| dc.description.abstract | การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ (1) เพื่อศึกษาเกี่ยวกับประวัติความเป็นมาของภูมิปัญญาด้านการนวดแผนไทย วิธีการนวดแผนไทยและการจัดตั้งสถานบริการนวดแผนไทยของรัฐ (2) เพื่อศึกษาสถานภาพและบทบาทของภูมิปัญญาด้านการนวดแผนไทย ของศูนย์ส่งเสริมสุขภาพแผนไทยสถาบันการแพทย์แผนไทยกรมพัฒนาการแพทย์แผนไทยและการแพทย์ทางเลือก กระทรวงสาธารณสุข (3) เพื่อศึกษาแนวทางในการพัฒนาสถานภาพและบทบาทของภูมิปัญญาด้านการนวดแผนไทย ในศูนย์ส่งเสริมสุขภาพแผนไทย สถาบันการแพทย์แผนไทย กระทรวงสาธารณสุข กลุ่มตัวอย่างในการวิจัยเชิงปริมาณ ได้แก่ ผู้รับบริการ 338 คน และกลุ่มตัวอย่างการวิจัยเชิงคุณภาพ ได้แก่ ผู้ให้บริการ 19 คน และผู้บริหาร 4 คน ในศูนย์ส่งเสริมสุขภาพแผนไทย และในกลุ่มงานอื่นของสถาบันการแพทย์แผนไทย เครื่องมือที่ใช้ไนการวิจัยเป็นแบบสอบถามและแบบสัมภาษณ์ สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ค่าเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน ผลการวิจัยพบว่า (1) การแพทย์แผนไทยโดยเฉพาะการนวดแผนไทย เกิดขึ้นก่อนสมัยกรุงสุโขทัยมารุ่งเรืองที่สุดในสมัยกรุงศรีอยุธยา และเสื่อมความนิยมลงในสมัยกรุงธนบุรีและสมัยรัชกาลที่ 6 ต่อมาได้มีการฟื้นฟูการแพทย์แผนไทย และการนวดแผนไทยขึ้นในสมัยรัชกาลที่ 9 โดยมีการก่อตั้งศูนย์ส่งเสริมสุขภาพแผนไทยในส่วนภูมิภาคก่อน พ.ศ. 2545 และส่วนกลางที่กระทรวงสาธารณสุขเมื่อ พ.ศ. 2545 เพื่อเป็นต้นแบบแก่สถานบริการนวดแผนไทย เป็นศูนยประสานงานระหว่างส่วนกลางกับส่วนภูมิภาค การนวดแผนไทยมี 2 แบบ คือ แบบราชสำนักและแบบทั่วไป การนวดแผนไทยจะเน้นการนวดเพื่อการบำบัดรักษา (2) สถานภาพและบทบาทภูมิปัญญาด้านการนวดแผนไทย ของศูนย์ส่งเสริมสุขภาพแผนไทย พบว่าเกิดจากผู้รับบริการมีพฤติกรรม ทัศนคติ ความเชื่อ เหตุผล และความพึงพอใจด้านบวกในระดับมาก ส่วนผู้ให้บริการมีศักยภาพ และมีทัศนคติ มีความเชื่อมั่นในหลักทฤษฎีการนวดแผนไทย และผู้ให้บริการเห็นว่าสถานภาพและบทบาทภูมิปัญญาด้านการนวดแผนไทย เกิดจากทุนมนุษย์มากกว่าทุนทางสังคมอื่น รวมทั้งเกิดจากปัจจัยองค์กรด้านนโยบายและบทบาทหน้าที่ ที่มีศักยภาพ (3) แนวทางในการพัฒนาสถานภาพและบทบาทของภูมิปัญญาด้านการแพทย์แผนไทย คือ ควรจัดสรรงบลงทุนทั้งด้านครุภัณฑ์สิ่งก่อสร้าง กำลังคนและงบประมาณ พร้อมทั้งควรมีมาตรการด้านกฎหมายที่มีผลบังคบใช้กำกับดูแลการนวดแผนไทยอย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ ตลอดจนควรมีการยกระดับการแพทย์แผนไทย โดยเฉพาะการนวดแผนไทยให้เป็นสากล | th_TH |

| dc.description.abstractalternative | The goals of this research were to study: (1) the history and the process of Thai traditional wisdom massage, including the establishment of the Traditional Medicine Promotion Center, of the government (2) the roles and status of Thai traditional wisdom massage, and (3) the trend to develop the roles and status of the Thai Traditional Medicine Promotion Center, Institute of Thai Traditional Medicine Department for Development of Thai Traditional and Alternative Medicine, Ministry of Public Health. Studied sampler for both quantitative data and qualitative data were 338 customers, 19 service providers, including 4 managers from Thai Traditional Medicine Promotion Center, and other departments of the Institute of Thai Traditional Medicine. Research instruments were questionnaires and interviews. Statistical analysis included percentage, means and standard deviation. The results of the research revealed that: (l)the ancient way of Thai traditional massage founded in the age of Sukhothai and had been growing most in Ayutthaya’s era then decline later in the age of Thonburi region and King Rama VI. However, the ancient way of Thai traditional massage was now restored in the reign of King Rama IX. Thai traditional medicine promotion offices were set up before 2002 and at the Ministry of Public Health in 2002 as the model and center between the central and the provincial region. Thai traditional massage emphasized the treatment and could be divided into two main categories: a royal massage and a general massage; (2) not only customers’ behavior, attitude, belief, and reasons were positive at the high level, the providers had strong potential, attitudes and beliefs in theory of the Thai massage. The providers believed that the role and the status of Thai traditional massage were from human capital rather than other social capital and organization factors in policies and duties and capital investment to substantial resources should be allocated properly. Additionally, laws and relevant regulations should be created and enforced effectively. Moreover the government must attempt to improve Thai massage to meet international standards. | en_US |
