| dc.description.abstract | การวิจัยครั้งนีมีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ (1) ศึกษารูปแบบการจัดองค์การของธุรกิจก่อสร้างที่ เหมาะสมกับสภาวะเศรษฐกิจถดถอย (2) ศึกษาความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างปัจจัยด้านสภาพแวดล้อมกับ ความคิดเห็นขฺองผู้บริหารในการจัดองค์การธุรกิจก่อสรัาง กลุ่มตัวอย่างเป็นผู้บริหารหรือเจ้าของบริษัทรับเหมาก่อสร้าง จำนวน 376 คน จากทั้ง หมด 3,763 บริษัทการเลือกผู้บริหารหรือเจ้าของบริษัทรับเหมาได้เลือกอย่างเจาะจง เครื่องมือที่ใชั รวบรวมข้อมูล คือ แบบสอบถามที่ผู้วิจัยสร้างขึ้นข้อมูลที่ได้นำไปประมวลผลด้วยคอมพิวเตอร์ โดย ใช้โปรแกรมสำเร็จรูป SPSS สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลได้แก่ ความถี่ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ("X) ค่าความเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน ( S.D. ) และ สถิติทดสอบไคสแควร์ ผลการวิจัยพบว่า (1) รูปแบบการจัดองค์การธุรกิจก่อสร้างในสภาวะเศรษฐกิจถดถอย ควรมีการปรับรูปแบบโดยในด้านการจัดโครงสร้างองค์การควรยืดหยุ่นสามารถปรับเปลี่ยนได้ตาม สถานการณ์ เพื่อความคล่องตัวในการทำงานควรรวมแผนกงานเหมือนกันเข้าด้วยกันควรลดสาย การบังคับบัญุชาและขนาดของการควบคุมควรสั้นและขึ้นกับความซับซ้อนของงาน พนักงานควรมี อำนาจหน้าที่ไนระดับหนึ่งเพื่อความรวดเร็วในการทำงาน (2) ความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างสภาพแวดล้อม ภายนอกด้านปริมาณงานภาครัฐและเอกชนมีความสัมพันธ์กับขนาดของการควบคุม อย่างมีนัย สำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ.05 ส่วนการปล่อยสินเชื่อของสถาบันทางการเงินพบว่ามีความสัมพันธ์กับ การจัดแผนกงาน สายการบังคับบัญชา ขนาดของการควบคุมและอำนาจหน้าที่อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทาง สถิติที่ระดับ .05 สำหรับสภาพแวดล้อมภายในด้านสภาพคล่องทางการเงิน และเครดิตทางร้านค้าพบ ว่าไม่มีความสัมพันธ์กับการจัดองค์การธุรกิจก่อสร้าง ในส่วนของคุณภาพของบุคลากรด้านความ เชี่ยวชาญของบุคลากรมีความสัมพันธ์กับการจัดโครงสร้างองค์การ การจัดแผนกงาน สายการบังคับ บัญชา ขนาดของการควบคุมอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ.05 ด้านการทำงานให้เสร็จตามที่ มอบหมายรความสัมพันธ์กับ ขนาดของการควบคุมอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 สำหรับ ระบบสารสนเทศโดยการนำระบบคอมพิวเตอร์มาใช้ในองค์การมีความสัมพันธ์กับการจัดโครงสร้าง องค์การและขนาดของการควบคุมอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ.05 ด้านประโยชน์ของ คอมพิวเตอร์ต่อองค์การมีความสัมพันธ์กับการจัดแผนกงานอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ.05 | th_TH |

| dc.description.abstractalternative | This research aims to (1) explore the pattern of organizing for construction business appropriate to the economic recession situation (2) explore the relationship between surrounding condition factor and opinion of executive to manage the construction business organization. The totals sampling 376 people who arc owner or executive were selected by Simple Random Sampling method from 3,763 construction companies. Data were gathered from questionnaires and analyzed by SPSS program consist of frecquency“percent, mean (x), standard deviation (S.D.) and chi-square tests. The results of this research found as follow (I) The pattern of organization structuring should be adaptable and flexibility for appropriates to present situation combines same departmentation together and diminish chain of command and span of control, employee should have available authority to work quickly. (2) The relationship between external environment both government and private business that statistical significant relationship with span of control on level .05 only. The relationship between releases of loan from financial institution with departmentation , chain of command , span of control and authority that statistical significant on level .05. Otherwise, the internal environment no relationship statistical significant on level .05 between currently financial and credit of supplier and organization management. It also that relationship between quality skill of employee relate statistical significant on level .05 with organization structuring, departmentation , chain of command and span of control . The work finished for order relate statistical significant on level .05 with span of control. Information system which using computer relate with organization structuring. And the relationship between computer utilizable with departmentation that statistical significant on level .05. | en_US |
