| dc.description.abstract | การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ (1) ศึกษาภาวะผู้นำการจัดการเรียนการสอนของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาชลบุรี เขต 3 (2) ศึกษาการปฏิบัติตามมาตรฐานการปฏิบัติงานของครูในสถานศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาชลบุรี เขต 3 และ (3) ศึกษาความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างภาวะผู้นำการเรียนการสอนของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษากับการปฏิบัติตามมาตรฐานการปฏิบัติงานของครูในสถานศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาชลบุรี เขต 3 กลุ่มตัวอย่าง คือ ครูผู้สอนในสถานศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาชลบุรีเขต 3 จำนวน 209 คน ใช้วิธีการสุ่มแบบสองขั้นตอน เครื่องมือการวิจัย คือ แบบสอบถามชนิดมาตรประมาณค่าเกี่ยวกับภาวะผู้นำการเรียนการสอนของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา และการปฏิบัติงานตามมาตรฐานการปฏิบัติงานของครูซึ่งมีค่าความเที่ยงเท่ากับ .95 และ .92 ตามลำดับ สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ความถี่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และค่าสัมประสิทธิ์สหสัมพันธ์แบบเพียร์สัน ผลการวิจัยปรากฏดังนี้ (1) ภาวะผู้นำการเรียนการสอนของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา โดยภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก (2) การปฏิบัติตามมาตรฐานการปฏิบัติงานของครู โดยภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก และ (3) ภาวะผู้นำการเรียนการสอนของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษากับการปฏิบัติตามมาตรฐานการปฏิบัติงานของครูมีความสัมพันธ์เชิงบวกอยู่ในระดับปานกลาง โดยมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .01 | th_TH |

| dc.description.abstractalternative | The purposes of this research were (1) to study instructional leadership of school administrators under Chonburi Primary Education Service Area Office 3; (2) to study the teachers’ practices based on the standards of work performance in schools under Chonburi Primary Education Service Area Office 3; and (3) to study the relationship between instructional leadership of school administrators and teachers’ practices based on the standards of work performance in schools under Chonburi Primary Education Service Area Office 3 The research sample consisted of 209 teachers in schools under Chonburi Primary Education Service Area Office 3, all of whom were obtained by two-stage sampling. The employed research instrument was a rating scale questionnaire dealing with data on instructional leadership and teachers’ practices based on the standards of work performance, with reliability coefficients of .95 and .92, respectively. Statistics employed for data analysis were the frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation and Pearson’s product-moment correlation coefficient. The research findings were as follows: (1) the overall instructional leadership of school administrators was at the high level; (2) the overall teachers’ practices based on the standards of work performance was at the high level; and 3) the instructional leadership of school administrators positively correlated at the medium level with teachers’ practices based on the standards of work performance, which was significant at the .01 level | en_US |
