| dc.description.abstract | การศึกษาค้นคว้าอิสระครั้งนี้ มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษา (1) ระดับความคิดเห็นที่มีต่อปัจจัยที่มีความสัมพันธ์ในด้านการบริหารจัดการการจัดเก็บขยะมูลฝอยขององค์การบริหารส่วนตำบลบ้านฉาง อำเภอเมือง จังหวัดปทุมธานี (2) ระดับประสิทธิผลในการให้บริการสาธารณะการจัดเก็บขยะมูลฝอยขององค์การบริหารส่วนตำบลบ้านฉาง อำเภอเมือง จังหวัดปทุมธานี และ (3) ความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างปัจจัยที่มีความสัมพันธ์ในด้านการบริหารจัดการการจัดเก็บขยะมูลฝอยกับประสิทธิผลในการให้บริการสาธารณะ การจัดเก็บขยะมูลฝอยขององค์การบริหารส่วนตำบลบ้านฉาง อำเภอเมือง จังหวัดปทุมธานี ประชากรที่ใช้ในการศึกษาวิจัยในครั้งนี้คือครัวเรือนที่ตั้งอยู่ในเขตพื้นที่การให้บริการ สาธารณะการจัดเก็บขยะมูลฝอยขององค์การบริหารส่วนตำบลบ้านฉาง อำเภอเมือง จังหวัดปทุมธานี จำนวน 3 หมู่บ้าน ได้แก่หมู่ที่ 1 บ้านคลองบางโพธิ์เหนือฝั่งใต้ หมู่ที่ 2 บ้านเจ้าคุณและหมู่ที่ 3 บ้านคลองบางหลวง ซึ่งมีจำนวนครัวเรือนในพื้นที่ให้บริการทั้งสิ้น 2,445 ครัวเรือน และกลุ่มตัวอย่างประชากรที่ใช้ในการศึกษาวิจัยคือตัวแทนของแต่ละครัวเรือนทั้ง 3 หมู่บ้าน ใช้วิธีการสุ่มขนาดกลุ่มตัวอย่างจากตัวแทนของแต่ละครัวเรือนโดยใช้สูตรของ ทาโร ยามาเน่ ที่ระดับความเชื่อมั่นร้อยละ 95 จึงได้ขนาดของกลุ่มตัวอย่างเท่ากับ 344 ครัวเรือน และใช้วิธีการสุ่มกลุ่มตัวอย่างแบบแบ่งชั้นตามสัดส่วนประชากร โดยใช้หมู่บ้านเป็นระดับในการสุ่มตัวอย่าง ผลการศึกษา พบว่า (1) ระดับความคิดเห็นที่มีต่อปัจจัยที่มีความสัมพันธ์ในด้านการบริหาร จัดการการจัดเก็บขยะมูลฝอยโดยรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก โดยการบริหารจัดการการจัดเก็บขยะมูลฝอยอยู่ในระดับมาก รองลงมาคือการมีส่วนร่วมของภาคประชาชน (2) ระดับประสิทธิผลในการให้บริการสาธารณะ การจัดเก็บขยะมูลฝอยโดยรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก โดยเรียงระดับลำดับจากมากไปยังน้อย คือความสะอาด และสภาพแวดล้อมของพื้นที่การจัดเก็บขยะมูลฝอย ความพึงพอใจของผู้รับบริการ และปริมาณการลดลง ของขยะมูลฝอยตามลำดับ (3) ความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างปัจจัยด้านการบริหารจัดการการจัดเก็บขยะมูลฝอยกับประสิทธิผลในการให้บริการสาธารณะการจัดเก็บขยะมูลฝอยมีความสัมพันธ์เชิงบวกในระดับสูงอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 | th_TH |

| dc.description.abstractalternative | The Objectives of this study were to study: (1) the comment level of opinion on the factor that related to Public Service of Waste Collection Services; (2) the Effectiveness level of Public Service of Waste Collection Services; (3) the relation between factors that related to Public Service of Waste Collection Services and the Effectiveness of Public Service of Waste Collection Services in BanChang Sub-District Administration Organization of Pathumthani Province. The samples of this study was the amount of household in the Public Service areas of Waste Collection Services in Ban-Chang Sub-District Administration Organization of Pathumthani Province which consisted of 3 villages of Moo 1 Ban Khlong Bang Pho Nuea Fang Tai, Moo 2 Ban Chao Khun, and Moo 3 Ban Khlong Bang Luang consolidated 2,445 households. The samples were selected from the representative of household of 3 villages based on Taro Yamane method with the confidence level of 95% thus, the sample size was 344. The sampling method was stratified random sampling. The results of the study were as follows: (1) the overall of opinion on the factors that related to Waste Collection Services was very satisfied as well as Waste Collection Services was very satisfied, the participation of people for Waste collection Services in Ban-Chang Sub-District Administration Organization of Pathumthani Province was very satisfied accordingly, (2) the opinion on the Effectiveness level of Public Service of Waste Collection Services was very satisfied which sorted in descending order by cleanness and environment of the areas for Waste Collection Services, customer satisfaction and the trend to decrease of Waste, and (3) the relation of factors of Public Service of Waste Collection Services aligned positively with the Effectiveness of Public Service of Waste Collection Services in Ban-Chang SubDistrict Administration Organization of Pathumthani Province and was very high affinity at 0.05 significant level | en_US |
