| dc.description.abstract | การศึกษาครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ (1) ศึกษาระดับความคิดเห็นต่อผลสัมฤทธิ์ของการนำหลักการบริหารบ้านเมืองที่ดีมาใช้ในการบริหารงานของมหาวิทยาลัยธรรมศาสตร์ (2) ศึกษาปัจจัยที่มีอิทธิพลต่อผลสัมฤทธิ์ของการนำหลักการบริหารกิจการบ้านเมืองที่ดีมาใช้ในการบริหารงานของมหาวิทยาลัยธรรมศาสตร์ (3) ศึกษาความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างปัจจัยที่มีอิทธิพลต่อผลสัมฤทธิ์ของการนำหลักการบริหารกิจการบ้านเมืองที่ดีมาใช้ในการบริหารงานของมหาวิทยาลัยธรรมศาสตร์ และ (4) ทราบปัญหาอุปสรรค และข้อเสนอแนะเพื่อเป็นแนวทางในการสร้างผลสัมฤทธิ์ของการนำหลักการบริหาร กิจการบ้านเมืองที่ดีมาใช้ในมหาวิทยาลัยธรรมศาสตร์ การศึกษาครั้งนี้เป็นการวิจัยเชิงสำรวจ เน้นการวิจัยเชิงปริมาณ ประชากรที่ใช้ในการศึกษาเป็นคณาจารย์ และบุคลากรของมหาวิทยาลัยธรรมศาสตร์ ศูนย์ท่าพระจันทร์ ศูนย์รังสิต ศูนย์พัทยา ศูนย์ลำปาง รวม 4 แห่ง กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่นำมาศึกษาในครั้งนี้คำนวณตามแนวคิดของ Taro Yamane ที่ระดับความเชื่อมั่น 95 % ได้ตัวแทนตัวอย่างจำนวนทั้งสิ้น 276 คน ตัวอย่างทั้งหมดใช้วิธีการสุ่มตัวอย่างแบบใช้ความน่าจะเป็นโดยใช้การสุ่มตัวอย่างแบบชั้นภูมิและแบบอย่างง่าย เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการศึกษาคือ แบบสอบถามและการสัมภาษณ์โดยใช้แบบสอบถามกับคณาจารย์และบุคลากรของมหาวิทยาลัยธรรมศาสตร์ทั้ง 4 ศูนย์ ส่วนแบบสัมภาษณ์ใช้เก็บข้อมูลจากผู้บริหารมหาวิทยาลัยธรรมศาสตร์ จำนวน 3 คน การวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล เชิงปริมาณใช้โปรแกรมสำเร็จรูป ค่าทางสถิติที่ใช้ ประกอบด้วย ค่าความถี่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ยเลขคณิตส่วนเบี่ยงเบน มาตรฐาน การทดสอบค่าที การวิเคราะห์การถดถอยเชิงพหุแบบขั้นตอน และการวิเคราะห์ค่าไคสแควร์ ผลการศึกษาพบว่า (1) ระดับความคิดเห็นต่อผลสัมฤทธิ์ของการนำหลักการบริหารกิจการบ้านเมืองที่ดีมาใช้บริหารงานของมหาวิทยาลัยธรรมศาสตร์ พบว่า อยู่ในระดับมาก (ค่าเฉลี่ยเท่ากับ 4.00 ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐานเท่ากับ 0.46) เมื่อพิจารณาเป็นรายด้านพบว่าทุกด้านอยู่ในระดับมากเช่นกัน (2) ปัจจัยที่มีอิทธิพลต่อผลสัมฤทธิ์ของการนำหลักการบริหารกิจการบ้านเมืองที่ดีมาใช้ในการบริหารงานของมหาวิทยาลัยธรรมศาสตร์ ได้แก่ ปัจจัยเชิงวัตถุประสงค์ ปัจจัยนำเข้ากระบวนการและกิจกรรม และผลสัมฤทธิ์ (3) ความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างปัจจัยด้านการบริหารงานมุ่งผลสัมฤทธิ์มีอิทธิพลต่อระดับความสำเร็จของการนำหลักการบริหารกิจการบ้านเมืองที่ดีไปปฏิบัติ พบว่า ด้านปัจจัยนำเข้าคือ ความพร้อมด้านบุคลากร ด้านงบประมาณ ด้านวัสดุอุปกรณ์ และด้านระบบเทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศ และมีความสัมพันธ์กับหลักความรับผิดชอบ อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ 0.05 และ (4) ปัญหาของการนำหลักการบริหารบ้านเมืองที่ดีมาใช้บริหารงานของมหาวิทยาลัยรรมศาสตร์ คือ การวางแผนเป็นแบบเฉพาะหน้าบ่อยครั้งแทนที่จะเป็นแผนแม่บท ขั้นตอนการอำนวยการยังเป็นแบบสมัยเก่าล่าช้า ขั้นตอนเยอะ การปรับข้อมูลให้เป็นปัจจุบันของเว็บไซด์ล่าช้า ส่วนข้อเสนอแนะในการศึกษาครั้งนี้ คือ มหาวิทยาลัยธรรมศาสตร์ควรใช้หลักการมีส่วนร่วมให้มากขึ้นเพื่อเปิดโอกาสให้ทั้งนักศึกษา บุคลากร อาจารย์ และผู้บริหาร ได้มีส่วนร่วมในการพัฒนาการดำเนินงานทั้งด้านการจัดการเรียนการสอน การบริการวิชาการสู่สังคม และการบริหารด้านต่าง ๆ ร่วมกัน เพื่อลดข้อผิดพลาด ลดการทำงานซ้ำซ้อน เพิ่มประสิทธิภาพในการทำงาน เพื่อตอบสนองความต้องการของชุมชนอยางแท้จริง | th_TH |

| dc.description.abstractalternative | Objectives of this study were to: (1) study the level of opinions towards the achievement of applying good governance principles to Thammasat University Administration; (2) study factors affecting the achievement of applying good governance principles to Thammasat University Administration; (3) study relationship between factors affecting the achievement of applying good governance principles to Thammasat University Administration; and (4) examine problems and recommend guidelines for building the achievement of applying good governance principles to Thammasat University Administration. This study was a survey research. The population comprised of 6,650 personnel from 4 campuses of Thammasat University namelyThaprachan, Rangsit, Pattaya, and Lampang. Samples were calculated based on the formula of Taro Yamane with 95% of confidence level. The total of 276 teachers and staff were representatives in this study. The samples were selected by stratified and simple random sampling methods. The employed research instruments were questionnaire and interviewing. The questionnaire was distributed to all4campus personnel and the in-depth interviewing was done with 3 university’s administrators. Thereafter, the collected quantitative data were analyzed by using SPSS. The obtained results were in statistical estimation using frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, T-test, stepwise regression and Chi-square analysis. The research findings indicated that: (1) overall levels of the opinion towards the achievement of applying good governance principles to Thammasat University Administration appeared at a “high” level (the obtained mean was 4.0 and 0.46 of Standard Deviation). Considering in each aspect also indicated the same; (2) factors affecting the achievement of applying good governance principles to Thammasat University Administration were objective factor, input, processes, activities factors and result based factors; (3) relationship between factors affecting the achievement of applying good governance principles to Thammasat University Administration found that the input factors consisted of the preparedness of personnel, budget, procurement and information technology system were related to the responsibility factor with statistical significant at the 0.05 level; and (4) problems and recommend guidelines for building the achievement of applying good governance principles to Thammasat University Administration were the extemporaneous plans were adopted more often than the master plans, the procedure of supervision was obsolete, retard and complicated as well as the modification of information in websites was belated. The recommendations for building the achievement of applying good governance principles to Thammasat University Administration were to permit the students, lecturers, staff and administrators to participate in teaching and learning improvement process, the academic services and administrative activities to reduce the failures, work redundancy and to enhance the work performance to serve and support the community. | en_US |
