครงการ ผลงานทางวิชาการส่วนใหญ่ใช้กลุ่มตัวอย่าง โดยใช้การเลือก แบบเจาะจงมากที่สุด เครื่องมือที่ใช้เป็นแบบสอบถามทั้งหมด โดยส่วนใหญ่มีการหาคุณภาพเครื่องมือ ด้วยการหาค่าดัชนีความสอดคล้อง และการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลส่วนใหญ่ใช้การหาค่าเฉลี่ย 2) ความรู้ที่ได้ จากผลงานทางวิชาการ พบว่าส่วนใหญ่จำนวน 28 ฉบับ เป็นการประเมินสภาพแวดล้อม ประเมิน ปัจจัยเบื้องต้น ประเมินกระบวนการ ประเมินผลผลิต และมีจำนวน 4 ฉบับที่มีการประเมินผล กระทบ และผลการประเมินทั้งหมดอยู่ในระดับมาก ส่วนความรู้จากผลงานทางวิชาการประเภทวิจัย 2 ฉบับพบว่า การบริหารแบบมีส่วนร่วมส่งผลให้เด็กมาเข้าเรียนในสถานศึกษาเพิ่มขึ้น และการนำ คุณธรรม 8 ประการมาใช้ในสถานศึกษาพบว่า ผู้เรียนมีคุณธรรมและพฤติกรรมที่พึงประสงค์เพิ่มขึ้น | th_TH |

| dc.description.abstractalternative | The purposes of this independent study were (1) to study characteristics of academic works that passed evaluation for promotion to special expert status of school administrators under Phetchabun Primary Education Service Area Office 1; and (2) to synthesize knowledge obtained from the academic works. The research population comprised 32 academic works of school administrators under Phetchabun Primary Education Service Area Office 1who had been promoted to special expert status between B.E. 2554 (A.D. 2011) and B.E. 2558 (A.D. 2015). The instrument for the study was a form for recording characteristics of academic work. Data were analyzed using the percentage, and content analysis. Results of the study were as follows: ( 1) regarding characteristics of the academic works, the works covered seven issues with the issue that was studied most often being the issue of promotion/enhancement of learner development activities; as for the type of academic works, most of them ( 30 reports) were reports on project evaluation; the majority of academic works used the purposively selected samples; all of the employed research instruments were questionnaires; the majority of works verified quality of the instrument in terms of content validity; and the most frequently used statistics for data analysis were the mean and standard deviation; and ( 2) regarding knowledge obtained from the academic works, it was found that most of the academic works ( 30 reports) were of the project evaluation type which covered context evaluation, input evaluation, process evaluation, and output evaluation; however, three of the academic work also covered impact evaluation; evaluation results of all projects were at the high level; as for knowledge obtained from two academic works that were of the research type, it was found that the participatory management resulted in increasing the number of students enrolling in the school; also, the findings of research on application of eight ethical principles in school administration resulted in increasing desirable virtues and behaviors of the learners | en_US |
