| dc.description.abstract | การศึกษาค้นคว้าอิสระเรื่องยุทธศาสตร์การดำเนินงานของหอผู้ป่วย ไอ.ซี.ยู.หัวใจและหลอดเลือด โรงพยาบาลตำรวจ และ (1) เพื่อวิเคราะห์สภาพแวดล้อมของหอผู้ป่วย ไอ.ซี.ยู.หัวใจและหลอดเลือด โรงพยาบาลตำรวจ (2) เพื่อเสนอยุทธศาสตร์และกลยุทธ์การดำเนินงานของหอผู้ป่วย ไอ.ซี.ยู.หัวใจและหลอดเลือด โรงพยาบาลตำรวจรูปแบบการวิจัยครั้งนี้เป็นการวิจัยเชิงคุณภาพ เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย คือ แบบสัมภาษณ์แบบมีโครงสร้าง ประชากรที่ศึกษา ได้แก่ พยาบาลทั้งหมดที่ปฏิบัติงานในหอผู้ป่วย ไอ.ซี.ยู.หัวใจและหลอดเลือด โรงพยาบาลตำรวจ จำนวน 15 คน โดยผู้วิจัยเป็นผู้สัมภาษณ์เอง และการเก็บข้อมูลโดยใช้วิธีการสนทนากลุ่มผู้เข้าร่วมสนทนากลุ่ม ได้แก่ พยาบาลทั้งหมดที่ปฏิบัติงานในหอผู้ป่วย ไอ.ซี.ยู.หัวใจและหลอดเลือด โรงพยาบาลตำรวจ จำนวน 15 คน การวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลใช้วิธีการวิเคราะห์เนื้อหา โดยการวิเคราะห์สรุปข้อมูลที่ได้จากการศึกษาเอกสาร และข้อมูลภาคสนามจากการสัมภาษณ์และประเด็นการสนทนากลุ่ม ผลการวิจัยพบว่า (1) สภาพแวดล้อมของหอผู้ป่วย ไอ.ซี.ยู.หัวใจและหลอดเลือด โรงพยาบาลตำรวจ มีจุดแข็ง คือ เป็นหน่วยงานที่มีโครงสร้างการทำงานที่เป็นระบบ จุดอ่อน คือ การให้บริการดูแลผู้ป่วยโรคหัวใจและหลอดเลือดไม่เพียงพอต่อความต้องการของผู้มารับบริการ ด้านโอกาส นโยบายของรัฐบาลให้การสนับสนุนการบูรณาการขององค์กรในด้านงบประมาณ งานบริการดูแลผู้ป่วยโรคหัวใจและหลอดเลือด และการพัฒนาบุคลากร ด้านอุปสรรค นโยบายทางการเมืองที่เปลี่ยนแปลงบ่อย มีผลต่อแผนงานประจำให้ต้องทำแผนเร่งด่วนและต้องปรับแผนปกติตาม (2) ข้อเสนอยุทธศาสตร์การดำเนินงานของหอผู้ป่วย ไอ.ซี.ยู.หัวใจและหลอดเลือด โรงพยาบาลตำรวจ ประกอบด้วย 4 ยุทธศาสตร์ ดังนี้ ยุทธศาสตร์ที่ 1 การบริหารแบบบูรณาการสู่การพัฒนาหอผู้ป่วย ไอ.ซี.ยู.หัวใจและหลอดเลือด โรงพยาบาลตำรวจ ยุทธศาสตร์ที่ 2 การพัฒนาการบริการดูแลผู้ป่วยโรคหัวใจและหลอดเลือดที่ได้มาตรฐานและทั่วถึง ยุทธศาสตร์ที่ 3 การพัฒนาเทคโนโลยีการบริการดูแลผู้ป่วยโรคหัวใจและหลอดเลือด ยุทธศาสตร์ที่ 4 การพัฒนาสร้างสรรค์หอผู้ป่วย ไอ.ซี.ยู.หัวใจและหลอดเลือด โรงพยาบาลตำรวจสู่ความเป็นเลิศ | th_TH |

| dc.description.abstractalternative | This study aimed to (1) study and analyze the environment of Coronary Care Unit, Police General Hospital and (2) propose operational strategies for the Coronary Care Unit, Police General Hospital. The study was a qualitative research. Data collection instrument was a structured interview form. Research population comprised all 15 registered nurses of Coronary Care Unit, Police General Hospital. Focus group technique was applied to 15 registered nurses who have involved with general policy making of the department. Data was analyzed by using content analysis. The result showed that: (1) the environmental strengths of Coronary Care Unit, Police General Hospital were a systemic a structural work process. The environmental weaknesses were insufficient services to respond to patient’s needs. The opportunities were the government policy agreed to support the integration of organization annual budget, and services and human resource development. The threat was the various political policy changes, which often affected daily routine plans of the organization and caused urgent need to change and adjust the organization strategies accordingly (2) Four recommended strategies were proposed as follows; The first strategy: integrated administrative development of Coronary Care Unit, Police General Hospital.; The second strategy: the development of service standardized and comprehensive to overall; The third strategy: technological development of the overall service; and the forth strategy: The development creation of Coronary Care Unit, Police General Hospital to increase excellent services. | en_US |
