| dc.description.abstract | การวิจัยครั้งนี้ มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ (1) ศึกษาระดับการดำเนินงานการประกันคุณภาพภายในของโรงเรียนประถมศึกษาในอำเภอห้วยเม็ก สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษา ประถมศึกษากาฬสินธุ์ เขต 2 (2) ศึกษาคะแนนการทดสอบทางการศึกษาระดับชาติขั้นพื้นฐานของนักเรียนในโรงเรียนดังกล่าว และ (3) ศึกษาความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างระดับการดำเนินงานการประกันคุณภาพภายในของโรงเรียนกับคะแนนการทดสอบทางการศึกษาระดับชาติขั้นพื้นฐานของนักเรียนในโรงเรียนดังกล่าว ประชากร ได้แก่โรงเรียนประถมศึกษาในอำเภอห้วยเม็ก สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษากาฬสินธุ์ เขต 2 จำนวน 31 โรงเรียน โดยศึกษาจากประชากรทั้งหมด ผู้ให้ข้อมูล คือ ผู้อำนวยการโรงเรียน 31 คน และหัวหน้ากลุ่มบริหารวิชาการโรงเรียน 31 คน เครื่องมือวิจัยเป็นแบบสอบถามความคิดเห็นเกี่ยวกับการดำเนินงานการประกันคุณภาพภายในแบบมาตรประมาณค่าที่มีค่าความเที่ยงเท่ากับ .77 และแบบบันทึกคะแนนการทดสอบทางการศึกษาระดับชาติขั้นพื้นฐาน สถิติที่ใช้ คือ ค่าความถี่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ค่าเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และค่าสหสัมพันธ์แบบเพียร์สัน ผลการวิจัยปรากฏว่า (1) การดำเนินงานการประกันคุณภาพภายในของโรงเรียนประถมศึกษาในอำเภอห้วยเม็ก สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษา ประถมศึกษากาฬสินธุ์ เขต 2 โดยภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก เมื่อพิจารณาเป็นรายด้าน พบว่า ด้านจัดระบบบริหารและสารสนเทศ และด้านจัดทำรายงานประจำปีที่เป็นรายงานการประเมินคุณภาพภายใน อยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด (2) คะแนนการทดสอบทางการศึกษาระดับชาติขั้นพื้นฐานของนักเรียนในโรงเรียนดังกล่าว โดยภาพรวม ได้ค่าเฉลี่ยร้อยละ 40.46 (3) โดยภาพรวมการดำเนินงานการประกันคุณภาพภายในของโรงเรียนดังกล่าวกับคะแนนการทดสอบทางการศึกษาระดับชาติขั้นพื้นฐานของนักเรียนในโรงเรียนไม่มีความความสัมพันธ์กันที่ระดับนัยสำคัญ .05 แต่เมื่อพิจารณาความสัมพันธ์ของการดำเนินงานประกันคุณภาพภายในรายด้านกับคะแนนเฉลี่ยรายกลุ่มสาระการเรียนรู้แล้ว พบว่า ด้านจัดให้มีการติดตามตรวจสอบคุณภาพการศึกษามีความสัมพันธ์กับคะแนนในกลุ่มสาระการเรียนรู้การงานอาชีพและเทคโนโลยีในระดับปานกลาง ที่ระดับนัยสำคัญ .01 และกับคะแนนในกลุ่มสาระการเรียนรู้วิทยาศาสตร์ในระดับปานกลาง ที่ระดับนัยสำคัญ .05 ด้านกำหนดมาตรฐานการศึกษาของสถานศึกษามีความสัมพันธ์กับคะแนนในกลุ่มสาระการเรียนรู้การงานอาชีพและเทคโนโลยีในระดับตํ่า ที่ระดับนัยสำคัญ .05 | th_TH |

| dc.description.abstractalternative | The purposes of this research were (1) to study the operational level of internal quality assurance of primary schools in Huay Mek district under the Office of Kalasin Primary Education Ser-vice Area 2; (2) to study the Ordinary National Education Test scores of students in the schools; and (3) to study the relationship between the opera-tional level of internal quality assurance of the schools and the Ordinary National Education Test scores of students in the schools. The research population comprised 31 primary schools in HuayMek district under the Of-fice of Kalasin Primary Education Service Area 2. This research was conducted with all 31 primary schools in the research population. The key research informants were 31 school directors and 31 heads of the school’s academic affairs section. The employed research instruments were a rating scale ques-tionnaire with reliability coefficient of .77 and a recording form of Ordinary National Education Test scores. Statistics for data analysis were the frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, and Pear-son correlation coefficient. The results showed that (1) the overall operational level of internal quality assurance of primary schools in Huay Mek district under the Office of Kalasin Primary Education Service Area 2 was rated at the high level; when specific aspects of the operation were considered, it was found that the aspect of organizing the administration and information system, and the aspect of preparation of an-nual report on evaluation of internal quality evaluation were rated at the highest level; (2) the overall mean score on Ordinary National Education Test of students in the schools was 40.46; and (3) the over-all operational level of internal quality assurance of the schools and their students’ Ordinary National Education Test scores did not correlate significantly at the .05 level of statistical significance; however, there were some significant correlations between some specific aspects of the operation of internal quality assurance of the schools and their students’ Ordinary National Education Test scores in some learning areas as follows: the moderate level correlation of the aspect of monitoring and follow up of educational quality with the students’ scores in the Career and Technology Learning Area which was significant at the .01level, and with the students’ scores in the Science Learning Area which was signif-icant at the .05level; and the low level correlation of the aspect of determination of the school educa-tional standards with the students’ scores in the Career and Technology Learning Area which was sig-nificant at the .05 level | en_US |
