| dc.description.abstract | การวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) ศึกษาการบริหารเครือข่ายความร่วมมือในการจัดการอาชีวศึกษาระบบทวิภาคีของสถานศึกษา สังกัดอาชีวศึกษาจังหวัดภูเก็ต (2) เปรียบเทียบการบริหารเครือข่ายความร่วมมือในการจัดการอาชีวศึกษาระบบทวิภาคีของสถานศึกษา สังกัดอาชีวศึกษาจังหวัดภูเก็ต จำแนกตามตำแหน่ง และ (3) ศึกษาปัญหาและข้อเสนอแนะการบริหารเครือข่ายความร่วมมือในการจัดการอาชีวศึกษาระบบทวิภาคีของสถานศึกษา สังกัดอาชีวศึกษาจังหวัดภูเก็ต กลุ่มตัวอย่าง ได้แก่ ผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา 14 คน ครู 27 คน ผู้บริหารสถานประกอบการ 195 คน และครูฝึกในสถานประกอบการ 56 คน รวมทั้งหมด 292 คน และผู้ให้ข้อมูลในการสัมภาษณ์ จํานวน 10 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้เป็นแบบสอบถามและแบบสัมภาษณ์มีค่าความเที่ยงเท่ากับ .95 สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ความถี่ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน การวิเคราะห์ ความแปรปรวนทางเดียว และการวิเคราะห์เนื้อหา ผลการวิจัยพบว่า (1) การบริหารเครือข่ายความร่วมมือในการจัดการอาชีวศึกษาระบบทวิภาคีของสถานศึกษาโดยภาพรวมและรายด้านอยู่ในระดับมาก เรียงตามลำดับดังนี้ การจัดการหลักสูตรการจัดการเรียนการสอน การจัดการฝึกอาชีพ และการประเมินผล (2) ผลการเปรียบเทียบความคิดเห็นต่อการบริหารเครือข่ายความร่วมมือในการจัดการอาชีวศึกษาระบบทวิภาคีของสถานศึกษาจําแนกตามตำแหน่งพบว่า ผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา ครูผู้สอน มีความคิดเห็นแตกต่างจากผู้บริหารสถานประกอบการและครูฝึกในสถานประกอบการ อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 และ (3) ปัญหาพบว่า หลักสูตรการเรียนการสอนไม่ตรงตามความต้องการของสถานประกอบการ ข้อเสนอแนะ คือ สถานศึกษาและสถานประกอบการควรร่วมกันจัดทําหลักสูตรและแผนการเรียน ตามความต้องการของสถานประกอบการ | th_TH |

| dc.description.abstractalternative | The purposes of this research were (1) to study the collaborative network administration of dual vocational education management of colleges under Vocational Education in Phuket; (2) to compare the collaborative network administration of dual vocational education management of colleges under Vocational Education in Phuket as classified by position; and (3) to study the problems and recommendations for the collaborative network administration of dual vocational education management of colleges under Vocational Education in Phuket. The research sample consisted of 14 administrators, 27 teachers, 195 establishment administrators, and 56 workplace teachers, a total of 292 people, and 10 interviewees. The instruments were questionnaire and interview form with reliability coefficient of .95. The statistics used to analyze the data were frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, One-way ANOVA, and content analysis. The research findings indicated that (1) the overall and by-dimension components of collaborative network administration of dual vocational education management of colleges were rated at the high level as follows: curriculum management, instructional management, vocational training management, and evaluation; (2) the results of the comparison of opinions towards collaborative network administration of dual vocational education management of colleges as classified by position, it was found that administrators, teachers were significantly different from the administrators of the establishment administrators and workplace teachers at the .05 level, and (3) the problem found that the curriculum did not meet the requirements of the establishment, and the recommendation were vocational college and establishment should jointly develop curriculum and study plans according to the needs of the establishment | en_US |
