| dc.description.abstract | การศึกษาครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษา (1) ปัจจัยข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลของผู้ใช้บริการอินเทอร์เน็ตความเร็วสูงผ่านสายเคเบิลใยแก้วของ บริษัท ทีโอที จํากัด (มหาชน) สาขาขนอม จังหวัดนครศรี ธรรมราช (2) ระดับความพึงพอใจของลูกค้าผู้ใช้บริการที่มีต่อการให้บริการ อินเทอร์เน็ตความเร็วสูงผ่านสายเคเบิลใยแก้ว ของบริษัท ทีโอที จํากัด (มหาชน) สาขาขนอม จังหวัดนครศรีธรรมราช การศึกษาครั้งนี้เป็นการศึกษาเชิงสำรวจ ได้กำหนดขนาดกลุ่มตัวอย่าง 25% ของประชากรทั้งหมดจึงได้กลุ่มตัวอย่างจำนวน 150 คน โดยวิธีการสุ่มตัวอย่างแบบสะดวก ทำการสุ่ม จากลูกค้าที่เข้ามาใช้บริการภายในศูนย์บริการลูกค้าสาขาขนอม และลูกค้าที่มีเหตุสัญญาณขัดข้อง โดยใช้แบบสอบถามในการรวบรวมข้อมูล สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ได้แก่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย และ ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน ผลการศึกษา พบว่า (1) ผู้ตอบแบบสอบถามที่เป็นกลุ่มตัวอย่างส่วนใหญ่เป็นเพศชาย มีอายุระหว่าง 31-40 ปี มีสถานภาพสมรส มีระดับการศึกษาต่ำกว่าปริญญาตรี ประกอบอาชีพ เจ้าของกิจการ/ค้าขาย มีรายได้เฉลี่ยรวมต่อเดือน มากกว่า 30,000 บาท (2) ความระดับพึงพอใจของผู้รับบริการที่มีต่อการให้บริการอินเทอร์เน็ตความเร็วสูงผ่านสายเคเบิลใยแก้ว โดยรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก ทั้ง 5 ด้าน ซึ่งได้แก่ 1) ด้านการให้บริการของพนักงานภายในศูนย์บริการ 2) การให้บริการของพนักงานด้านช่าง 3) ด้านการรับรู้คุณภาพบริการ 4) ด้านขั้นตอนและกระบวนการบริการ และ 5)ด้านสิ่งอำนวยความสะดวกภายในศูนย์บริการ | th_TH |

| dc.description.abstractalternative | The objective of this study is to study: (1) individual factors of customers using fiber optic high speed internet of TOT Public Company Limited, Khanom branch, Nakhon Si Thammarat Province; and (2) satisfaction level of customers using fiber optic high speed internet of TOT Public Company Limited, Khanom Branch. This study is the survey study. The sample size is defined by 25% of 150 customers visiting service center, Khanom branch and customers encounting signal failure problem. The study uses convenience sampling method. Data are collected via questionnaires. Statistic methods for analysis are percentage, mean, and standard deviation. The result of this study shows that: (1) majority of the samples is male, aged 31 – 40 years old, married, education level is lower than bachelor’s degree, works as business owner/trader, and average monthly income is more than 30,000 baht; and (2) the satisfaction level towards fiber optic high speed internet service is High in all 5 factors: services of personnel in service center, mechanical services, perception of service quality, procedures of services, and facilities in the service center | en_US |
