| dc.description.abstract | การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ (1) เพื่อศึกษาระดับความสำเร็จของการพัฒนาระบบการบริหาร จัดการบ้านเมืองที่ดีของเครือข่ายองค์กรชุมชน จังหวัดตราด (2) เพื่อศึกษาปัจจัยที่มีอิทธิพลต่อระดับความสำเร็จ ของการพัฒนาระบบการบริหารจัดการบ้านเมืองที่ดีของเครือข่ายองค์กรชุมชน จังหวัดตราด (3) เพื่อเสนอแนะ แนวทางและวิธีปฏิบัติงานของเครือข่ายองค์กรชุมชนในการพัฒนาระบบการบริหารจัดการบ้านเมืองที่ดีของ เครือข่ายองค์กรชุมชน จังหวัดตราด รูปแบบการวิจัยที่ใช้คือการวิจัยเชิงสำรวจ ประชากรที่เป็นหน่วยการศึกษาวิจัยคือ เครือข่ายองค์กร ชุมชน จังหวัดตราด 9 เครือข่าย ตัวแทนประชากรจำนวน 72,704 คน กำหนดขนาดกลุ่มตัวอย่างโดยใช้สูตรของ ทาโร ยามาเน ที่ระดับความเชื่อมั่นร้อยละ 95 ได้กลุ่มตัวอย่างจำนวน 398 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยคือ แบบสอบถามและแบบสัมภาษณ์ ผลการวิเคราะห์ค่าความเชื่อมั่นแบบสอบถามเท่ากับ .95 การวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลเชิง ปริมาณแบ่งออกเป็น 2 วิธี คือ (1) การวิเคราะห์ด้วยสถิติเชิงพรรณนา ใช้ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ค่าเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และ (2) การวิเคราะห์ด้วยสถิติเชิงอนุมาน ใช้การทดสอบค่าที การวิเคราะห์ความแปรปวนทางเดียว การวิเคราะห์ ถดถอยแบบขั้นตอน (Regression Model stepwise) ส่วนการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลเชิงคุณภาพใช้กรอบรูปแบบการ ประเมินผลโครงการ ผลการศึกษาพบว่า (1) ระดับความสำเร็จของการพัฒนาระบบการบริหารจัดการบ้านเมืองที่ดีของ เครือข่ายองค์กรชุมชน จังหวัดตราด มีไม่ต่ำกว่าร้อยละ 70 (2) ระดับความสำเร็จของการพัฒนาระบบการบริหาร จัดการบ้านเมืองที่ดีของเครือข่ายแต่ละเครือข่ายมีความแตกต่างกัน ตัวแปรที่สามารถอธิบายความสำเร็จของการ พัฒนาระบบการบริหารจัดการบ้านเมืองที่ดีของเครือข่ายองค์กรชุมชน คือ ตัวแปรด้านการนำนโยบายไปปฏิบัติ ตัวแปรด้านสมรรถนะในการทำงาน ตัวแปรด้านความคาดหวัง และผลประโยชน์ ตัวแปรด้านการมีส่วนร่วม และ ตัวแปรด้านการพัฒนาองค์การ อธิบายรวมกันได้ร้อยละ78.2 (3) ข้อเสนอแนะจากการวิจัยได้แก่ ควรพัฒนา ศักยภาพแกนนา ให้มีความรู้และสามารถพัฒนาการบริหารจัดการบ้านเมืองที่ดี การมีเวทีแลกเปลี่ยนเรียนรู้อย่าง ต่อเนื่อง การถ่ายทอดองค์ความรู้สู่คนรุ่นใหม่ การนำเครือข่ายองค์กรชุมชนเข้าสู่การรับรองสถานภาพองค์กรชุมชน และการจดแจ้ง จัดตั้งสภาองค์กรชุมชน การทำแผน การเคลื่อนงานจากฐานข้อมูลจริงจากชุมชน การนำหลักธรรมใน พระพุทธศาสนามาใช้ได้แก่ ศีล 5 หิริโอตตัปปะ พรหมวิหาร 4 และอิทธิบาท 4 การมีเจตคติที่ดี การตรวจสอบ ติดตาม ประเมินผลแบบเสริมพลัง การพัฒนาระบบการเงิน/บัญชี ส่งเสริมการร่วมคิด ร่วมตัดสินใจ ร่วม ดำเนินงาน ร่วมรับผิดชอบ และร่วมติดตาม เครือข่ายองค์กรชุมชนจะเข้มแข็ง พึ่งตนเองได้ สามารถแก้ไขปัญหา พัฒนาชุมชน นำชุมชนตราดสู่การมีสุขอย่างยั่งยืน | th_TH |

| dc.description.abstractalternative | The purpose of this study were to (1) study the success level of good governance process of Trat community networks. (2) study factors that influenced the success level of good governance process of Trat community networks. (3) recommend appropriate approach and procedures of the community networks for successfully implementation of good governance process of Trat community networks Samples were 9 community networks drawn from Yamane formula with 95% confidential level. Instruments employed were questionnaire used with 398 committee and networks members and interview to be used with provincial committee. Cronbach’s Alpha which was applied for reliability test was at .95. The quantitative data was analyzed via computer program. Statistical tools were percentage, mean, standard deviations, t-test, one-way ANOVA and regression model stepwise. Content analysis was used to analyzed qualitative data with CIPP model. The research revealed that: by testing Hypothesis (1) it was found that the success of good governance process of community networks was not lower than 70%, Hypothesis (2) mean of success level of good governance process for each community networks were different at least 1 network, Hypothesis factors consisted policy implementation, competency in work, expectation , motivation, organization improvement and cooperation influenced the success of good governance process of community networks with problem solving in community networks at 78.2% (3) the recommendation from this research were following; it should be supported potential improvement, good governance knowledge and developed, seminar and meeting should be always organized, forward knowledge to new generation, certificated community networks and establish to community network council , made an action plan from the truth data of community, promote work with Buddhism principle such as 5 Morality, Oattappa modesty, 4 Cardinal virtues and 4 Action, good attitude, empowerment monitoring followed and evaluated process, develop financial system and encourage all of part of state agency and community to participated in work; think, decide, action, responsible and follow up.
