| dc.description.abstract | การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ (1) ศึกษาระดับความรู้ความเข้าใจของพนักงานเรื่อง การแปลงสภาพ การสื่อสารแห่งประเทศไทย (กสท.) เป็น บ.ไปรษณีย์ไทย จำกัด (ปณท.) (2) ศึกษาทัศนคติต่อการเปลี่ยนสถานภาพจากพนักงานของรัฐเป็นพนักงานบริษัทจำกัด (3) เพี่อเสนอ แนะแนวทางในการเสริมสร้างทัศนคติของพนักงานในเรื่องการแปลงสภาพ ในการวิจัยใช้วิธีการสำรวจกสุ่มตัวอย่างพนักงานที่ทำการไปรษณีย์ในเขตพื้นที่ภาค ตะวันออกจำนวน 250 คน จากจำนวนประชากรทั้งหมด 488 คน โดยใช้แบบสอบถามและรวบรวม นำมาวิเคราะห์ประมวลผลด้วยโปรแกรม SPSS ใช้สถิติในการวิจัยเชิงพรรณนา คือ ค่าเฉลี่ย ค่ารัอยละ และสถิติเชิงอนุมาน คือ การทดสอบแบบที แบบเอฟ และการวิเคราะห์ความแปรปรวน ทางเดียว การเปรียบเทียบพหุคูณตามวิธี LSD ผลการวิจัยพบว่า (1) พนักงานมีความรู้ความเข้าใจเกี่ยวกับการแปลงสภาพในระดับ ปานกลาง (2) ทัศนคติต่อการเปลี่ยนสถานภาพจากพนักงานของรัฐมาเป็นพนักงานบริษัทจำกัด อยู่ในระดับตํ่า (X = 2.59) โดยเฉพาะด้านการได้รับการยอมรับจากสังคม (3) ภมิหลังที่แตกต่างกัน ของพนักงานไม่มีผลต่อทัศนคติต่อการแปลงสภาพในภาพรวม แต่วิเคราะห์รายด้านพบว่า ความ แตกต่างกันของพนักงานที่มี ระดับการศึกษา อายุงาน ระดับตำแหน่ง และ อัตราเงินเดือนที่ต่างกัน มีทัศนคติต่อการแปลงสภาพที่แตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ 0.05 (4) ระดับความรู้ ความเข้าใจที่แตกต่างกันของพนักงานไม่มีผลต่อทัศนคติการแปลงสภาพของพนักงาน | th_TH |

| dc.description.abstractalternative | The objectives of this research were to (1) study the level of knowledge and understanding of privatization of The Communications Authority of Thailand (CAT) to Thailand Post Company Limited (THP); (2) study attitudes to changing status in government officials and non-govemment officials; and (3) to give suggestions to enhance the attitude of the employees towards privatization The sample population was 488 employees of Eastern Post Office Region. The sample consisted of250 employees using stratified random sampling. Data were collected by using the questionnaires and analyzed by using SPSS/PC* computer program. Statistical tools employed for data analysis wjerc percentage, mean, standard deviation, t-test, F-test, One-way ANOVA and LSD. The results of these analyzes showed that (1) employees had knowledge and understanding of privatization at a moderate level; (2) an attitude in respect to changed status was at a low level, especially in terms of social acceptance; (3) different personal factors did not influence general attitudes of the employees but some factors, i.c educational level, years of experience, position and salary were found to be significantly different at the 0.05 level; and (4) different levels of knowledge and understanding toward privatization did not influence the attitudes of the officials | en_US |
